Свързахме се по телефона и ни дадоха насоки, но в първия момент бяхме малко неориентирани къде трябва да се остави колата и как да стигнем.

- Anastasia (7/5): Bien mais pour le prix de la nuitée, avoir une chambre communicante, ce n'est pas acceptable - La gentillesse des membres de l'hôtel. Toujours la sourire. Qualité de la literie, salle de bain spacieuse. Possibilité de laisser ses bagages gratuitement après le check out. Malheureusement la chambre communicante. (insonorisation désastreuse avec des colocataires peu polis - télé à un volume très élevée jusqu'à minuit et rebelotte à 06h01). Du coup, nous n'avons pas réellement dormis malgré une belle literie. Déjeuner ok mais sans plus en terme de choix. Bruit de la VMC

- bil 77 (9/5): Très beau séjour - Chambre très spacieuse déco très jolie. Petit dejeuner buffet varié. Emplacement parfait Les machines à boissons chaudes devraient être à disposition dans la salle du petit déjeuner pour que l on puisse se servir tout seul.
- Geoffroy (9/5): - D'abord, ce beau palais vénitien est magnifiquement situé, très proche de la place Saint-Marc et au coeur du passionnant quartier Castello. Ensuite, la suite était très spacieuse et très belle! Il faut dire que j'avais fait une surprise à ma partenaire pour ces 40 ans et il y avait donc une belle décoration pour l'accueillir. L'équipe a fait un super travail à ce sujet. Bravo à elle! :) A noter que l'hôtel propose quelques excursions donc n'hésitez pas à faire appel à eux si vous souhaitez organiser les basiques (tour de Venise en Canal, transport jusqu'à Murano notamment). Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. La signalétique pour trouver l'hôtel... L'entrée est très (trop?) discrète. On ne l'a pas vu tout de suite mais on attendait quelque chose de plus visible. Petite remarque sur le petit déjeuner, même s'il était doté d'un choix intéressant, il manquait de diversité d'un jour à l'autre pour le rendre vraiment exceptionnel.

God frokost og nydelige rene rom. Prima hotell som vi gjerne bor på igjen! Resepsjonsområdet var (for) lite, og kunne ønsket tydeligere skilting på hotellet på utsiden.

- Stacy (9/5): Agréable expérience dans cet hôtel ! - L'hôtel est très bien situé; tout est accessible à pied. Il est aussi très propre et nous avons été très bien accueillis. Les réceptionnistes parlent de nombreuses langues, ce qui a vraiment facilité la communication. Ils proposent aussi des "excursions" organisées par l'hôtel (notamment des balades en bateaux pour visiter les points phares de Venise). Le wifi est gratuit contrairement à ce qui est mentionné. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable, de nombreux services y sont proposés. Nous nous y sommes sentis très à l'aise. Le petit déjeuner était bon et varié (sucré / salé).

- STÉPHANE (8/5): Bel hôtel mais prix élevé pour une chambre sombre - L'hôtel est très bien placé, dans une ruelle/canal très calme et agréable (avec des terrasses de restaurants) malgré la proximité de la place Saint Marc. Le personnel est très agréable, parle le français et donne de bons conseils. Le petit déjeuner est bon et varié (sucré/salé). Notre chambre était très propre, ménage fait tous les jours et le lit confortable. Ascenseur. La chambre qui ne donnait pas sur le canal mais sur une ruelle avait 2 fenêtres qui donnaient sur le Palazzo d'à côté qui est très proche (impossible d'ouvrir les volets sans vis à vis). La chambre était donc très sombre alors que le prix était très élevé.

- amrik (1/5): ⭐ 1/10 – Avoid This Hotel - ⭐ 1/10 – Avoid This Hotel Very disappointing experience. I paid for my reservation in full and informed the hotel that my flight was arriving late. Despite this, the hotel still marked my booking as a no-show and cancelled it, which was extremely stressful after travelling. When I finally arrived, instead of helping or offering a solution, the hotel staff charged me an extra €80 just to use the room briefly, even though the room had already been fully paid for. After a long journey I had no real choice but to pay. This felt very unfair and opportunistic, especially for a guest who had already paid and communicated about the late arrival. Hospitality should be about helping guests, especially when flights are delayed or travel issues occur. Unfortunately, the service here felt the opposite — no flexibility, no understanding, and extra charges at the worst possible moment. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. Travelers should be careful when booking here.

One of the hotel staff came to meet us from our private taxi which was a nice touch as it meant we didn’t immediately get lost in narrow alleys! The family room was a little disappointing but you’re paying for the location and it we were comfortable.

- Luisa (9/5): Utmärkt vistelse i Venice - Läget var utmärkt, fint med extra balsam och andra tillbehör. Saknade engelska TV kanaler och extra kapslar till kaffe. Gammal hårtork.
- Albert (2/5): - Die Lage. Das Zimmer war sauber. Das Zimmer befand sich unweit neben dem Speisesaal bzw. der Küche im Basement. Es war dunkel und laut, die Möbel etwas abgenutzt (Stuhllehne kaputt) und insgesamt war das Zimmer sehr klein und nicht schön eingerichtet, sehr einfach- wirklich nicht 4* und für über 400 Euro für zwei Nächte nicht gerechtfertigt. Viele Touristen laufen direkt vor dem Fenster ebenerdig vorbei, so dass man immer den Vorhang zu haben müssend und die Aussicht (Stadtblick) beschränkt sich auf den Stromkasten vor dem Fenster mit der Tüte Hundekot daneben. Das Zimmer befindet sich eigentlich auf dem Gehweg (siehe Foto). Es glich eher etwas einem Gefängnis. Die Bilder auf Booking hatten nichts mit der Realität zu tun. Wir haben dann wieder ausgecheckt und gleich in der Nähe etwas wunderbares anderes gefunden (für den gleichen Preis). Es gibt sicher schönere Zimmer im Haus, wenn man die anderen Bewertungen liest.

Aucun lieu dans l'hôtel, type bar, salon etc... Très très cher comparativement à d'autres hôtels bien mieux et aussi bien placés. Même le petit déjeuner est tres cher pour l'offre, il faut payer 5€ pour une petit jus d'orange pressé !

La restauration de l’immeuble est magnifique : elle préserve toute l'âme du lieu tout en offrant des matériaux nobles et des sanitaires modernes. Mention spéciale pour l'excellente literie. L'emplacement est parfait pour tout faire à pied, même s'il reste un peu excentré de la gare. Un séjour exceptionnel et un vrai dépaysement ! Le gros plus : le petit-déjeuner, tant pour la qualité et la variété des produits que pour le cadre enchanteur au bord des canaux. Un grand merci au personnel aux petits soins durant tout le séjour. Nous avions une chambre avec porte communicante, ce qui est génial pour les familles. En revanche, lorsque les voisins ne font pas partie du groupe on ne se sent pas à l’aise. On manque d’intimité.

- VAlérie (9/5): Agréable et efficace. - Décoration des chambres. Propreté des sanitaires. Confort de la literie. Dynamique et prévoyance de la réception. Emplacement au calme mais central donnant sur un canal.
- Cristina (8/5): - El.hotel está muy bien ubicado, limpio y el personal de mostrador y desayuno es atento y muy profesional. El hotel no tiene bar propio y te recomiendan ir a los restaurantes que pertenecen al grupo hotelero. Fuimos a uno por su recomendación y fue caro y de poca calidad. Pasta seca y casi sin salsa, pescado pasado al horno y precio muy elevado en comparación lo que encontramos después en la ciudad.

- Herbert (10/5): Perfekt - Perfektes Zimmer, für venezianische Verhältnisse sehr groß. Sauberes Bad mit guter Größe und sehr guter Ausstattung. Tolles Frühstück. In allen Bereichen sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt gerne wieder. Es hat nichts negatives gegeben.
