Excelente localização - A localização é ótima, ha diversos cafés e restaurantes na região, mas o principal foi a cama, super confortavel, com lençóis limpos e travesseiros de excelente qualidade. Depois do dia caminhando, tomar um bom banho quente e dormir numa cama confortavel como a deste quarto, foi revigorante. Os chinelos de amenities também deu um toque especial à estadia. Super recomendo, excelente custo-benefício.

• Natalia (8/5): - Location is great! Staff was very kind. Room was clean. Doors from the room are thin and when the other guests who had bathroom outside the room using it we could hear everything. And when they opened it for the first time we thought they are coming to our room. It was a annoying especially they do everything very loudly in the middle of the night.
• Gail (8/5): After we got to the B and B, it was great a place to stay. - Great location. Leo was very friendly and gave great suggestions for nearby restaurants. It was very clean and comfortable. It was confusing on how to get to it. I wasn’t aware that it was a floor of a building that had a courtyard and 3 different entrances. Wish that process was clarified in the emails.
• Burgos (9/5): Great location in a clean, modern, safe, and friendly place to stay as a single traveler. - The location was fantastic. Walkable from Termini with my rolling duffle, near sights and great restaurants in Monti, supermarket and bank with ATM across the street, two cafes in the building. Not to mention close to so many main tourist sights which are walkable. Room was very clean and perfect size for one. Loved being able to enjoy the cool nights and open my window to hear the city sounds. Although there was not someone to n site 24 hours, security was great, and they responded via What’sUp very quickly. Coming into the courtyard I believed the location was building C, 6th floor because that was what the outside doorbell had posted. It’s the 3rd floor so be aware and save the steps.

• Jonathan (6/5): This B&B was overpriced for the value you get.  - The property was conveniently located near termini station. The toiletries in the room weren’t filled before our arrival, and I had to ask them to be refilled when we were out the next day. Our room was significantly smaller than we were expecting from the pictures, making it very difficult to move around the space. If you want to sit down in the room, the only place is on the bed. It also took a significantly long time for the hot water to get to the bathroom, and the bathroom itself was very hard to get around because of how small it was.

• Maarten (8/5): Good B&B, clean en great location - Clean B&B with our own bathroom in the room. TV with AirPlay, WiFi and fridge filled with some soda drinks. Every cleaning and new towels on day 3. Owner put gluten free products in our room, very kind. Great location and not too noisy from outside. The warm water ran out multiple times, so often only cold water probably due to a too small boiler. The neighbor’s bathroom is next to the room and the walls are thin; so you wake up with the rest of the B&B.

• Ingo (6/5): - Die Lage war sehr gut, zentral zwischen Bahnhof und Kolosseum an einem sehr schönen Platz mit Restaurants und Cafés. Der Check-In hat gut geklappt. Wir haben im Vorfeld per WhatsApp wichtige Infos und eine Wegbeschreibung erhalten, was sehr hilfreich war. Es handelt sich um kein richtiges Hotel, sondern um einige Zimmer in einer umgebauten Wohnung eines normalen Wohnhauses. Wir konnten jedes Geräusch aus den anderen "Hotelzimmern" hören. Insbesondere die Türen waren sehr laut. Die Betten waren in Ordnung, das Bad war sauber. Frühstück gibt es in einem Café unten auf der Straße.

• Yana (10/5): Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place. - The location is perfect — right in the center and close to the main attractions, yet the room was quiet and comfortable. The staff were very caring, friendly, and attentive. We arrived in Rome on my mom’s birthday, which I had mentioned in advance. They surprised us with a bottle of wine and a birthday card, which was a very thoughtful and touching gesture that made our stay even more special. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything we needed was there. The breakfasts were also very tasty. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place. If we come to Rome again, we would gladly stay here again.

Está ubicado a pocas cuadras de Termini, lo cual facilita muchísimo el traslado a cualquier lugar. Siempre hay movimiento por la zona dado que se encuentra ubicado frente a la Basílica Santa María la Mayor. Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en Biancoré y lo haremos la próxima vez que visitemos Roma.

Hard to access, multiple codes to front gate and B&B door, plus two keys, one for room door, another for elevator. Small room, only one overhead light fixture in a triple room. Breakfast was not like typical breakfast or buffet.. you had to take a ticket to downstairs cafe, order one thing, an “American breakfast”, a croissant, OR a sandwich. Not a horrible place, but they’re charging too much for what it is. Ended up leaving after first night to a 4 star hotel around the corner that was lovely, comfortable and less expensive.

• Saulius (9/5): Perfect base for exploring the city — close to attractions, clean, and welcoming. - Close to the main train station (but not too close), which provides a cheap and fast connection to both airports. Lots of good places nearby for dining out. Clean and pleasantly scented — not only in the facilities but throughout the entire building. Polite and caring staff. Free coffee and more. And finally, an ancient but fully functional elevator — just like the ones you see in old movies! 😊 Slightly small space, but that’s not an issue if you leave early in the morning to visit attractions and return late after an evening event with some wine. 😊

Kein warmes Wasser am Waschbecken, Dusche hat auch ständig die Wassertemperatur gewechselt, Kaffeemaschine wurde ohne Rückmeldung an uns vom Zimmer entfernt. Bad an sich zu klein. Eine überforderte und gestresst bzw. genervt wirkende Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption. Im 21. Jahrhundert erwarte ich das eine entsprechende Person im Hotel und Tourismusbereich freundlich wirkt und mindestens 3 Fremdsprachen zumindest für den Dienstleistungssektor akzentfrei anwenden kann.

• steve (10/5): Wonderful - My family of nine stayed for one night before we flew home in mid October. The young man, I forgot his name, that was the host did a fantastic job of communicating with us ahead of time, helping us locate the building, and arranging taxis. He said it was his first day working by himself but he did a wonderful job. He also recommended restaurants that were excellent. The location is very convenient relative to the train station and other sites. The bedrooms are well equipped and the bathrooms are lovely.

• Maria (9/5): Great B&B in the heart of Rome! - Location is excellent in front of St Mary Major and 5 minutes walk from Termini station. Excellent public transport connection to the city centre & to Vatican in about 20 minutes. The beds and pillows are super comfortable, had a great nights sleep. Good American breakfast in a café next to the building (most B&Bs in Rome only include an Italian breakfast - coffee & pastry); and the room also has a kettle with a selection of tea, an espresso machine with capsules and even a mini fridge with some complimentary drinks. Not many B&Bs do this and it was certainly appreciated. The room also has a ceiling fan, and A/C too if you prefer that. Good size room and bathroom inside room. There are some steps you need to climb to get into the building and reach the elevator, so this is tricky if you have heavy luggage. In the room we had, you also had to climb one step to get into the bathroom, and another step for the toilet and shower.

• Albera (10/5): Här kommer vi bo igen! Fantastiskt! Nära till allt! Rom var fantastiskt! - Boendet var verkligen bra 👍🏼! Jag kommer att rekommendera det till familj och vänner. Om man vill bo lyxigt bör man välja ett hotell. För oss var det perfekt. Sköna sängar, bra ac och ett utmärkt läge för att utforska det mesta av vad Rom har att erbjuda. Vi tog tåget från flygplatsen till Termini station, som bara låg 5 minuter bort från boendet. Personalen bestod av en kille som heter Willy, och han var väldigt hjälpsam, ödmjuk och supertrevlig! Vi hade allt vi behövde. Frukosten hanterades genom kuponger som vi fick och serverades i caféet nere i själva byggnaden. Kommunikationen om boendet skedde via Mr. Leo, som är ägaren. Vi fick alltid snabba svar så fort vi skrev. Vi träffade aldrig Mr. Leo, och nästa gång skulle det vara trevligt om gästerna fick träffa värden! Vi ser gärna fram emot att bo här igen! Inget!

• Jordy MUNOZ (5/5): - l’emplacement est absolument idéal ! machine à café et bouilloire dans la chambre, SDB spacieuse. la chambre est assez vieillotte, la chambre 1 est collée à la porte d'entrée et nous subissons par conséquent les claquements de celle-ci quand les autres occupants rentrent ou sortent.... le personnel est très sympathique et plein de bonne volonté mais il faudrait juste un peu travailler son anglais.

Объект переделан из небольшой квартиры со всеми недостатками такого варианта. Завтрак в кафе возле дома, достаточный чтобы поесть с утра, но однообразный, выбора нет. Готовят плохо, яйца пережаренные, бекон пересушен. Объект годится для короткой остановки на 3-5 дней, но для более продолжительного путешествия точно не годится. Шумный кондиционер, который протекает прямо на пол. В 3-10 начинают работать грузчики мусора, который свозят со всего квартала. Шумят ужасно, каждый день нас будили в 3 часа утра и шумели обычно до 5. Комната небольшая, для двоих приемлемо, но для троих точно мало. На 3-5 дней остановиться возможно, но не более. Это с учетом, что в номере будут только ночевать. Вход через общий холл с другими секциями дома и с мусорными контейнерами. Древний страшный очень маленький лифт. Постоянного персонала нет, периодически есть дежурный, он же и убирает комнату.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, flexible, and always willing to help. Their communication was clear and efficient, and they provided excellent directions and local tips that made getting around so much easier. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a big plus during the warm summer days. The location is also ideal — just a few minutes’ walk from Roma Termini, making it super convenient for travel around the city and beyond.

La higiene es impecable. Nos sentimos muy a gusto. El único tema incómodo es que el baño privado estaba fuera de la habitación. Pero el mismo estaba muy bien equipado y no estaba lejos de la misma. • Tracey (10/5): - My family loved our stay here! We booked 2 rooms (we have teenage daughters), which was just right for us. The rooms are relatively small, but there is good storage for luggage. There is a very cool elevator, but its quite small. The location is fantastic! Right next to Santa Maria Maggiore, which is where Pope Francis was laid to rest. The restaurants right downstairs from the B&B were great, and it was so nice to be able to sit and dine or drink a cappuccino and watch the people and cars go by. We would stay here again!
• Lan (7/5): Good - A great check in. A tiny room, but you don't get much for your money in Rome.
• Geraldine (8/5): Enjoyable stay as the location was close to the train station and the room was clean and comfortable. - Location was great and the room was clean and comfortable. Small room and bathroom.
• Bindu (6/5): Pleasant - location was great. Small bathroom and room. I didn't like the bathroom for three being outside the bedroom in the hallway.

• Nicola (6/5): Great location but very basic accommodation - The breakfast was ok. Coffee machine in the room made lovely coffees. The room was much smaller than we thought it would be and very basic but clean. The staff were helpful and very responsive when we messaged. There was a phone ringing very late at the reception on our last night which kept us awake for a long time as no staff were at the desk.
• Olivia (7/5): Good location, very nice staff - The location was great, with plenty of good restaurants nearby and close to transit options. The prices felt a little high for the overall quality of the room and bathroom.

• Thomas (7/5): Good - A nice 3-night stay at Biancore B&B. The room was simple and rather small but we really did not need much more than that, walking around all day long. It’s very centrally located, just across Santa Maria Maggiore, and very close to the metro and train station - I was concerned with the area when booking, but we did not feel unsafe at any time of the day or night coming back to the room. Double glazing windows kept the street noise out. Staff is very kind and accommodating. They kept our luggage after our check-out until our departure. Also, it is worth noting that the building and the bathroom did not smell of any moisture or sewage, which is something that worries me when staying in old buildings. Location great. Cleanliness impeccable. Reception is not full-time staffed, but can be contacted by whatsapp/phone, if needed. They do reply very quickly. Breakfast (Americano or Italiano) is outsourced in the café outside the building – I would have chosen another place for our breakfast, but it’s not bad. Would have been useful to have a cloth hanger/rack could be added on the wall, other than the existing closet.
• Tom (7/5): In the midst of history - The location is ideal for enjoying the historic part of Rome. The building and apartment itself are less appealing than they seemed from the photos and finding the apartment was really difficult from the instructions texted. Some signs outside and inside would be very helpful. It was too small for any chairs.

• Lin (4/5): Approx 250 Euro a night for a very very old flat is very expensive. Just go for other options or hotel. - Nothing I think the price is high for a very old flat. Could have just went for a 3-4 star hotel nearby.

• Sian (10/5): Very good accommodation - very clean and tidy, a real authentic taste of Rome. Great access to everywhere. would recommend not much, probably a little smaller than we anticipated, but served our purposes well!
