• Marie (5/5): - Le lit de la chambre était confortable et l’appartement spacieux. L’emplacement de l’appartement pour prendre le tram et se rendre à Milan centre Totalement impersonnel. Personne pour vous renseigner sur place. Le lave vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas mais personne ne nous a répondu durant notre séjour de 3 jours ! Peu d’équipements pour la cuisine. Le canapé lit était sale et peu confortable. Immeuble bruyant la nuit. Très mal insonorisé.

• Michael (5/5): Wenn man Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist dieses Appartment nicht empfehlenswert. - Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und Supermärkte waren gut erreichbar. Das Apartment ist sehr hellhörig. Laute Gespräche, Musik, Türenschlagen haben die gesamte Zeit sehr gestört. Man konnte nicht schlafen. Die Matratzen und Schlafsofa sind sehr durchgelegen/sehr weich.

• Krisztina (3/5): - Elfogadhatatlan, hogy nincs fűtés, nem kezelhető a termosztát. A zuhanyzóban pedig penészesedik a sziló. Hosszú nadrágban, pulcsiban átfagytunk. Nem csak mi jártunk így ahogy láttam a kommenteket, illetve ahogy láttuk a hajszárító állapotát. Ja és az idegenforgalmi adó is másfélszer annyi lett felszámítva, mint amit a booking jelzett, hogy fizetni kell.
• Carmela (4/5): - La posizione e l'appartamento era ben strutturato Prevedevano freddo, ho chiesto in anticipo se c'erano le coperte, in realtà il divano letto ne era sprovvisto quindi una persona ha dormito con solo lenzuolo, c'erano i termoconvettori in ogni stanza ma mancavano i telecomandi quindi non abbiamo potuto utilizzarli.esposto il problema non hanno trovato soluzione . Nell'appartamento non c'era un buon profumo.
• Martina (1/5): PER CARITÀ - Assolutamente nulla Ancora scioccati da quanto accaduto, struttura che negli altri appartamenti (sono 3 porte al piano terra) lascia fumare sostanze stupefacenti senza porsi il minimo problema (se non dopo che intossicati dalla puzza appena entrati abbiamo mandato un messaggio per chiedere spiegazioni) L’appartamento, come da altre recensioni dei loro flats in giro per milano, e’ sporco e trasandato (tra cui molte macchie bianche sul divano) Specificamente in questa struttura dicono di avere riscaldamento e condizionatore ma non hanno ne uno ne l’altro, hanno una sorta di riscaldamento a pavimento mal funzionante e bloccato a 20 gradi anche di notte. I condizionatori sono staccati e dichiarano che emettono solo aria fredda (nemmeno quella). Hanno rimosso completamente i telecomandi, probabilmente per contenere le spese andando a compromettere il comfort degli ospiti. Quando ho provato con cordialità a parlare con la proprietaria mi ha risposto che posso mettermi un maglione e mi ha trattata con un’irritante ironia e sarcasmo nel corso di tutta la telefonata Dopo tali atteggiamenti e dal momento che non hanno fornito ciò che dichiarano su Booking abbiamo chiesto un rimborso e siamo venuti via di corsa SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE, LONTANISSIMO DALL’ESSERE OSPITALE CI SONO TANTISSIMI APPARTAMENTI MIGLIORI ALLO STESSO PREZZO (abbiamo trovato una soluzione splendida dopo di loro)

• Marco (3/5): Non è un appartamento da soggiorno breve. Io non ci tornerei - Non molto. I gestori hanno provato a rimediare ma senza comunicazione con noi. Non ci tornerei Appartamento spoglio, sembra quasi di stare in una casa sfitta. Freddo (questo è il problema maggiore, quando si arriva è gelido, quando esci gli split si spengono) e tanta puzza di fumo. Una saponetta in due tutto quello che riguarda le cortesie per gli ospiti. A metà settimana davanti alla finestra della camera allestiscono il mercato. Non è colpa dei gestori, ma tenete conto che quella mattina dalle 5 si smette di dormire. Segnalata la puzza di fumo via whatsapp e app booking, abbiamo trovato al rientro in deodorante spray sopra al tavolo. Avranno pulito? Lo avranno spruzzato? Ci hanno solo preso per il culo? Nessuna risposta ci è stata alle segnalazioni.

• FEDERICA (5/5): Meglio evitare - La posizione comoda Host contattabile solo in orari lavorativi e non nel weekend. Io ho prenotato 3 appartamenti e quando siamo arrivati (metà’ dicembre 2025 ) uno degli appartamenti aveva il riscaldamento no funzionante , c’erano 15 gradi in casa ) essendo le 17 l’host ( una agenzia ) mi ha risposto e cambiato appartamento. Anche nel secondo appartamento il riscaldamento era spento e l’host mi ha detto che non sapeva come fare senza contattare il proprietario e di cercare i telecomandi dei condizionatori. Fortunatamente alla fine li abbiamo trovati ma, essendo l’elettricità collegata alla presenza della tessera di ingresso all’appartamento, ogni volta che si usciva di casa , il condizionatore si spegneva e la temperatura precipitava. Ho chiesto all’host di sistemare ma non si sono più fatti sentire . Classico appartamento che tanto rende anche con le recensioni negative.

The host didn't respond to any of my messages during the stay. One of the apartments smelled like cigarettes even after leaving the windows open for hours. AC needs a code to turn on, but no one gave us the code.

Niente detersivi solo quello per i piatti. Un bollitore lercio che ho pulito per ore. Nessuna presa per attaccare bollitore e caffettiera elettrica. Il piano ad induzione non funzionava benissimo. Non poter comunicare con nessuno. L'orario di ricevimento telefonico da ufficio 10-17 non lo trovo corretto per chi prende in dotazione una casa con possibili imprevisti. Abbiamo risolto comprando quello che mancava per tenere l'ambiente pulito.

Nell'appartamento vi era ancora l'immondizia degli ospiti precedenti, la tapparella della camera da letto bloccata alla massima apertura senza tende e privacy, 1 misera saponetta per 2 ospiti e per 2 notti, bisogna aggiungere altro?

• Jan (6/5): Ubytování nebylo špatné, ale chtělo by pořádně domyslet jeho funkčnost a přístupnost. - Místo je pěkné, dobrá dostupnost veřejnou dopravou po městě. Byt je hezký a vzdušný. Byt by mohl být lépe vybavený, hlavně v kuchyni, kde úplně chyběly např. nože. Byt je pro 4, ale postrádá stůl, ke kterému by si 4 lidi mohli sednout, do kuchyně k barové desce se nevejdou. Systém prvního otevírání domu je napojen na zvonky a zjevně slouží pro mnoho dalších bytů, které firma Alessia's Flat v domě provozuje. V praxi to znamená, že vám mnohokrát za den a hlavně v noci či brzy ráno, začne někdo zvonit na zvonek, protože tento systém po pár vteřinách automaticky otevře vchodové dveře do domu bez použití klíčů. Ty pak sice už potom dostanete k bytu, ale zjevně je pohodlnější zazvonit na zvonek, než hledat klíče. V uzamykatelné schránce jsou klíče a karta, která slouží k otevření dveří od bytu, což se ale nikde nedozvíte, takže třeba 20 minut se marně pokoušíte otevřít dveře, které vypadají úplně běžně, tedy na klíč.

• Lera (8/5): Clean and comfortable, but a bit removed from metro and city centre - Comfortable bed, AC in bedroom and living room, kitchen has all the utensils and appliances needed for cooking, three good supermarkets nearby, helpful staff and easy check-in, clean and new Also present were hairdryer, iron, coffee machine, kettle, microwave Closest metro station is 10-15 away on foot, distance to city centre is ~50 min on foot, the city area where it’s located is a bit dirty
• Olga (10/5): excellent experience - The check in was very smooth - I received valuable information in advance. The apartment is well located - 10 min walk to Bovisa railway station; 2 min walk to bus 92 and tram 2 that can take quite near the city center. In 4 min walk you find Penny supermarket. There are lot of bistros and places to eat and drink nearby. The apartment was clean and decent equipped. We spent a great time here it would be a plus to have at least salt and some sugar for people staying longer periods.

• Gintare (5/5): Good place but with sound and size issues - Good location - just outside the center, with a tram/bus stop just around the corner. The appartment was clean, the beds comfortable, and the staff was helpful. The shower is extremely small - only 63×63 cm inside (2×2 ft), the entrance is only 34 cm (1 ft), so it's not great for plus size people. The sound isolation is non-existant - the neighbor's alarm was waking everyone up at 5:45 am every morning, and we could hear people talking, walking, doing laundry etc.

• Nikitas (2/5): Very poor - It was clean. No hospitality. They just send a link for thing to do in Milan (not very good in English) and also to sell you more services. The selection of the apartment in booking.com is something like puzzle. The door bell was ringing every morning from 6am. Apparently if your buzz the entrance door, every apartment's bell is ringing. So do not expect to sleep or rest. There was no sound proof. I could hearing the other apartments going to the toilet and I am sure they did too. The host was nowhere. When I asked about the door bell they randomly send me a msg on when I have to leave the apartment (the next day) and that after 70e cleaning fees, I should clean the apartment . And for sure for that kind of money you can find something closer to city center.

• Rune (8/5): Ok lejlighed med meget lille køkken - Ok lejlighed med god rolig beliggenhed tæt på offentlig transport. Meget lille og elendigt indrettet køkken med begrænset udstyr. F.eks. kun 2 gafler
• Pablo (2/5): - The service was terrible: no hot water, not sufficient sheets for the number of beds…construction workers showing up at 8:00 am to work in the unit…of course, because there were broken things in the washroom and even holes in the walls…and the check-in process was a nightmare ( multiple calls and messages without response…). When we booked this place we assumed it was a hotel, it is not. We have been staying in hotels in several italian cities and this place was the worst by far.
• Ralf (10/5): - Bahnstation in der Nähe. Achtung, am Mittwoch kann man vor dem Haus nicht parken, da Wochenmarkt und daher Straße als Parkverbotszone!
• Nikol (3/5): Paid for city tax which i’ve never paid before when travelling abroad for a stay. Paid a cleaning fee but the apartment - AC equipped Dirty bathroom, dirty bedsheets, stained walls and floor. Depressing atmosphere. Felt like in a hospital everything white, no decorations at all. Apartment building filled with cockroaches and very sketchy neighbourhood, doesn’t feel safe.
• John (6/5): Pleasant - Good location and well-equipped kitchen. I was promised to have air conditioning in the room, but the remote control lacked one of the needed batteries. When I asked about it, my contact person promised the owner would fix it, but they never came by. The Wi-Fi was also terrible.
• Logan (8/5): A great apartment in a decent location. - The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious and located close to the metro and express train station for the airport. The water pressure in the shower was a bit weak.

• Uzma (6/5): Pleasant - Very average . Closeby to public transports. The flush didn’t work well . It didn’t stop at all and the responsible didn’t care or attend to our requests to help fix it. No cleaning service as expected in apartments but nothing to clean it yourself either . There was no drain in the bathroom apart from the shower drain which was elevated . Didn’t have good ventilation .

• Zuzana (5/5): it was mediocre - Location, close to the bus and metro transit. We paid for three people accommodation and there were only two cups, two chairs, all was only for two people kitchen stuff. Not that much kitchen stuff. Water heater capacity wasn't for three people.

• Yana (7/5): Fiera di Milano stay - I liked the cleanliness. The beds were also comfortable and the kitchen was equipped. It was bright and cozy. I didn't like the unclearness of the photos on the site. There are photos of many apartments in one place and you don't understand which one to choose. I thought I was in another one that had enough beds, but it turned out I was in the one with less and I wouldn't have kept it if I had known. the unlocking system is not understandable to everyone. It is complicated. the location is not very convenient, but for the price it is probably ok. And although there is a kitchen in it, there are no utensils and plates and things for cooking
• Gaál (5/5): Passable - Extremely noisy. The walls are very thin, the neighbors were moving furniture (probably) till midnight. Wednesday there was a market as it turned out on the street below! They were setting up the stands from very early in the morning just under our window!!!
