В низу рестораны и бары, но нам это не мешало. Сложно понять где в здании находится отель (2 этаж) никто подсказать толком не мог.... так же очень скрипучие полы и двери просто стрём. С завтраком все сложно... как мы поняли можно в номер, а можно поесть на улице...очень долгое обслуживание и никаких напитков.... официанту вообще мы были безразличны. интернет слабый, можно сказать что его нет

- Mingaile (7/5): - The design of the rooms was nice For other travelers who are considering this hotel, must be aware that this hotel is above the clubs and restaurants. It's very noisy and smell from the kitchens on the ground floor comes directly into your room. We as colleagues booked a twin room and surprisingly we got a room with small double bed, which thanks to efficient staff member after some arguments was changed into double room. Mattress es are very uncomfortable and outdated. And you can't use the AC because it was old and full of dirt and dust inside, not even mentioning the noise.

- NANDINI (10/5): The perfect stay for a half marathon in Heliopolis - We booked this hotel because it was close to Merryland Park where we were supposed to start and end the Q halfmarathon. The location is outside the usual tourist route but for our purposes it was perfect. We were a 20 minute walk from the venue and there were no problems walking back and forth for the race. The station for metro is very close and potentially when all the lines are built, it will make this location prime. Airport is 15 minutes away and an Uber costs less than 200 Egyptian pounds. We also took an Uber to the Grand Egyptian Museum which was hassle free. There are plenty of eateries around and the inhouse restaurant is very reasonable. Our room was spacious, clean and had an old Cairo vibe which we loved. The staff were helpful and courteous. The stairways are decorated with old time celebrities and the garden café is peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast could be served in the room for free! That was our biggest luxury. The quality and portions were super. All in all, would definitely love to stay here again. Just waiting for Cairo metro network to be fully functioning and that will be a total game changer. Cannot think of anything else. It was perfect.

As other travelers have mentioned, it is very loud as the ground floor is occupied by cafes (was there on a Wednesday). The hotel is a beautiful building, the rooms have high ceilings, and they are clean and comfortable. It may be a bit noisy from the restaurants but we closed the windows and the noise was not a problem any more.

Großes Zimmer. Top Frühstück und Breakfast Basket. Personal absolut freundlich und hilfsbereit. Manchmal spielt eine Life Band, dann wird es abends lauf im Zimmer.

Very good for people who like nightlife style holidays as you have a nightclub upstairs and few restaurants downstairs.You will never get bored in there. The neighborhood is quite safe and beautiful. The only downside of thes place is the noise! Specially the air-conditioning, it was too noisy. Otherwise I loved it and I would go again and stay in this hotel when I go to Cairo.

- Jasini (10/5): An exceptional hotel, definitely recommend! - This was the best place we stayed on our Egypt holiday! The hotel is very well kept, feels luxurious with a vintage vibe. Definitely boutique. Our room was very clean and comfortable. I appreciate the small touches like the toiletries, information folder, and the welcome fruit basket. The staff were attentive, welcoming and helpful. They helped us book a taxi to the airport for our early morning flight, and even prepared breakfast boxes for us. The location was ideal as it’s a 15-20 minute drive to the international airport. It was little noisy at night but that’s understandable given that there are restaurants and cafés attached to the hotel.

- Eva (5/5): Impossible to sleep, too loud - The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. The decor is nice. The staff are helpful and friendly, available 24/7. The breakfast is generous and delicious. The hotel is located above several bars/karaoke venues that are extremely loud until around 1am, making it impossible to sleep. We changed rooms to one that was less exposed to the noise, but even with earplugs, our five-night stay was far from restful. Cleanliness also leaves much to be desired — the TV didn’t work in the first room, and the shower was clogged in the second. While the staff are friendly and helpful, they were themselves very noisy in the hallways, and due to poor sound insulation, I had to step out and ask them to be quieter so I could get some sleep. It’s such a shame, but a hotel where you can’t sleep properly just isn’t a good hotel.

The rooms are clean, very comfortable, well appointed, and well serviced. The bed is especially comfortable. The oriental breakfast is ample and tasty. The juices and food at the restaurants are great. The laundry service was quick and excellent. The location is also very good: in historic Heliopolis, with nice restaurants a short walk away, not far from the Metro, and relatively close to the airport. It can get noisy late in the evening due to the restaurants in the courtyard but the white noise of the AC balances it out.

Breakfast was good, a choice of either American ( pastries & omelette etc) or oriental ( Egyptian) Omelette and falafels etc). The best thing was the coffee shop on the premises which served great oat milk flat whites. We had an overnight sleeper and arrived early in the morning and they allowed us into our rooms earlier than 1pm which was really lovely. Helpful staff. I did not get any e mails or messages back from the hotel when I messaged them a day before. The number provided was not answered either. Apparently they did not receive my messages, e mails or phone calls. It was fine when we arrived however.

- John (9/5): Great hotel. - Great breakfast (particularly the mango juice) served on our balcony. Nice location, close to the real life of Egypt and not far from the airport. A/C and Wifi worked well. Good staff always available. Several dining options without leaving the compound. The "disco" type noises at night. I wasn't sure where they came from, but it was too loud.

- bulbulaya (2/5): Noisy - This is a cute Littile boutique hotel with nice friendly staff situated in korba Heliopolis surrounded by nice lively restaurants and the result is a very noisy very noisy very noisy room. I hear the motorcycles the singing the honking, the staff outside the room. I would not stay here again. If the noise does not bother you, it is a gem of a place
- Yousf (7/5): Good - Great staff Good boutique hotel for those who don't like to sleep in before 1:00 AM. also *The rooftop lounge is not good and said. *Seven Fortunes Coffee has great coffee. If you arrive before check-in 3 hours there's No welcome drink There's a $15 early check-in fee.

- Reham (10/5): It feels like Home - It’s my 2nd time to stay here. I love the vibe of the hotel, so cozy. I want to send a special thanks to Andrew. He is the sweetest guy and just amazing. Wish I could have met u before leaving to thank u in person. I would like to also thank Ahmed for welcoming me. All the staff are very helpful and polite. Nothing. I will return again in April or May, next time i’m visiting Cairo :)
