- Fabio Yusuke (10/5): Schönes Hotel in Kitahama - Die Unterkunft ist mit Fußläufiger Entfernung zur Osaka Burg super gelegen. Der Self-Check-in verlief problemlos geklappt. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut eingerichtet und sauber gehalten. Das Personal ist auch super nett. Insgesamt hat es mir hier sehr gefallen und es hat mir an nichts gefehlt.

The hotel also provide coin laundry in the property so it is quite convenient However, the coin dryer might be abit old or needs maintenance as we tried using it multiple rounds but our clothes are still not dry. Other than that we're satisfied with our stay :)

The hotel is in a quieter part of Osaka with a lovely supermarket nearby with the most amazing selection of bento boxes, and a short walk to lots of food olaces and stations. It was the perfect introduction to Japan. Nothing, we wished we had stayed longer

Later, once the staff returned, I completed the payment without any issues. Both the service and the room were impeccable. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.

- Alessandra (8/5): Buona posizione e personale molto gentile - Abbiamo avuto dei problemi con la camera da noi inizialmente prenotata (la quale non rispecchiava le foto e il livello di pulizia che ci aspettavamo), ma appena comunicato il problema, il responsabile della struttura ci ha prontamente spostati in una nuova camera, molto bella e anche più spaziosa per scusarsi del disagio. Sono davvero molto gentili e, pur non avendo un'ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, hanno fatto tutto il possibile per aiutarci con le nostre esigenze.

- Roy (8/5): Hotel Sanrriott Kitahama is a nice hotel with a good price. Got a lot of luggage? Use a taxi. - Rooms were clean and towels were sent daily. Wifi connection was good. The location is a bit far from the nearest train location (7 minute walk), and depending on where you want to go, you have to walk farther (11 minute walk) to the next train location.

- Valeriya (5/5): We expected something very different based on the reviews, but it was a pretty poor experience - Location is peaceful but further out from places you want to visit on your first time in Osaka Unfortunately the bed and the pillows were absolutely horrible, our backs were broken and I couldn’t sleep the second night as there was literally a whole in the mattress. Pillows felts like they had plastic inside. The room wall was a bit dusty and there was a bleach smell for which we had to open the windows with the curtain being half broken.

- Jeremy (8/5): Nice hotel could use better cleaning - Nice hotel with a beautifully decorated room, the room is spacious for japans but isn’t very clean, the microwave was dirty and the room smelled like bleach when we arrived, we can hear the traffic as it’s right by a busy street.
- JENNIFER (2/5): - I will avoid staying at this property. We stayed for 2 nights worst nights of our trip. This is not a Hotel this is definitely a Motel standard. Old, not clean, musty and pee smell in the rooms spiders webs in corners of room, tatami style beds. They were so thin that you are sleeping on the hard floor surface. You will feel it next morning, our back was killing us specially after all the walk you do in Japan. They have no cleaning service for the time you stay. They will only give you thin paper towels every day. We missed place our key (plastic card) they charge us $130 USA dollars. I have never heard of that in any hotel we have stayed around the world . They really scammed you with that fee. There is no lobby to speak of. There’s a window and an old chair and a red curtain hiding garbage behind it. The only one elevator they have it’s old and scary. Keep in mind that if you are not out of room by 11:00 am check out time. They will charge $100 USA dollars per person. The day I need it to check out at 11:00am miraculous I couldn’t find any one to try to give them the plastic card key I found. I guess they were hiding so they can refund me my money. The area is a little sketchy with graffiti. I would not recommend this place to anyone. For $220 per night they are much better Hotels in Osaka.

- Verified traveler (4/5): 部屋が臭い - 受付なかなか手間なのと早口な女性でよくわかりませんでした。 最上階のピンクの部屋に泊まりました。 お風呂は綺麗で洗面台も2つあり快適でした。 部屋の扉を開けたら耐えられない臭さで異臭レベルです。 カーペットはシミだらけでバスローブをひきました。 ベッドはすのこに座布団レベルの敷布団です。子供たちは気にしていません。 部屋には冷蔵庫やキッチンもあり家族や友達たちと利用するには便利です。 周辺には一晩300円で停められる駐車場もありました。 繁華街からは外れています。 24時までのスーパーが近くにあります。 部屋にカラオケがあり家族5人でお安く泊まれたので料金はお得でした。

- EMI (10/5): - デメリットは、初めて行く観光客にとっては駅からの距離があったのと、罰金？の金額が高額で示され気を遣って過ごしたのと（モラルのある人間が普通に過ごしていれば問題ない事）、ドアが重いので開かないのかと焦りました。あと、チェックインがQRなのは大変でした。それでも綺麗だし広いし、マンション形式なためか車の音も、他の宿泊客の音もさほど気にならない程度だったので、またお願いしたいと思っています。スタッフの方も親切でよかったです。次回もまたよろしくお願いいたします。
- Hunter (8/5): Fine - This hotel definitely was not the best hotel we stayed at during our trip however it did serve its purpose. The in room karaoke was surprisingly fun. It is a bit of a walk from the surrounding stations.
