- Firoz (10/5): Memorable First Time Visit at Kuala Lumpur - My daughter and I recently spent three nights at JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur at Bukit Bintang, and our stay was made truly memorable by Nijhum at the reception, whose hospitality went far beyond anything we expected. From the moment we checked in, Nijhum took genuine care of us. She kindly arranged complimentary breakfast for both of us for our entire stay, which was such a warm and unexpected gesture. Throughout our trip she helped us arrange taxis, guided us to sensible and good-value shopping areas, recommended places worth visiting, and pointed us towards wonderful local food. As a mother travelling alone with my daughter in an unfamiliar city, having someone so attentive, kind, and trustworthy at the front desk gave me real peace of mind. This level of warmth and personal attention is rare. Nijhum represents the very best of what hospitality should be, and she is a real asset to the JW Marriott team. The hotel itself was excellent — clean, comfortable, and beautifully located — but it was Nijhum’s personal care that elevated our experience from a pleasant stay into a memorable one. Thank you, Nijhum. We will not forget your kindness, and we will certainly return. Can’t think of anything!

The room that I reserved was found out to have no window, or a false one, for it was the most basic room type. I was asked to pay 150 per night to upgrade to room with window. So it should be stated that room was windowless when I booked. Perhaps the hotel considers rooms having no window is basic and it’s an upgrade just if one wants a real one.

- Keshminderjit Singh (10/5): We truly enjoyed it! - We recently stayed at the JW Marriott Hotel Kuala Lumpur for 2 nights to celebrate our 2nd wedding anniversary, and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment we checked in, the service was exceptional. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. To our pleasant surprise, we were upgraded to a nicer room, which made our celebration even more special. The room was beautifully maintained, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Every detail, from cleanliness to amenities, was on point. The overall ambience of the hotel added a touch of luxury to our anniversary celebration. Thank you to the entire team for making our special occasion even more meaningful. We truly appreciate the hospitality and will definitely be back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay!

- Shakira (8/5): I truly enjoyed my stay and appreciated the comfort and convenience the hotel offered. - I enjoyed the hotel’s location and the amenities offered (easy access to taxis, close to Pavilion Mall, Fahrenheit88, the Central Market, etc.). The breakfast selection was good, and the spa treatments were truly wonderful. The room design was not convenient for two people. The breakfast options have hardly changed since I returned after three years.
- Haroon (10/5): Amazing stay at JW Marriott Bukit Bintang - Location which is exactly opposite the Pavilion. Buffet breakfast was nice as well. Staff was very courteous. The restaurant manager recommended me Malaysian tea Ta Tariq which I which I loved. Keep up the good work team JW Marriott.

- Syeda (8/5): Overall it was a good experiance the staff is super friendly and lobby n dining area is superb. - Everything was just perfect. A satisfying stay and highly recomended. The room I got was at 3rd floor the hotel has separatd 2-3 floors with no view. Hotel location is perfect but no view from windows. Also room on 3rd floor has a bit of stains on walls and the washroom shower was not maintained. When it comes marriot name you dont expect such minor flaws too.

- Andrew (10/5): Still a very good hotel for the money and location. - We liked the size of the room and the fact the adjoining room was rather large as well by Asian standards. The location of the hotel within Bukit Bintang was excellent opposite to Pavillion. The pool area was good to relax in. We didn't try the in house restaurants as there is plenty of eating options everywhere you look. I didn't have a problem with it but my wife felt the pillows were too soft. It was fixed by ringing reception and asking for firmer pillows to the room. The corridors were very "The Shining" feel to them. We were ok but I can see others getting lost in what would be a maze to get to your room.

Вони не заслуговують своїх зірок - некомпетентність персоналу - заселення та виселення зайняло в сумі 40 хвилин, хоча черг не було - я робила реєстрацію через букинг, а при заселенні вони з мене вимагали ту ж саму інформацію, хоча могли самостійно її взяти з сайту - в кімнаті воняло старим - пустий міні бар, хоча за номер я відвалила немалі гроші
