• Melody (4/5): Disappointing. - The management people were very responsive and understanding. They took note of our complaints seriously. Our 2+1 apartment was advertised for 3 pax, and it delivered as such. Very honest. (We had relatives who booked separately and stayed at the same building style as ours, same apartment style, but theirs had a blocked-off living room, so they could rent it out as a 4 guest apartment.) In terms of convenience, there's a very lively stretch of food and groceries area just below, and GMBB is just around the corner. There's a very pretty RC church just opposite. The apartment is poorly managed, and I think the management does not do their checking regularly. The door locks were not there and yet they give you pin numbers. We had to make our own makeshift door alarm system (see photos). Walls had paint and wall paper peeling, dubious stains on the sheet covers and walls, floors too. Master bedroom didn't have locks on both room and bathroom. Also, water in the sink will not stop dripping. I want to be as transparent about my experience so others don't get shocked. A lot of these apartments are managed separately from booking.com. Sometimes you're lucky, sometimes not. Also, we had to pay a separate deposit to the management for damages (perhaps they've had very bad experiences).

• Melles (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was amazing, we checked in earlier than expected, it was no problem for the host and everything worked out easy. Contactless check in, great service, clean place, amazing view and great location..the apartment was huge and was more than worth the price..we live in Langkawi and we gonna use Robertson Resodemces for sure for all our stays in KL from now on..RR got a regular customer with us 👌🏼 The only thing to mention was that the lights at he pool were not working.

• Dk (8/5): The location is a bit far from the city center (pavi) but there’s minimart like 7/11, restaurants next building. Ove - I like the size of the room it is so spacious plus the city view was top! The wifi wasn’t working!!! :/ -2 for that.
• Wesley (4/5): Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I can live with some minor flaws in consideration of the size of the unit. - Location Needs renovation. Peeling wall paper, stained sofa, stains on bed sheets. Also the electronic door lock failed and I was locked until someone could repair it.

• Novianti (7/5): Wonderful stay for family, but beware of the DEPOSIT SCAM! - The host provided a clear guideline for the guests to check in seamlessly. We arrived around 4PM in the property, but the host sent us the guideline early on. We followed the guideline and it's easy to understand, we were able to locate our room key easily, just based on the guidelines provided by the host. Once we checked out, the process was also smooth. Would recommend this property and the host to our acquaintances. BEWARE.. The host did not refund our property damage deposit since our latest stay in January 2025! When I tried to contact them, they're very slow response and give false confirmation that they have processed the refund. Don't get fooled! RUN!

• Arafat (1/5): Bad - Location is good, convenient. Not clean enough. Bathrooms were stinky and dirty. One of the bathrooms door knob was broken. Only 1 remote for all the AC and 1 remote for all the fans in the unit which was bit inconvenient. Washing machine wasn't working properly. Blanket/conforter was ripped inside the cover. Overall, facility wasn't good enough. We didn't really enjoy the stay in this property. Would NOT recommend.

Before checkout the price was $40 with all taxes, but when I paid booking charged me more than $50, because that place have some charges what u didn’t see when you book. • Yasmin (9/5): Perfect apartment for a longer visit, would definitely stay again. - Excellent location and high security apartment complex. The host was very responsive during our stay and any requests were addressed promptly. The self check in and check out process was so easy and quick. Well appointed apartment, very spacious and well maintained and all the necessary amenities were included. Gorgeous views of the city too! Host had included some instant coffee which was much appreciated as well!

Security deposit not mentioned in Bookings site, advised after paying in full, only accept Malaysian Ringgit currency. Wasn't particularly clean or well maintained.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - The check-in part was Abit of a problem as there wasn't a receptionist in the lobby so we had email and wait for them to respond back over the wrong card that was put in the locker after we requested to check in earlier .The washing machine isn't even working but overall it was a good place if it wasn't for the check in and washing machine . The hotel won't let cars come in after 6pm so you have to wait outside the place for the cars to pick you up .

• Yasmin (10/5): A modern flat with great amenities & a great pool! - We stayed here for five nights and the flat had everything we needed and was in a handy location. The washing machine in the small 'balcony' area was super handy and the unexpected additionals like the blender and rice cooker made this flat a great stay for short (and for longer term). The flat was a good size and was really comfortable, making it a good space to come back too after a long day exploring and sight-seeing. The layout of the flat was well planned- with the bathroom door disguised as part of the bedroom wardrobe! The building felt safe and secure. Stayshare Homes were quick to respond (I recommend contacting them through Whatsapp, especially if you live outside Malaysia) and were helpful. The building a had a really big outside infinity pool with lots of sunbeds/seating areas and a separate kids pool too.
