• Serrano (10/5): Front desk y desayuno espectacular - El cuarto super comodo, la sra.Rosa de front desk super extra amable. La muchacha de la cocina Mileidy super atenta con nosotros. Un solo detalle la habitación estaba muy bien el baño también. Lo que no me gustó fue que el piso de la habitación estaba super sucio pero lo demás muy limpio. Pues salí de bañar y camine por la habitación recogido y los pies se me pusieron negro me los tuve que lavar de nuevo en el baño

Piscina Fare attenzione alla tassa obbligatoria per i servizi che se pagata con booking non và pagata in struttura. Ci hanno rimborsato comunque il pagamento non dovuto. Lo staff continuava a portare via le asciugamani e i teli doccia del secondo ospite, costringendoci a chiederli ogni giorno. La stanza è stata rifatta 1 sola volta in 5 notti

• Michelle (5/5): You are absolutely paying for what you’re getting. - Close to the prison 🤷🏽‍♀️ and the mall. The A/C in the room was great (especially now that Florida is getting warmer). The blinds were broken. When I told the cleaning lady she referred me to the front desk who referred me to maintenance who referred me back to the front desk. There was hole in the wall made by someone either repeatedly opening the door too hard or opening the door so hard it made an imprint on the wall. The shower was TINY. I don’t understand why there was a handicap bar on the wall, right by the shower head making the shower that much smaller. The bathroom door was deteriorating from the bottom corner, upwards and your knees were bump d up right against the door as you sat on the commode to do your business. It was loud, noisy and quite disruptive outside. Not to mention how dirty and run faiem the property looked.

• Monica (2/5): - The convenience of how close to camping world stadium. This hotel.is called the Developer Inn ..beware!! The toilet didn't work, when I called to tell them it was overflowing, the gentleman gave me a plunger to fix myself!! No microwave in any rooms! Ice machine on our side didn't work. Saw few dead roaches on floor. Milk at breakfast was spoiled. Cleaning lady only cleaned room first day.

• Sotiria (5/5): It is good for a night when someone wants to keep it low-budget. - The location was okay and the staff very helpful. The bed was very comfy. I did not like the facilities and the breakfast provided. The building and the furniture were old and did not feel welcoming. The bathroom was tiny and the door was touching the toilet.

• Bonny (1/5): PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. - Nothing If I could give negative stars, I would. First of all, when we arrive the staff at the front desk mentioned their system was down and they were not able to charge the card used for the reservation, so they needed a copy of my ID and a copy of my credit/card. I asked how would I know they do not keep this information and they said they will shred it at time of check out. (Which did NOT happen either). After we checked in at 11:30pm, we parked and went to our room. We were tired and were about to go to sleep around 11:45pm when someone started POUNDING at the door saying HOUSEKEEPING!!! We looked at each other with my husband and said who does housekeeping at this time??? We said NO THANK YOU!!! And the man yelled ITS THE FRONT DESK!! OPEN THE DOOR, WE NEED TO CHECK WHO IS IN HERE? - I was so scared!! I asked my husband to put open the door, because if I was alone THERE WAS NO WAYYYY I WAS GOING TO OPEN THE DOOR TO A MAN POUNDING ON MY DOOR LIKE THIS. My husband opened the door and the guy asked who is the guest staying here - I said my name and he said OK OK - it was the weirdest thing. IF I WAS ALONE I WOULD OF CALLED 911 IMMEDIATELY. Thankfully I was not alone. But the rest of the night I had an uneasy feeling and didnt go to sleep until it was 1am. Needles to say in my whole 44 years of life traveling - I have never experienced something like this. Front desk POUNDING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT TO CHECK THAT YOU ARE THE PERSON THAT CHECKED IN WHEN YOU GAVE ME THE ROOM KEYS - 15 mins before. UNBELIEVABLE… The floor was dirty - thankfully i carry flip flops everywhere to avoid catching any fungus. THE BATHROOM SINK WAS CLOGGED. The place is old and outdated. The hallways are disgusting and unkept. (I ATTACHED PICTURES) The whole vibe of this so called HOTEL was awful. I can not speak for the breakfast because I COULD NOT WAIT TO GET THE HELL OUT OF THERE!!!
• Sunil (4/5): - Only good thing was location and a decent breakfast. Looked like an old hotel which went bankruped was taken over by Wyndham. Got a room on 3rd floor, was kind of scary all the neighbouring rooms were empty. Not going to stay there again.

• Armale (3/5): An uncomfortable and unsafe stay due to poor maintenance, lack of basic amenities, and serious safet - The room was not prepared for guests at all. There were only two towels provided, and no tissues. The toilet was in very poor condition — the seat was loose, moved every time I sat down, made loud noises, and felt like it could break at any moment. In addition, the toilet tank refilled with loud noise every 3 minutes, which made it impossible to sleep at night. Another serious concern was safety. The room had only two lamps, and one of them had a damaged plug. Part of the plug appeared to be broken inside the outlet, which creates a clear safety hazard. Overall, this was a very uncomfortable and unsafe stay. n/a

• Johnson (1/5): After changing rooms twice because it was so nasty I decided to not stay. The Manager was not plean - Nothing The rooms was dirty and the beds had hair on them under the sheets and on top of the sheets. The bathrooms were dirty the toilet with hair on it. These rooms look like they had not been cleaned for weeks and the beds was made up over dirty sheets.

Around 2am an older gentleman opened up our room door with a key, he was another guest!!! He was constantly trying to get into our room. It was only me and my 2 daughters sleeping when he was trying to bust into our room!!! To say we was absolutely terrified would be such a huge understatement!!!! It was not the guests fault that the front desk staff gave him a key to our room, it’s the front desk staffs fault. I went down immediately to the front desk cause god forbid the phone in the room actually worked cause it’s didn’t! I explained the whole situation to the front desk and he said well I’m sorry but there’s nothing I can. So the next morning I went to the front desk and spoke with a “manager” named ROSA. She literally acted like she couldn’t care less for mine and my daughter’s safety at her own hotel. I also informed her that I have PTSD and she’s lucky that the guest trying to bust into our room wasn’t hurt. Rosa the manager told me that the systems was down and sorry it happened. I told her that we didn’t feel safe whatsoever staying there and asked her for a refund. She said well if that’s what you want then please check out by 11am and to call booking.com for a refund. I am completely disgusted with how all of this is handled. My 2 girls were absolutely terrified and none of us could sleep at all the next few nights even after changing hotels because we was still in shock that this happened and scared somebody was going to bust up in on us again. NEVER STAY HERE!!!!

Loud moaning next door. The door and walls are crazy thin and you can hear everything outside the door. The door had to slammed just to close. The shower was missing half the door and wasn't sealed properly and flooded the floor anytime we tried to shower. Strong bleach smell when we arrived almost nauseating. Floor super sandy and dirty. No clean towels for 2 days. And per hotel staff it was due to being booked. Loud moaning next door. The door and walls are crazy thin and you can hear everything outside the door. The door had to slammed just to close. The shower was missing half the door and wasn't sealed properly and flooded the floor anytime we tried to shower. Strong bleach smell when we arrived almost nauseating. Floor super sandy and dirty. Cracked shower pan and incorrect seal causing water to leak from the poorly made shower onto the bathroom floor and spread everywhere. So we used out room towels to mop it up and they were never replaced after asking several staff members
• Sara (10/5): I would recommend definitelly! - The room was very clean and cozy. What i really liked was that we could leave our luggage after check out andd before our flight at the reception, and it was free, so we didnt had to worry about it while still exploring the city on the last day. Evereything was great. Hotel is a bit far from the city centre, but everything is reachable by taxi. I didnt like the breakfast, but im european so the breakfast is very different from what we are used to in europe. Nothing personal to hotel, just my personal feeling. :)

The location next to a major highway and the fencing of a large prison was unacceptable. The lack of sufficient staff to service such a large facility. The missing items in the room such as adequate towels, soap, etc. Poor tv offerings.

• Alexis (1/5): Never again, pay more to stay somewhere else safer, cleaner and more professional - You get what you pay for. The property is pitch black dark at night walking back to your room. Internet and phones are down, how are you suppose to reach anyone for assistance ??? Dirty rooms, run down property, sketchy environment. I was given a key to a room with someone else’s belongings in it. Staff said well I told you the internet was down that’s why there is a mix up.

The location was not accessible to anything except the jail next door. The rooms were outdated and not that clean, my bathroom don’t even have a door that shut all the way.

They didn't clean the room at all during the 3 nights and even when I asked the cleaning stuff to give me new towels she said I don't have a new towels. Breakfast was same every day and the juice was funny one day is so concentrated and sugary other day is so diluted.

• Terrie (1/5): I will not return to this hotel and I will not recommend this hotel - It was close to where I needed to go. We had 2 bath towels one hand towel and one washcloth for two people. I got bit up by bed bugs. There's no cable TV. For breakfast the eggs had an inch of water in them The sausage was barely cooked The orange juice was bitter and I couldn't get to the waffle machine cuz apparently that was the only thing people were wanting to eat.
• Edward (7/5): Adequate for 2 nights during long hours at work - Price Very old property that Wyndham is trying to dress up. No hair dryer. No bath mat. Bed is way too soft and caused leg cramps.
