Bir 50 lerindeki resepsiyonist heralde psikolojik sorunları var, çok ters biri. Water taxi ayarlayamayacağını söyledi. Yandaki otele gidip durumu anlattım hallettiler.

Every staff at the reception and the bar is so good at English. Also everyone is so kind and nice:) Since everyone had been so wonderful, I did not wanna leave the hotel… When I came back to my room, it was so clean and neat every time. I highly recommend this place for your stay in Venice. Just one small bridge to San Marco square. If you take Alilaguna bus, you have to cross the bridge(stairs)with heavy suitcases…and so many people

• Claudia (8/5): Nice central location,nice entry/salon area,spacious/ bit tired room,poor breakfast, would return. - Location was excellent. Very nice lobby and salon area. Authentic Venitian style. Good housekeeping service. Received a nice room upgrade as we were early in the season. Breakfast was bad. No hot/warm food at whatsoever. Dry/bad croissants, bad selection of deli meats and cheeses and a generally disappointing breakfast experience. Only the cappuccino was good. The hotel rooms are a bit dated and could use a refresh, but were spacious.

Das Frühstück ist einfach, aber gut – mit leckerem Kaffee. das Hotel ist jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen und leider sehr hellhörig. An zwei Nächten konnten wir kaum schlafen, weil die Nachbarn hinter der Wand Musik gehört haben. Am frühen Morgen war wiederholt ein Wecker aus dem Nachbarzimmer zu hören.

La camera in stile veneziano è assolutamente idonea alla città ma la moquette, la carta da parati in alcuni punti rialzata, il bagno minuscolo senza bidet e la doccia con un soffione ridicolo non sono assolutamente consoni ad un hotel a 4 stelle con tariffe importanti.

Попросили номер с двухспальной кроватью и с видом на канал. Так и сделали. Спасибо большое) В номере чисто и уютно Если планируете поездку в апреле. То учитывайте что отопление уже отключено. И в номере было жутко холодно. А кондиционер работает только на охлаждение. Грелись под горячим душем) Подушки тонкие и неудобные. Но это не испортило нам отдых И учитывайте что в ванной нет шампуня Отель рекомендую

• L6186HUkristinc (10/5): Great spot and hotel - What a great hotel! It was very close to many of the things we were doing while there. We were there mid April and they had not turned the air on yet. But by our second day the air was on and it was glorious. Don't get me wrong, a window off a canal wide open, hearing all the local action and gondolas seranading was fun, but one night was enough. The last three nights we both slept very well with the air on. The beds are firm, but sleep on a very firm mattress at home, so it was lovely. Each day as we left they held our room key, again, we loved that. It's a real key and quite heavy, so not carrying it around was nice. They do offer a breakfast. Plenty of fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, cold cuts, juice, etc. All the staff were very kind and helpful. We love Venice and this hotel is a gem.

Dommage de ne pas proposer une alternative à emporter, lorsqu'on doit prendre l'avion avant l'horaire de démarrage du service, type compote, jus de fruits...

• Stavvy_262 (8/5): Lovely hotel, perfect location. - This hotel is fantastic. Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms have Venitian charm and are very clean. Location is excellent, close to all major sites and some lovely restaurants. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because sadly the bar was always closed. Would have been lovely to have been able to relax in the bar before bedtime. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Would recommend this hotel.

• Nicola (10/5): Loved Hotel Kette - Staff were excellent. Brilliant location. Breakfast couldnt be faulted, nice selection of fruits, pastries, cereals, juices. Gondolas going past the bedroom window below a little bit noisy but nice 🥰 would recommend Hotel Kette and would stay again.

The classic Italian decor in this 16th Century building welcomes you in as do the friendly staff. We had two rooms between four friends and ours was really lovely, very spacious with a pretty view of the typical street with the canal at the end. We booked through the hotel directly with very good communication and information. It was good value and clean. Our breakfast was continental and enjoyable.

• Shetraveler (10/5): This is central to central! - An incredibly satisfying experience at Hotel Kette. The service is unparalleled and you cannot beat this location. It's in the middle of the middle. This neighborhood is so wonderful ... so many places to eat and/or grab a snack or a drink. Plus, you have the beautifully-lit La Fenice every night to see. Walk north and you're at the Rialto in 10 minutes. Walk south and you're at St. Marks area in 7 minutes. Sleeping area is spacious & shower has plenty of hot water. The desk area has your electrical outlets and a kettle, and the rooms are cleaned quite quickly after you put your door sign out. We made use of their water taxi service as a splurge, but you can easily access the hotel via either vaporetto from the train station or Airport Water Shuttle to San Marco stop. It's just a few rights and lefts and you're there!

• Carla (6/5): Esta bien - El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, nos trasladamos en barco desde el aeropuerto y la distancia desde la estación de San Marco hasta el hotel es bastante buena si no llevas mucho equipaje. El personal es correcto y algunos muy agradables. Nada de ruido, nosotros lo agradecemos mucho en un alojamiento. El desayuno, sencillo, pero con todo lo que puedes necesitar para desayunar un par de dias. El hotel es de estilo veneciano, esta bien, pero necesita actualizar su mobiliario y la moqueta. Es decir no por tener este estilo se justifica lo gastado que esta todo. Han respondido afirmativamente a nuestra solicitud de cama doble, sin embargo nos dieron dos camas individuales juntas. Las almohadas eran tan delgadas que aún juntando dos cada uno seguía siendo poco. La ducha estaba estropeada, tuvimos que usar la ducha de mano. No pedimos cambio de habitación porque estuvimos dos noches que pasaron demasiado rápido. Nos parece muy caro para lo que es.

• David (7/5): Un buen hotel en el centro de Venecia con las instalaciones anticuadas - El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, muy cerca de la plaza San Marco El desayuno estaba bien, habia una buena variedad de embutidos, fruta, cereales, yogur, etc. La habitación que nos dieron daba a un canal por el que pasaban gondolas y en las gondolas a veces habia un cantante, era muy auténtico. La habitación era muy anticuada, tenia moqueta, aunque en general estaba limpia, las instalaciones estaban muy anticuadas, por las tardes, cuando volviamos olia un poco a humedad, teniamos que abrir la ventana para que se ventilara La habitación era estrecha. Faltaba algo de ensalada en el desayuno, tomate, un poco más de vegetales La calefaccion estaba siempre puesta y por las noches pasabamos calor.

• elenaw723 (10/5): book here we loved it - Me and my partner went to venice for my 30th i can’t fault the hotel from the staff to the rooms. we welcomed by the nicest staff who were more than happy to help. We were taken to our room which was very clean and just like what was shown on the pictures. When we arrived we asked if they had any recommendations for food they directed us to a restaurant called vino vino who have the friendliest staff and the best food we had our whole holiday. if your looking for a place to stay definitely book this hotel.

The shower is NOT American, so be reasonable and respectful. Otherwise, this hotel is perfectly positioned between expensive boutique and Venetian solitude, in luxury, price, and location.
