Did not give us towels when we asked for new ones. Water bottle costed $2.5 per bottle. Insane cost for water which should have been given for free or less than a dollar. Lots of hair strands throughout the room. Disgusting. The toilet water comes almost to the brim which makes cleaning difficult. Hair dryer was not provided even though it was mentioned in the amenities that would be provided. Breakfast was very basic and no water even then unless paid. Shower gel / body wash was of very bad quality. Shower floor was cracked and was not clean. Air conditioner if turned to heat mode, gave a very horrible stench. We had to put some air freshener to make the room smell better. Overall very horrible experience. Never visiting there again.

It had a strong unpleasant smell, the TV was not working properly, and there was no hot water in the shower. The shower drain was clogged, and the shower head was broken, so it had to be held by hand. Additionally, we were 4 guests but only provided with 2 towels, and when we asked for more, the staff said they had none available, which is unacceptable. Overall, the room was very old, poorly maintained, and not worth the price.

We had brown marks all over the floor were the desk was we could t get the shower to go warm! Very very basic and not to the highest standards at all we were room 225! The towels smelled horrible, and the sheets were just as bad; there was a foul odor in the room, and even the flooring was damaged. Not to mention the filthy bathroom—the shower curtain was dirty, and there was even hair left behind by previous guests. The fridge didn't work at all. I will never return to this hotel. The rooms are no different they were somewhat clean, but everything in our bathroom was rusty and old. We had no hot water, and I did not get a refund. There is no breakfast. it's a lie. - Mihael (1/5): NIE WIEDER !!! - die Lage war ok und das Bett war recht gemütlich Ansonsten NICHTS !!! Das Zimmer war dreckig, überall fremde Haare. Ich war dort 8 Tage, mir wurde gesagt es wird alle 3 Tage gereinigt. Ich habe zweimal nachgehakt aber das Zimmer wurde nicht einmal sauber gemacht. Keine frischen Handtücher und kein neues Wc Papier. Die Dusche war nie wirklich warm, maximal lauwarm. Im Zimmer hat es gestunken, die Klimaanlage war so laut wie ein Zug. Das Personal war unfreundlich und das Frühstück bestand aus tiefgefrorenen Waffeln die man sich mit dem Toaster aufwärmen konnte. Der Pool war widerlich, habe mich nicht rein getraut.

- Luis (10/5): Seating expectation feels like another Day in Paradise. - The location was divine the staff was super helpful I was assisted by Alex he was over my expectations Giovanni front desk he also assisted me very divine through all my stay in my experience I've never had this before and that says a lot. Honestly there's not a price that I could place cuz sometimes a person's personality could be priceless I've been in the worst restaurants I've been in the best restaurants and sometimes you can find the most unique gem and the most rarest locations. I don't enjoy when other folks judge a book by his character there's more to this lively enclosed location that's being revamped for a better future than people take it for. I'm proud to see the unit they build to provide customer care and it never gets a second look.
