• SUSANA (8/5): MUY BUENA OPCION DE ALOJAMIENTO EN ROMA - El hotel está muy bien ubicado, a dos cuadras de la Estación Termini, lo que permite moverte muy fácilmente si tenés traslados en tren. En la estación, además, hay restaurantes y supermercados. La habitación era una Doble, cómoda, con lo necesario. El desayuno era bueno, variado, el lugar era agradable. Buena atención en general del personal, especialmente de Giorgio (Recepción) quien fue super cordial y amable con nosotras. No hubo nada en especial que no nos gustara

• Letizia (4/5): Esperienza molto deludente - L’unico vero punto di forza di questo hotel è sicuramente la posizione, comodissima perché situato a pochi metri dalla stazione Termini, ideale per chi deve spostarsi facilmente a Roma. Anche il personale si è mostrato gentile e disponibile durante il soggiorno, aspetto che ho apprezzato. La colazione era discreta, sufficiente ma nulla di particolare. Esperienza molto deludente. La struttura è vecchia e avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione completa. In camera mancavano persino le prese vicino al letto, una comodità basilare ormai indispensabile. Il bagno era un vero loculo: piccolo, scomodo e davvero inguardabile, con sanitari datati e poca cura generale. Inoltre era senza finestra e senza aspiratore, quindi l’aria risultava pesante e poco piacevole. La cosa peggiore però è stata la pulizia. C’era polvere ovunque, sia nella camera che nei mobili e negli angoli. Si percepiva chiaramente una mancanza di attenzione all’igiene e alla manutenzione. Inoltre il prezzo è stato davvero esagerato per un hotel a tre stelle, assolutamente non proporzionato alla qualità della struttura e dei servizi offerti. Per il prezzo pagato mi aspettavo decisamente molto di più. Non lo consiglierei.

I would like to thank Thais, Giorgio, and Valerio for their help during my stay. I must say that the breakfast is delicious, more than expected. Moreover, the Hotel is close to the Termini station, which makes it very convenient to go to everywhere from Termini station.

• r0ssc064 (8/5): Rome great stay - Excellent accommodation near Roma Termini so very handy for train travel and in fact walking distance to most of Rome’s significant sights to see & do. Our room was clean, the bed very comfortable and.we were kindly offered an upgrade to a room with a balcony. The staff (all of them) were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Certainly recommend this hotel when visiting Rome.

• Elmer (5/5): Not a good value for the money!! - This hotel shows nice rooms in their website. When you see it in person you can actually see its old, to many stairs if you have luggage. The rooms are small and not enough room to move around when you have big luggage with you. View out of the window, and space around the room.

• Montse (1/5): Un horror de estancia - Nada. Lo único a favor podría ser que está cerca relativamente (30 minutos caminando) de los monumentos. Para empezar nos cobraron un suplemento por habitación doble pero la habitación era individual de un tamaño inferior a 5m cuadrados. No limpiaron ni una sola vez la ducha, ni el suelo ni la pica del baño. La cama se limitaron a poner la colcha encima, no estiraron ni las sábanas, tal como habíamos dormido encontramos las almohadas. No teníamos papel de WC y tuvimos que usar servilletas de papel, y tampoco teníamos jabón, nos tuvimos que duchar con champú. Nos quejamos en recepción y nos dijo la chica que no entendía nuestro idioma, nos dejó el móvil para poner el Google translate y luego dijo que no podía dejar sola la recepción así que si no nos gustaba la habitación al día siguiente esperaba la tuviéramos mejor. Y así continuamente.

Čistota bez výhrad: Úklid pokojů každý den, i v neděli. Ochotný personál: Nabídka uložení zavazadel první den před časem check-inu a poslední den po check-outu. Snídaně: Klasická hotelová, bez výhrad, dost míst k sezení, nikde žádná tlačenice.

• Marina (9/5): Excellent modern hotel with good facilities and lovely staff. - Very clean and modern. Absolutely excellent location. Staff excellent. Room has kettle and small fridge. Lighting and temperature excellent and I liked the bed and the room had excellent shutters so it was nice dark to be able to sleep in in the morning . Bath towels are small. Tv wasn’t connected to the internet so couldn’t cast from my phone. ( just a note for the kitchen - the breakfast assortment was good - however when bacon is cooked it needs to be taken out of the fat and sit dry in the pan).

Breakfast is also ok Cleanliness is average. On arrival, one of the toilets (we had 2 rooms) was not well cleaned. Also cleaning is every 4 days!

• Beatriz (7/5): Boa localização e simpatia, mas limpeza a melhorar - Os funcionários foram sempre muito simpáticos e prestáveis, o que fez uma grande diferença na estadia. O pequeno-almoço tinha boa variedade de opções. O quarto tinha comodidades razoáveis, embora fosse bastante mais escuro do que aparenta nas fotografias. A localização é excelente, muito perto da estação Termini e relativamente próxima de atrações turísticas como o Coliseu e a Basílica de Santa Maria Maior. A limpeza ficou bastante aquém do esperado. Durante os 7 dias de estadia, o chão não foi limpo nem o pó removido, o que fez com que até os sapatos acumulassem cotão na sola. A cama era apenas “arrumada” de forma superficial, com os lençóis puxados para cima, mas sem serem devidamente esticados ou presos. Apesar da variedade, a qualidade do pequeno-almoço poderia ser melhor (ovos mexidos sem sal, pão seco, croissants muito pequenos, pouca variedade de queijos e sumos naturais bastante amargos). O elevador é também bastante pequeno.

• Ana (8/5): - Cerca de la estación de Termini. Habitaciones remodeladas. Desayuno completo. Precio caro para ser temporada baja. A pesar de estar remodelado, las puertas están viejas, no cierran bien y los marcos salidos. En el desayuno se echa de menos piezas de fruta variada, solo hay un bol de fruta cortada.

• Sorin (10/5): Un hotel foarte bun! - Hotelul este foarte aproape de gară. Camera este spatioasa, patul confortabil, lenjeria foarte curata. Baia este, de-asemenea mare și foarte curată. Mi-a plăcut ca am găsit aici șampon, gel de duș, inclusiv cremă de corp. Micul dejun a fost variat și foarte gustos. Recomand acest hotel! Totul a fost minunat! Cu siguranță, aici voi mai reveni.

• Catherine (9/5): - L'hôtel est idéalement situé, proche de la gare Termini, pour prendre les transports en commun avec facilité. On peut également sillonner une bonne partie de la ville à pied à partir de l'hotel. Le petit déjeuner était varié et bien fourni. Le personnel était agréable et serviable. Très bon séjour La chambre était propre. Néanmoins, il faudrait penser à donner un petit coup de frais, c'est un peu "vieillot". Par ailleurs, la douche mériterait d'être un peu plus grande.
• Maria (8/5): - Nettes Personal, zentrale Lage, gute Verkehrsanbindung (Zug, Metro, Bus, Taxi, Uber), alle möglichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, geräumiges Zimmer, sauber, einfach aber man hat alles, was man braucht. Frühstück war auch ganz ok, es war für jeden was dabei und es war alles lecker. Kaffee schmeckt auch gut. Wir hatten es nicht aufm Schirm, dass man 6 Eur/Person/Nacht zahlen muss. Somit kam on top nochmal eine ordentliche Summe oben drauf. Preislich ist das Hotel nicht günstig, aber Preise sind wohl ortsüblichen und man bekommt dafür einen gewissen "Komfort", d.h. eigenes Bad, großes Zimmer (23qm zu dritt), Frühstück und Lage.

Molto disponibili nel tenere i bagagli sia prima dell’orario del check-in che in fase di check-out, super disponibili per creare box molto farcite se non si effettua la colazione in hotel. Da questo punto di vista ottima asperienza. La pulizia della stanza poteva essere sicuramente migliore, presenti capelli e polvere sul pavimento della stanza, in bagno il calorifero era arrugginito e la mobiglia e i sanitari un po datati; in oltre il pavimento aveva degli avvallamenti. Sono piccoli dettagli che potrebbero essere sistemati.
