Marcela (9/5): Um ótimo hotel, com certeza vale a pena. - Os quartos são impecáveis, fomos recebidos com chocolate, quarto quente e bem acomodado. Funcionários atenciosos, a estrutura do hotel muito boa também. A localização é um pouco longe do centro, o sofá cama não achei tão confortável. Mas com certeza ficaria de novo no hotel.

isamar (9/5): Hotel muy cómodo aunque la ubicación no es tan buena - Las habitaciones grandes, limpias y todo muy nuevo y el desayuno muy bueno, zumo de naranja natural que ya en muchos hoteles no lo ofrecen Lo único que no me gustó fue la ubicación, a unos 10 minutos del bus por un camino que no hay absolutamente nada. Para volver de noche daba un poco de miedo.

Ложек нет, сказали идти в бар и просить у них. Утюг попросила, сказали спуститься с вещами и погладить в нижнем этаже. Ну жесть конечно с сервисом и подходом к постояльцам

Das Bad war schmutzig und veraltet. Die Wände viele Gebrauchsspuren. Die Aussenanlage benötigt noch einiges an Renovierungsarbeiten. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist heruntergekommen.

Amalia (8/5): - 2 jaar geleden waren we ook in dit hotel, toen hebben we het beter ervaren als nu. de airco deed het niet, dus het was best warm op de kamer. de badkamer was niet heel erg schoon, schimmel op sommige plekken in de douche. verder is de ligging fantastisch. ook het ontbijt was weer erg uitgebreid en lekker.

Malik (7/5): جميل ونظيف و موظفين الفندق اجمل شيء فيه، لكن طريق الطلعه و الرجعه منه موحشه - كل مافي داخل الفندق جميل من موظفين بشوشين وكانوا ودودين بشكل جميل + سولنا ترقيه من غرفه الى سويت ايضا الغرفه الواسعه والنظيفة ما انصح فيه للعوائل ابداً لان موقع الفندق كان بعيد تقريبا من 15 دقيقه الى 20 دقيقه مشي لاقرب ترام و ايضا مترو كلها نفس وقت المشي لكن كان الترام اسهل لانه كان ينزلنا على طول على الدومو، لكن دخلة او الشارع الي يدخلك للفندق كئيب و منعزل عن العالم و بعيد شوي عن الشوارع و والطريق وانت رايح او طالع من الفندق كله اراضي فاضيه يعني موحش لو ترجع بالليل لانه ظلام دامس

Ulkar (8/5): - Отель современный, расположен можно сказать загородом. Экология хорошая, но район немного странный, много заброшенных высоток. Завтрак хороший, номера просторные. Есть небольшой открытый бассейн Здесь в основном остаются не туристы, а большие группы, сборы спортивных команд и т.д.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden deutlich übertroffen, was nicht so häufig vorkommt. - Die Lage ist zwar etwas außerhalb von Mailand, aber dafür mit sehr viel Platz und tollen Parkmöglichkeiten geschlossen (10€ p. Tag) wie offen (ohne Kosten). Die Hotelanlage ist riesig, innen wirkt alles hochwertig, schön und einfach top. Das Personal ist hervorragend geschult und erfüllt jeden Wunsch quasi sofort. Insb. der Servicetechniker Mr. Elden, hat uns super kompetent und sehr freundlich ausgeholfen (Tresor, TV). Das Restaurant (unbedingt reservieren) serviert super schmackhaftes Essen, allerdings etwas teuer. Wobei, wenn man Verhältnisse z.B. in München gewohnt ist, dann ist es gar nicht so teuer (z.B. ein sehr schmackhaftes, großes Stück Rib-Eye Steak für 26 EUR, ohne Beilagen allerdings, würde ich sogar als günstig bezeichnen). Das Frühstücks-Buffet ist sehr reichhaltig und man bekommt Müsli, Warmes wie Kaltes, viel Süßes, Obst, Gemüse, also alles was das Herz begehrt. Es gibt auf jeder Etage einen Wasserspender. Top! Insgesamt haben wir 3 tolle Nächte in ca. 45 qm (zwei Zimmer), sehr sauber, top ausgestattet (2x TV, Tresor, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, begehbarer Kleiderschrank, großes Bad/WC, Riesenbalkon u.a.) verbracht und würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen, und natürlich wärmstens weiter empfehlen! Vielleicht noch folgender Hinweis: Es scheint in diesem Hotel laufend Events o.ä. zu geben, sodass man im EG des Hotels auf größere Gruppenansammlungen treffen könnte, die entsprechend "lustig und laut" unterwegs sein können. Vor allem, wenn es sich um Kinder/Jugendliche Sportler handelt, wie in unserem Falle. Uns hat es aber gar nicht gestört, im Gegenteil, da ist "Leben in der Bude". Natürlich war unser Zimmer absolut ruhig gelegen und man bekam davon nichts mit! Eigentlich nichts! Aber, die Lage könnte vielleicht etwas näher zum Stadtzentrum (Duomo) sein. Wenn man ca. 10-12 Minuten zügig läuft kommt man zur Straßenbahn (Linea 15, Kosten pro Fahrt ca. 4,50€; alles läuft über Kreditkarte, völlig unkompliziert!) oder man nimmt die Buslinie 95 und ist in ca. 20 Minuten im Zentrum. Wenn man läuft benötigt man etwa 55-60 Minuten, was bei schönem Wetter auch kein großes Problem darstellt. Und .. ja.. die in unmittelbarer Nähe liegenden, mehrstöckigen Gebäude, die verlassen und verkommen aussehen, trüben die Umgebung etwas, aber, wir denken, dass sich hier alles im Wiederaufbau befindet und es eben Zeit kostet.

Vasilijs (8/5): - Великолепный отель. Расположение, вокруг находятся недостроенные здания. От общественного транспорта надо идти по узкой, неосвещённой дороге с высокими заборами с каждой стороны, за которыми находятся законсервированные стройки.

Iacob Alexandru (10/5): Overall: it’s a very good hotel, and the price-quality ratio is worth it! - Pros: * the hotel looks exactly like in the photos: modern, spacious rooms equipped with everything you need (TV – note, it’s not a smart TV!), fridge, safe, kettle, and instant coffee; * very clean – cleaning is done daily, except for the balcony; if you go out barefoot, you’ll get your feet dirty; * large courtyard where you can park your car; they also have underground parking and 2 pools, one large and one smaller, with a sunbed area; * professional 24/7 reception; there’s also a bar area where you can get fresh coffee, soft drinks, alcohol, or food at reasonable prices; * tram station about a 10-minute walk away; * metro station about a 20-minute walk away; * bus stop about a 10-minute walk away; * 3 km from the city center; you can also walk there in about 40–50 minutes at a normal pace, or 25–30 minutes by public transport. Cons: * the hotel is located in an area with several abandoned buildings, and pedestrian (and car) access is via a side road that is not lit at night and feels quite creepy, as it’s not used by anyone; we didn’t necessarily feel unsafe when walking back to the hotel in the evening, but it’s worth knowing that there is no alternative entrance—you can’t avoid that road, which is unpleasant after dark, although, to repeat, we didn’t have any issues.
