Osobne zdanie należy się gospodarzowi. Tomas przywidał nas na miejscu z kluczami, opowiedział o wszystkim co czeka na nas w pokoju, dał wiele dobrych wskazówek gdzie zjeść i co zobaczyć a ostatniego dnia pożegnał nas małym słodkim upominkiem i magnesem. 10/10.

He also provided a nice selection of cold breakfast items. I especially appreciated the coffee set up. Tomas was exceptionally generous towards us. I can't say enough to describe how nice he was. The apartment itself is nice and clean. However, without the wonderful host, it would just another clean and comfortable room. Nothing. However, we did not realize how many stairs there are in the city of Dubrovnik. For people with mobility issues, keep in mind of the topography of the city when booking the accommodations.

• toso (10/5): Excellent option in old town - Excellent option in Old Town. Why? 1. The apartment is very nice and cozy, very clean, with many amenities. Coffee, tea, and a full minibar are available, something not so common. The bathroom is perfectly equipped. The bed is very comfortable. 2. The location in Old Town is very good, and walking with suitcases from Pile Gate was easy—just six steps. 3. The host was excellent, always attentive, giving directions, and present at check-in and check-out. By far the best host we've ever had. Thomas thank you so much for your help! Nothing to mention

• Louise (10/5): Definitely stay here! - This apartment is perfect for those looking for a beautiful base to explore Dubrovnik from. Right in the heart of the Old Town, the location is excellent, on the same street as many lovely restaurants and bars. The apartment itself is equipped with everything you might need, it is tastefully decorated, extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. The bed is comfortable, the shower great and the aircon was very much appreciated too! Tomas was a brilliant host, he arranged an airport transfer, then met us at Pile Gate to check us in. He stayed in touch for our entire stay and met us again at checking out time. If you are thinking of staying in Dubrovnik Old Town, look no further - this is a gem!
• Annesha (10/5): This is the place you need to book if you are Dubrovnik. - Everything. The host Tomas was fabulous. So warm, friendly, helpful. Such sweet gestures. From picking us up from the bus station to helping us with our luggage, to keeping home made liquor and snacks in the room, to checking up on us everyday to even giving us parting souvenirs.. this was my best stay in all of Croatia. The apartment has everything you need and even things you may not think you need. It’s aptly located near the Pile gate (main gate to the old town) and a minute walk from the wall entrance. The lane is bustling with bars and great restaurants. There is nothing you will not like about this place. It’s absolutely great.

The owner Tomas provides basic food items such as instant oatmeal, coffee, and croissants… and even cookies and wine! MANY restaurants just outside your door. Major sites like the Pile Gate and City Walls are within easy walking distance. Absolutely recommend.

The apartment is beautifully furnished, immaculate and lots of lovely touches like chocolates, snacks, and his mother’s liquor. A beautiful oasis to escape the crowds of old town during the day. The host was super nice and caring. He made sure everything was top notch and even helped us carrying the suitcases to the bus station. Also the appartment provides extra huge beach towels and slippers - loved that too! Sponge and detergent would have been nice, but that would have been the cherry on the cake. We absolutely recommend this appartment!

Our host Tomas even arranged for us to have a reservation at the Panorama restaurant, which has the most amazing view of the old town.

Room had everything you would want plus local biscuits/liquor/stocked mini bar/tea and coffee/chocolates well over and above any apartment I have stayed at before. Tomas the owner sorted a pick up from the airport and met us at the pile gate. Such a great service and even dropped us to the bus station free of charge at the end of our stay. He not only helped us in carrying all the bags on 1st floor, but dropped us in his car on our way to the car rentals. The place is in the heart of the old town so it was very easy to walk around to the main sight seeing points. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and had coffee machine, kettle, toaster along with chocolates, biscuits etc.It was one of our very memorable stay and I highly recommend it to all those who plan to visit Dubrovnik.

We so enjoyed being in the heart of the old town but had the comforts of a great hotel. Super comfortable bed, lovely bedding, lots of towels and extras like a jar of homemade biscuits, a fridge filled with water etc, really couldn’t ask for more. Superb location too and we must say a huge thank you to Tomas for his hospitality, his advice on places to visit and best times for our trips out of the city were extremely helpful and lead to us having a wonderful holiday. Tomas the host went over and beyond our expectations, his son picked us up at the rental car return and drove us to the apartment, where Tomas was waiting for us. He carried most of our luggage to the apartment, a true gentlemen. The apartment was very well appointed filled with goodies, and a delicious liquor that his mom makes. Do not think twice and book this apartment. And it has great air conditioning.

The apartment was beautiful and very clean with plenty of towels etc. There were some sweets, juices, fruit etc and even some homemade drinks. The hosts go above and beyond and are so helpful. Tomas came to meet us and help us get to the apartment from the main gates. He offered to help with transportation from and to the airport and let us have late checkout. We would highly recommend this place

It is such a wonderful place to stay with the Old Town literally outside your front door. The apartment has everything you need. Every room in the apartment has continuous air conditioning. It is pure luxury with even a water cooler (we enjoyed delicious iced cold glasses of water during our stay). Every thought and detail of your stay was carefully considered by our wonderful Host, Thomas. He gave us such a lovely warm welcome and provided us with information regarding best places to visit and enjoy. Thomas is such a very kind and caring host. His guests are his first priority. Our family are so grateful for his kindness and now friendship. Nothing. We loved it.
• Nidhi (10/5): Great host and apartment for families - We recently stayed at this apartment with our family, and Tomas proved to be one of the finest hosts we've encountered in our extensive travels around the world. He went above and beyond by dropping us off at the bus station for Split and even provided thoughtful souvenirs. The apartment itself is ideal for families, featuring multiple levels and a fantastic location close to popular restaurants. All amenities, including air conditioning (a must in the Dubrovnik heat), WiFi, and TV, functioned flawlessly, contributing to a truly memorable stay. Stairs 😊, would have been nice if all beds at same level but understand this is historic property so not possible to extend space .
• Dominic (10/5): Fabulous host, wonderful stay, can’t go wrong here! - Tomas is wonderful, so friendly and helpful, and he really goes above and beyond. We had a great stay, and our lovely and comfortable room was like a little oasis to cool off and rest after exploring Dubrovnik in the heat. The location is right in the old town, with restaurants literally just outside the door (the one directly across the street is especially good; while we just sat at the casual tables there, you can try to snag a reservation for their fancier place on the rooftop). Shoutouts to the tapas bar nearby (Lucin Kantun) which is wonderful and our favorite wine bar M'arden where we had a light dinner one night and went back just for wine the next (another lovely oasis, on the other side of old town across the main street). No negatives to report from our point of view. If you need total silence to sleep, realize this is in the middle of everything. However, we had no issues (you’re above in an old building with thick walls and windows, so any sounds are muffled).

Air condition very strong and made it easier to resist the heat wave. I have to mention the location, near Pile Gate, on a small street with restaurants and even a small super market. But the best about the property is Tomas, our host. He showed us what croatian hospitality is really about ❤️. Gave us precious info and advice about the activities to do in and near Dubrovnik. Throughout my stay he offered trip advice, help and recommendations. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment itself is in a perfect location and has everything you could possibly need, as well as being spotlessly clean, double-glazed and air-conditioned. It was so comfortable I really didn't want to leave.

• Deborah (10/5): Exceptional - The star is the owner who organised taxis, met us late evening to take us to the apt, gave good local info including all the nearby restaurants with discount and couldnt do enough for us.. The apt was immaculately clean and we wanted for nothing. On a lovely side street with amazing restaurants but very quiet once we figured out how to properly close the windows. Great showers and extras like bread, fruit, wine snacks and even a lovely bottle of homemade liqueur from the family farm. Dubrovnik can get very busy but if you want to stay in the city walls then this is a great choice. Nothing

Our apartment was beautiful and perfectly located within the city walls. Tomas was an amazing host - he arranged to have us picked up at the ferry, and then walked us to the apartment and showed us around. He also had great recommendations for dinner and activities in the city. The apartment was perfect - spacious with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a beautiful living room / kitchen area. The kitchen was stocked with wine, milk, coffee, juice and some light snacks. Everything was comfortable and we were able to come and go between amazing activities in Dubrovnik! I have no complaints. Everything was wonderful.

Our host Tomas was so accommodating and even met us for arrival and helped us organize transport for departure along with carrying our luggage. I loved sitting in the apartment with the windows open and hearing all the sounds of the city. When it was time to sleep, we closed the windows and you couldn't even hear the street noise. The bathroom was also really nice and functionally laid out. Tomas had so many thoughtful details in the room including beach towels, coffee, tea, water and snacks. He also suggested a boat ride to Cavtat, which was a great half day excursion to explore another area, beach, and eat lunch! Nothing- wish we stayed longer!!

It is comfortable and large and has everything you need during your stay . Tomas the owner is so helpful and willing to recommend restaurants and things to see and do. He also met us and helped us with our luggage when we arrived and did the same when we left. He even surprised me with champagne and chocolate torte when he noticed it was my birthday during our stay! We loved everything about this property and hope that we can return one day!

Starting with parking, he saved us from making an exorbinant parking mistake. He personally walked us to the apt, which was sumptiously decorated, with everything one will need when traveling. • Bharani (10/5): The place one of the best we stayed in - a perfect 10 for the Location, Comfort and the Host. - The location is super perfect - 4 mins walk from Pile gate(wall entrance) in a heritage building and just 10 steps away from the main street(Stradun). We were greeted by our host Mr. Tomas, he was gracious to come and meet us at Pile gate, and helped with our luggage. He dropped us at our room, explaining the restaurants nearby with discounts and gave suggestions on places to visit nearby. One of the days, He even drove us to the Dubrovnik bus stops for our day trip to Ston. The rooms was well stocked with extra bath towels, beach towels, and the fridge was stocked with welcome drinks of wine & beer, milk, and a selection of Tea & Coffee. On the day of our leaving Mr Tomas arranged for a taxi, and took the effort to come to the room and help us with our luggage to walk over to the tax near the Pile gate. We were pleasantly surprised with his gesture of giving us a parting gift. Nothing we can think of.

Tomas and his wife were lovely perfect hosts, even picking us up from the ferry and taking us to the apartment. They also provided numerous extras with snacks, drinks, plenty of towels and lovely toiletries. When we got to the apartment he gifted us with a bottle of his mother licor, chocolates and wine, as well as a great explanation about how to explore the city. The apartment is amazing, clean, well decorated and has AC working in all rooms, which was essential as it was really hot the days we stayed there. The apartment was also equipped with a really nice kitchen, coffee,l and fruits were included, as well as towels and slippers. The beds were comfortable and the size of the apartment was ideal for our group of 5 people. When we were leaving, the host also arranged our transfers, came to help with the bags and gave us a goodbye gift! The location couldn't be better. You are at 1min walk from Pile gate and the main street of Dubrovnik, and considering that is the city of stairs, the apartment access is quite easy (only 1 short staircase up).

I had a wonderful stay and I will be coming back and booking with Perla with my family. Tomas also provides airport transfers - his driver Ivan is also excellent! What blew me away are the little nice touches Perla has, the jar of biscuits, milk and juice in the fridge and even a small bottle of wine - all complimentary and put there for your enjoyment. So great, so sweet - one of the best hotel stays I ever had and I travel a lot!

And of course Tomas and his wife, so nice and welcoming, full of advice and always available if needed ! The best accomodation for holidays we went in the last few years. Top soap and shower products, lots of things to drink and eat for free, nice coffee machine … and of course for a ride from / to the airport their friend Ivan, nice and friendly as well ! Nothing, the street can be noisy in the evening but the double windows are very effective and we slept like babies.

Apartment was extremely clean and homely. - Tomas and his wife picked us up from the ferry terminal and helped us with our luggage all the way to the apartment. Tomas explained everything about the apartment and local area. It was in the best location in the Old Town, close to everything! The apartment was gorgeous with beautiful linen, great size bathroom, lots of fluffy towels and beach towels. There was chocolates, biscuits, home made liquor, tea, coffee, water and other drinks in the fridge for us that were all delicious. Tomas also organised a driver for us back to airport and gave as a Thankyou gift! The most wonderful, friendly hosts I have ever met! Nothing!

They picked us up from the boat ferry terminal, helped carry our bags to the room and arranged airport transfer for us. Provided homemade wine plus other sweet treats on arrival which was a lovely touch. This is the best place to stay in Dubrovnik, location in the old town was perfect.
