• Luiz Felipe (7/5): Great room on a great place, but we had issues with hygiene - The bed was awesome. We had two beds and that was cool because it gave us the proper space for our luggages and to sleep. The bathroom was good as well and the location is great because it near the parks and have everything you may need around the property (restaurants and gas stations for instance). One other important topic to highlight is that the hotel is inside a private property and this keeps us more safe. The stores and restaurants inside the property is also cool. The hygiene of the room was not what I expected. For 2 days in a row we found 2 cockroaches. This is something that bothered me a lot. One thing that is not guilty of the property but also was annoying is that there was a construction site nearby doing a loud and boring noise all the time during the day.

• Bruno Luis (3/5): Localização ok, mas uma hospedagem decepcionante, com estrutura antiga, limpeza insuficiente. - A localização do hotel realmente é boa e facilita bastante o acesso aos pontos da região, mas infelizmente isso não foi suficiente para compensar a estrutura antiga, o atendimento frio e a experiência decepcionante da hospedagem. Esperava muito mais pelo valor e pela reputação do hotel, porém encontrei quartos com aspecto velho, limpeza extremamente limitada e um atendimento que passou longe do padrão de conforto e hospitalidade que um hotel nessa localização deveria oferecer. Infelizmente minha experiência foi muito ruim. Quartos antigos, com cheiro desagradável, sensação de sujeira, camas pequenas e sem conforto, banheiro com aparência de mal conservado e limpeza extremamente limitada — em uma semana praticamente não houve arrumação do quarto. Além disso, a equipe parecia sempre apressada e sem cordialidade, com camareiras pedindo gorjeta mesmo quase sem entrarem no quarto durante a estadia. A localização é boa, mas definitivamente o hotel precisa melhorar muito em estrutura, limpeza, manutenção e atendimento.

• Erika (10/5): This is a beautiful place I’ve been there about 3-4 times - It was quite Walking to the lobby for my orders. I do understand it safely however when you have walking issues and trying to carry bags. I did get lost every time. Some area are to dark.

• melissajayne14 (10/5): First Visit 10/10 - We have just come back from a 2 week stay at this hotel and it was honestly just amazing. From check in the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming gave us all the information we needed and let us know about what transfers to parks they do. We never used this however we saw them arrive daily and know they were reliable. The room was clean, tidy and extremely comfortable. As people say they may look a bit dated but don’t let this put you off it was 10/10. We were right next to the pool however we weren’t disturbed by noise at any point of the trip. The facilities the hotel provide were again 10/10. They have a hotel shop which has a very good range of products including Disney and universal themed products like t-shirts which is great for saving a bit of money from the parks. The bar and restaurant were lovely as well. We didn’t have food at the bar but again saw meals come out which were generously portioned and very fairly priced. The drinks as well were extremely well priced cocktails at around 9.99 instead of most prices like we saw out and about which were around 14-19. Overall this whole place was just amazing and I’m already planning my return visit when I have the funds saved. Thank you for making our first trip to Florida amazing.

• elizabethdY612MU (10/5): A great affordable hotel in a prime location - We chose this hotel based on the location, the pools & the price. Firstly the location is perfect, I-Ride Trolley stop is literally at the front on the hotel making trips up or down International Drive so easy & cheap. Secondly on those occasional chill days both pools are great, plenty of sun beds & pool towels always available. Finally I can’t believe how good this hotel is for the price we paid. TUI did us proud with this one. The breakfast was far better than any other we have had in America, rooms generous in size with 2 double beds, reception breakfast & bar staff extremely pleasant/helpful. If I have to find a negative housekeeping for us was pretty non existent although towels were plenty full our bed was only made once in a week. I’m pretty sure if we had asked at reception that could have been rectified. Also housekeeping were asking for us to leave the room well before our 11am checkout time but that wasn’t happening. This certainly wouldn’t put us off & I would recommend this hotel to anyone & we met plenty of British holiday makers who have returned over & over again

Regarding Disney parks, an Uber ride typically took about 30 minutes and cost between $20 and $50, depending on the time of day. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, the staff members were very friendly, and the opportunity to relax by the pool was also a delightful experience. If you are seeking an affordable hotel that provides all the necessary comforts, this establishment comes highly recommended. It would be lovely to have some water in the room. I am accustomed to this amenity in Europe. This was my initial visit to the USA, and I am not entirely familiar with how mini-bar selections operate here.
