- Amy (7/5): Wonderful staff; rooms need a refresh and need to be more comfortable. - Attentive and welcoming staff. Breakfast was very good as was our dinner one evening. Walkable to Disney Springs. The rooms need a refresh. They’re looking tired. We noticed our sheets and pillow cases seemed damp. Sort of a yucky feel. Our biggest concern as mentioned on previous visits is the available seating in the room. There is only ONE uncomfortable desk chair for the three of us. Two of us had to sit on the ends of the bed with no back support. After a day in a Disney Park you want to relax in your room. Not possible. We would not open the balcony door to sit out there for fear of Florida bugs entering our room. My suggestion, provide “padded seat” fold up chairs in the room. It would be better than sitting on the beds where you sleep.

No segundo dia, sumiram roupas que deixamos dentro do quarto que nos colocaram. Falaram que iriam ressarcir via seguradora, e que levaria 10 dias para isso. Ate agora nada e ja se passaram quase trinta dias. Acho que foi só p nos acalmar durante a estadia, mas nao resolveram nosso problema. Nao recomendo!

- Roberts (9/5): Great stay for a great value - The staff was friendly and customer service was great. The room was very clean and comfortable. I liked the free coffee downstairs. I liked that we got complimentary drinks when we arrived. The bus service to Disney world parks was great too. Great value for what we paid for the stay. The only thing negative was that I could here whenever the person in the room next to us took a shower and they showered early everyday so it woke us up, but other than that everything else was positive.

- Lisa (9/5): Lovely stay, so close to DisneySprings! - I loved that is was so close to Disney Springs - less than 10 mins walk. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when storing my luggage as I arrived early to head to the DisneyWorld parks. The room was clean and spacious. I loved the free shuttle bus to DisneyWorld too, very easy to navigate. The only complaint I have is that the walls of the room I was in were very thin, meaning I was woken up at 4am by my neighbours crying baby. However, aside from that one small issue, I had a wonderful stay.

Le personnel a été très serviable et professionnel, tout comme les personnes de l’accueil qui ont été particulièrement aimables et disponibles. La persona que nos atendio al hacer check inn(mujer), a pesar de hablar español me hizo esperar para atender a dos pasajeros detras de mi en la fila de espera, molesta despues, me hizo pasar con su compañero una persona adulta (varon) muy agradable y respetuoso, explicando todos los servicios., las mujeres de recepcion entendi no me atederian porque terminaba su turno y no queria retrasarse llamo a la compañera que tampoco nos quizo atender, pero si atendieron a pasajeros norteamericanos la verdad apesar de hablar español lo evitan.

- Florencia (10/5): Inolvidable. - Fui principlmente por el shuttle a los parques de Disney y me sorprendió. Funcionaba perfecto, puntual y sobre todo con horarios variados. El primero era 7am y el ultimo a las 11pm. O sea que si querias ir bien temprano para aprovechar la entrada temprana y quedarte hasta el final viendo los shows de cierre, podes hacerlo tranquila. Para los juegos de entrada temprana tené tu reserva a mano porque los cast members te preguntan tu hotel y una vez tuve que mostrar la reserva. Tene todo a mano asi no perdes tiempo! El shuttle es com reserva, una vez que haces el check in te dan las indicaciones, reserva rapido si sl dia siguiente tenes parque porque el 1er turno de la mañana se agota rapido. A 15min de Disney Springs caminando, excelente. Con bar y comida para comprar si no tenes incluido el desayuno. Te salva. Te cobran el deposito por posibles roturas al hacer el check in, son 125usd y luego se te reintegra. Yo nunca lo supe (capaz no preste atencion) y luego me asuste a ver el resumen de la tarjeta. Por suerte reintegraron todo perfecto!

- Kelly (4/5): Not good with charging and finances, check your billing. - The location This is my second review as we stayed twice during our trip. They took our stay fee twice for our first stay. This caused us some problems. The front of house manger, Angela, refunded our resort fees after I requested this. It’s now been 21 business days and I have still not received the refund! This is very frustrating and I really shouldn’t be chasing this! This should not have happened in the first place. UK travellers be warned, they will say it’s your banks fault. It’s not. Very unprofessional, look to stay elsewhere.

- Judit (5/5): Huge disappointment - The wellness area was nice. The location was as described. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by a dirty half pair of socks on the floor in our room. The bed linen was stained. We had booked and paid for a room with a balcony, but instead we were given a ground-floor room without a balcony, right next to the parking lot. The glass door couldn’t be opened, so there was no way even to let fresh air into the room. When we reported these issues, we were told that our room (see photo) was considered to have a balcony, and that the door would be fixed so we could open it. Despite this promise, no repairs were made at all. Because of the dirty socks, we were given a ridiculously small discount (39 USD) and four drink vouchers for the bar, which had already expired by the time we received them and were not accepted at the bar. The breakfast selection of cold cuts and cheese was extremely poor, and there were no vegetables at all. This hotel was a huge disappointment—by far the worst during our Florida trip, despite being one of the most expensive.

- Erin (10/5): We love this hotel, we’re comfortable there and we countdown until we can come back. - Location and proximity to Disney springs and Saratoga Springs, our vacation club resort. The staff is always friendly, the pool is never too crowded and the concrete balcony makes it almost completely private when you sit outside. Also we love Kelly who is part of the breakfast staff, Kelly is the best and remembers us every time we come, she really makes our trips feel like home. The restaurant could do better with dinner

We were told at this hotel we get 30 minute early entry to the Disney parks and the shuttle did not come in time to get us there early which was why we decided to stay at this specific hotel. We got there at the time the park opened to everyone so we paid extra to not get the services I paid extra for.

We liked the mural in the lobby, We had a nice and convenient walk to Disney Springs. Musty smell in room. Probably from the old carpeting and maybe also from the older drapes. These items need an update. Suggest replace rugs with hard floors (like Disney Allstar Resorts - those floors are so much better than the rugs).

Existe ônibus de hora em hora para levar e buscar da Disney, tem de reservar um dia antes (fácil de fazer). Piscina bem agradável com toalhas para utilização. Academia para treino com esteira, pesos e colchonete. Liberado o early entrance para os parques da Disney. Café da manhã estilo americano com ovos, bacon e frutas. Janta e almoço com menu e as crianças sem pagar (até duas). Estacionamento pago U$25 ao dia. A primeira atendente foi zero simpatia mas depois vimos que foi pontual pois a supervisora e a atendente da noite foi super atenciosa, me ajudaram até nas pronúncias com meu inglês enferrujado.

- Kelly (6/5): Good, but watch out for holding payments and charges. - Great location, easy short walk to Disney Springs. There was an error with our charge. There was a full stay payment holding charge, plus $50 incidentals hold taken upon check in. Then another unexplained payment a couple of days later of $500. RJ at reception was helpful to adjust the initial holding payment to minus off the $500. However, we were charged again on check out. As we were on a travelling trip staying at a number of hotels, this was a huge problem as we hadn't budgeted for paying twice! I did communicate with the Hotel via message on Booking.com but this was not resolved. We also stayed here twice over the course of our trip to Florida, and I felt I was not understood, even showing payments on the banking APP. Finally, after about 2 weeks, the payment released and credited my bank, but this was after we returned to the UK. It was not ideal. The reception manager, Angela, was nice and did refund the resort fees. I'm not sure if I would stay here again, the stress of the payment errors did take away some of the Disney magic!
