Das Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und der Ausblick war wirklich ein Highlight meines Aufenthalts. Dennoch war ich von einigen Punkten enttäuscht. Der Kühlschrank bzw. die Minibar war leer, Wasser war bereits ab der ersten Flasche kostenpflichtig, und im Badezimmer standen weder Zahnbürste noch Zahnpasta zur Verfügung. Für mich entspricht die Ausstattung und der Service daher eher einem guten 3-Sterne-Hotel als einem 4-Sterne-Hotel. Bei einem 4-Sterne-Haus und einem exklusiven Zimmer hätte ich mehr Komfort und zusätzliche Annehmlichkeiten erwartet. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt angenehm, insbesondere wegen des sauberen Zimmers und der schönen Aussicht, jedoch sehe ich beim Service und bei der Zimmerausstattung noch Verbesserungspotenzial.

Riccardo (6/5): Comfortable room and good breakfast, but disappointing service recovery and attention to detail for a Hilton stay. - The room was stylish, spacious and comfortable, and the hotel overall feels premium. I enjoyed the breakfast variety, and the riverside location has potential to be very pleasant. I also appreciated the kindness of the housekeeping staff member who helped me with additional towels. Attention to detail and service follow-through were disappointing for a Hilton property. The shower drain was clogged with hair from previous guests, bathroom amenities were incomplete, and after reporting the issues during my stay and being assured housekeeping would address them, nothing was done and there was no follow-up. The in-room dining system also did not work for me, the TV experience felt limited, and construction work nearby made access less convenient.

Roland (5/5): Bad start from the Hotel staff - Ansich ist das Hotel sicher ganz gut.... Als wir angekommen sind, war gerade ein sehr lauter Dauerton (angeblich Feueralarm...) Die Kommunikation mit dem Trainee an der Rez. war schwierig, da dieser Anfangs meine Buchung gar nicht gefunden hat. Er hat mich gefragt, ob ich überhaupt gebucht habe... Ich hab sogar alles vorweg bezahlt. Als er die Buchung dann doch gefunden hat, gab es noch eine Mini-Wegbeschreibung zum Zimmer, da die Lifte außer Funktion waren. Aufgrund der viel zu kurzen Beschreibung sind wir durch das Hotel geirrt. Irgendwann sind wir zurück zur Rez., der Dauerton war noch immer. Nach wiederholter Nachfrage zeigte uns endlich eine Bedienstete den Weg über ein verstecktes Stiegenhaus zu unserem Zimmer in einem anderen Stockwerk. Die Frau war nicht gerade sehr feundlich. Als alles geregelt war, hat sich dann doch eine freundliche Frau vom Hotel bei uns gemeldet und sich für die Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigt... Aja, Handtücher haben zu Beginn auch gefehlt.

Themis (10/5): Εξαιρετική, πολυτελής διαμονή, δίχως υπερβολές - Εξαιρετικής αισθητικής ξενοδοχείο, με καταπληκτική θέα και άνετα, μεγάλα δωμάτια, χωρίς υπερβολές. Άνετο, με ανατομικού επιπέδου στρώμα κρεβάτι και μαξιλάρια. Ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο που διέθετε και ανάκλινδρο, μεγάλη smart τηλεόραση (60 inch.), μεγάλο μπάνιο και χώρους για φύλαξη των ρούχων (ντουλάπες). Δίχως θόρυβο και ακριβώς επάνω στην όχθη του Δούναβη. Εντυπωσιακή δε, η καθημερινή μέσω WhatsApp επικοινωνία με την υπεύθυνη του ξενοδοχείου, η οποία ρωτούσε εάν όλα ήταν οκ κι αν χρειαζόμασταν οτιδήποτε. Δεν ήταν ρομπότ και απαντούσε αμέσως σε οτιδήποτε. Καταπληκτική σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής. Εάν θέλεις να βρίσκεσαι σύντομα στο κέντρο, δεν θα είναι η καλύτερη επιλογή σου. Μετακινήσου με μετρό, που βρίσκεται σε απόσταση σχεδόν ενός χιλιομέτρου και σε περίπου 20 με 25 λεπτά, είσαι στο κέντρο της πόλης.

Parkplatz schlecht ausgeschildert Service im Restaurant überfordert, obwohl wenig los war Fenster dreckig - im Zimmer wie im Restaurant Keine frischen Blumen, kein Kerzenlicht weit und breit. Petr (7/5): Hotel starší, obtížně šly zavírat vstupní dveře z venku, zkřížené okno by potřebovalo seřídit. - Výborná snídaně. Elegantní společné prostory. Zařízení pokoje. Neuvěřitelně rušno na snídani, všude fronty. Po ránu mi to úplně nedělalo dobře, ale je to logicky spjato s velikostí hotelu. Ventilace na pokoji neochlazovala vzduch, bylo nutné otevřít okno, odkud vstupoval neuvěřitelný hluk od kolejiště a silnice, nedalo se spát. Krátká hadice sprchové hlavice, nepočítá se asi s tím, že se chce ve vaně někdo koupat. Zapáchající lednice. Nelogický, zastaralý systém průjezdu a placení parkování a neodovídající cena 28 € za noc.

Wusste leider nicht wo sich beim Hotel die Parkplätze befinden - daher wurde ich gleich bei der Ankunft von einem Hrn. in der Rezeption sehr unhöflich darauf hingewiesen das ich da meine Koffer nicht entladen darf !! Angeblich nur für die Feuerwehr sollte das miese Hotel brennen !!!! Absolut überhaupt nicht - Von der Rezeption bis zum Barpersonal unfähige nicht der Hilton Gruppe entsprechend geschultes Personal !!!!! In einem Hotel in Österreich sollte das Personal der Deutsche Sprache mächtig sein !!!!!!

Hubert (8/5): Auftenthalt war schön aber der Check-Inn die Unfreundlichkeit hat ein negatives Bild hinterlassen. - Die Lage und das Frühstück. Das Personal beim Frühstück war auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Und die Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig. Der Check In. Das man als Österreicher beim Check in Englisch sprechen musste und der Mitarbeiter recht unfreundlich war und auch keine Auskunft über die Parkplatzkosten hatte und sehr genervt gewirkt hat. Auch über die Aufzahlung des Frühstückes wurden wir falsch informiert. im Ersten Gespräch waren es 128 Euro und dann beim nachbuchen plötzlich 198 Euro. Auch das Ausfahren bei der Parkgarage mit zwei Sprechanalgen ohne ein passendes Ticket zu bekommen. Es sollte ein Kamerasystem mit Nummertafel Erkennung installiert sein das würd alles flüssiger gehen.

Okazało się że następnego dnia mam zapłacone za 1 dobę. na Bookingcom mogłem zapłacić za te same pieniądze dwie doby. Musiałem dopłacic za kolejny dzien. do dziś nie otrzymałem Fv na email ktory im podawałem.

Jutta (10/5): - Das Frühstücksbuffet ist absolut grandios. Alles was das Herz begehrt und mehr und an der Donau frühstücken ist auch noch einmal ein Highlight für sich. War schon unser zweiter Aufenthalt und wahrscheinlich nicht der Letzte. Ich finde es sehr schade, dass es im Wellnessbereich nur mehr Saunen gibt und den kleinen Whirlpool nicht mehr, auf den hatte ich mich sehr gefreut, da es für den Aussenpool leider noch zu kalt war. Ein Innenpool würde es zum perfekten Hotel machen.

Klaudia (5/5): - W hotelu jest czysto, ręczniki są nowe. Hotel ma monotonne śniadanie, codziennie to samo. W łazience nie ma wentylacji, żeby nie było wilgoci po kąpieli trzeba trzymać otwarte drzwi. Pokój bez widoku na rzekę na dole niestety jest całą noc oświetlony przez niebieskie neony, dlatego jest duża poświata i wrażenie, że świeci księżyc. Pod drzwiami jest duża przerwa i wszystko słychać z korytarza, trzaskanie drzwiami z innych pokojów i rozmowy innych gości.

I was quite uncomfortable with the staff, particularly the reception staff - The facility had only one decent room—the cleanliness there was very good—but I didn’t like anything else at all. The reception staff at the hotel were grumpy, not cheerful at all, and they were never helpful. They treated us badly overall, and because of this, I will absolutely never use this hotel again, and I do not recommend it to anyone.

Roland (4/5): Enttäuschend - Das Zimmer und Austattung , gutes Frühstück bis auf die Saftpresse , schnelle Aufzüge, Parkgebühren, Klimaanlage defekt,- Zimmer zur Straße , es war sehr laut , bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen ist utopisch. Zimmertelefon defekt , Preis ursprünglich 100€ günstiger, dann beim buchen teurer. Parken teuer. Hunde im Hitel willkommen , dürfen aber nicht mit zum Frühstücken.

Andras (10/5): - Camerele cu vedere spre fluviu sunt excelente, curate, linistite si renovate, spre deosebire de cele cu vedere spre stradă, unde am avut inițial rezervarea. Micul dejun foarte bun, pe malul apei, paturi bune, curătenie, cameră mare. Băiatul de la recepție care ne-a schimbat camera e foarte descurcareț si politicos. Camera cu vedere spre stradă e zgomotoasă, baia nerenovată, cu pete pe cadă si aerisirea lasa de dorit. Pretul.ar trebui să fie de hotel de 3 stele pt acest tip de cameră. Camera era pregătită pt 2 persoane, desi eram trei.

Sarah (6/5): Schönes Hotel-schlechter Kundenservice, besser nicht mit dem E-Auto anreisen. - Großzügiges Zimmer, toller Aussenbereich Sehr teure Parkplätze und Abzocke bei der Ladestation! Leider wurden wir nicht darauf hingewiesen, unser E-Auto sofort nach dem Ladevorgang - was mitten in der Nacht gewesen wäre- wieder um zu parken. So hatten wir zusätzlich zu den überhöhten Parkgebühren noch eine „Blockiergebühr“ von 85 Euro (Strom nicht inbegriffen) an einen Fremdanbieter zu bezahlen. Leider hat das Hotel trotz mehrfachen E-Mail Kontaktes diesbezüglich keinerlei Schadensbegrenzung betrieben. So wenig Entgegenkommen hätte ich nicht bei einer so namhaften Hotelkette erwartet. Wir kommen jedenfalls nie wieder in dieses Hotel.
