• Justine (10/5): - Nagomi house suited us perfectly. It is spacious by Tokyo standards. The location was excellent, we loved asakusa. The house is thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including bath products and laundry liquid, drying racks etc. Our children could sleep in a separate area to us, and go to bed early. There was room to store suitcases. We had a lovely time there and highly recommend it. Nothing - we would stay there again.

• Adrienne (10/5): Highly recommend Nagomi House. Exceeded our expectations - Very comfortable and well equipped. A great place for a group of four friends to stay. Great location. Great amenities and a lot of space. Quiet and close to the station and good eating. Very good coffee shop close by.

• Jennifer (8/5): This house was in a great location and was very spacious. - The location of this unit is great, and was easy to find. It is VERY spacious for Japan. It was nice to have a couch, as well as a bed for each of my family members. The rate per night was very good value. The check in process was rather tedious. The messages from the hosts were very business like, with many warnings. The interior decorating was dark, and the house doesn't let in much light.

• Kage761 (9/5): Great place to call home - Great location with easy check in. As a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 young adults 18 and 19) we felt very safe and comfortable throughout our stay. Close walking to the Asakusa train, the temple and the sumida river. Beds were a good size (2 x doubles in each of the 2 rooms) and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Glad we stayed in Asakusa as 1st time visitors of this beautiful country

• Sn (7/5): Nice value and location - not suitable for families. - The home was in a great location and was clean. Check-in instructions were very clear. The home doesn't have a great layout for a family. It is basically a large studio apartment with thin temporary walls put up to create the two bedrooms. The rooms have very little privacy.
• Regine (8/5): Thank you and will still recommend! - It’s almost near to everything. 8 minutes walk to the nearest train station, convenient store was 1 block away, which is truly a lifesaver especially at night. there was a nearby drugstore plus the wide variety of restaurants to choose from, very accessible and will save you time. The check out time was not flexible, guest house should be considerate with flight timings of their guests.

Had fast wifi, heating and air conditioning, all the necessities, and kitchen tools. Instructions everywhere. Two toilets and a shower. The check-in instructions were not clear on how to use the passcode. The towels were worn out and smelled. Can not check in early, can not keep luggage after check out.

Signage contradicts actual check out/in instructions sent from host Excessive signage Motion-activated voice speaking loudly every time the door opened was much too loud (and woke guests up), and way way too frequent.

Smoke alarms went off every 90 seconds, and after sending manager an email we were told that regrettably they could not be fixed until after we left. We stayed for 5 days so we disabled the alarms ourselves so we could sleep.

• Miekoegan (9/5): Good value, Spacious, Clean, Very good location - Good value, Spacious, Clean, Good location, very close to tourist attractions (Asakusa, Sensoji, Tokyo skytree, Ueno, Ameyoko, etc), Easy access from Haneda airport. The property has everything we needed (more than enough towels, toothbrush & toothpaste sets, kitchen utensils, hairdryer, etc) We stayed for a week so it was great that we could do washing. As the property is on the first floor it was slightly dark during the day and you are not allowed to open the windows (since it was a very hot summer week it was good for us though)
