• ori (9/5): Amazing! - A luxurious hotel with warm hospitality, a very tasty breakfast with an amazing view of the Acropolis, a beautiful gym and spa complex, and a fun pool on the rooftop. Uncomfortable bed pillows, too big and stiff. The shower flow is a bit weak. And there is no mosquito net for the balcony window.

The rooms (we had 3) had recently been renovated and were very comfortable. Location was perfect and my family and I had a wonderful time. Staff were extremely helpful. Our first night we booked the rooftop restaurant and had a beautiful meal with views of the Acropolis. Highly recommend this hotel.

And breakfast staff also excellent. Room coffee and tea access great. Housekeepers were super nice! TV Channel access very limited for English speaking guests. Phone mirroring feature on TV not working as an alternative for limited channel selection. No electric outlets at bedsides. Had to request extension cord. Then turns out outlet available to connect extension cord was coupled with overhead light by front door, so electrician had to remove light bulb as only way to have bedside electric power iwithout light by door being on all the time. The bathroom door was space restrictive. A sliding door would allow for more easye of mobility.

The hotel is gorgeous and the view- outstanding! We really enjoyed having breakfast with the incredible view of the Parthenon and Acropolis. It was close to everything and right in the beautiful neighborhood of Plaka.

Booking com daki fotoğraflardan seçerek Akropolis manzaralı suit oda aldım ve odaya girdiğimizde fotoğraflarla ilgisi olmayan bir odayla karşılaştım. Örneğin teras yerine otelin en arka tarafından bir oda ve dümdüz bir balkon. Tuvaleti 80 kg üzeri kullanamaz o kadar küçük ve en kötüsü lavabo tuvalet dışında yatağın hemen karşısında, aşırı can sıkıcı. Odaların kesinlikle yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var nostaljik olacağız diye kullanılan halılar tam bir mikrop yuvası. Bana göre oda 3 yıldız daha fazla değil ki geceliğine ödediğim bedel şehir vergisi ile birlikte 550 euro, ciddi bir rakam. Uzun uğraşlar sonucu ertesi gün odamızı değiştirdiler ve ayırttığım odaya geldik, ama o gün ve gece sinir bozucu şekilde geçti, mağdur olduğumu düşünüyorum. Booking com üzerinden ayırttığım odalarda bu Yunanistan da 2.vukuat, aynı şeyi Parga da 5.yıldızlı bir tesiste de yaşadım ve yine oda değişti. Değişen oda güzel ama yine de otelin yenilenmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Konum harika ama aynı bölgede çok güzel başka oteller de gördüm, yeniden kalacağım bir otel değil. Son olarak kahvaltı kesinlikle çok zayıf, salonun manzarası harika ama 5 yıldız ve kişiye özel hizmet denilen otelde size özel omlet bile yapmıyorlar, 3.yıldızlı otellerde çok daha iyi kahvaltılar aldım. Sonuç olarak otel fiyatını hak etmiyor, odalar çok eski kalmış, ayrıca gürültü ve eski evlerde olan garip bir koku var.

• JÜLİDE (9/5): Konforlu, tertemiz, güler yüzlü hizmet, üstelik de hem sessiz hem de merkezi konumda!!! - Tüm çalışanlar güler yüzlü, naziklerdi. Otelin konumu şehrin arkeolojik alanlarına yakın ama gürültüden uzak bir konumdaydı. Odama ulaştığımda erkenden hazir olması harikaydı! Ama verilen anahtar ışıkları açmadı ve kasa calismiyordu. (Benden önceki misafir pilleri sokup götürmüş. Kontrol edilmemiş. Bu nedenle ben odaya girdiğimde kasa calismiyordu ama kısa sürede çalışır hale getirdiler.

Did not realise about the do not disturb button until half way through our stay which led us to having to wait 5-10 minutes while staff cleaned our room. We are not fans of continental breakfasts & we found the breakfasts here uninspiring.
• Stephen (9/5): Fine hotel, not inexpensive - Excellent hotel in Plaka, great views from 8th floor restaurant, positive experience with staff helping us, excellent breakfast, fine quiet room. Well, it is expensive, especially with VAT added to the price which I wasn't aware of when I booked the room.

The outdoor pool had an amazing view of the Acropolis, rooftop bar for restaurant and drinks and staff were very helpful. Would come back next time! Nothing

• Karen (9/5): I loved Athens and the Electra Palace was a great base for our stay - The hotel is in a great location, with all the main tourist sites within an easy walking distance. The staff were friendly and really helpful with suggestions for instance where to buy the best baklava! The view of the Acropolis from the restaurant and the outside pool is amazing and we even braved a swim which was a little chilly, but the outside pool had only just opened for the season.

• Jennifer (10/5): Fantastic stay in Athens! - The location is fantastic! The view of the Acropolis is stunning! The breakfast buffet is so good and sitting there with the beauty of the Parthenon is awesome. The bed is comfortable and the AC is so good. Would stay here again.

• Gizem (10/5): Çok keyifli - Konumu çok merkeziydi. Plaka'da her yere yürüyerek çok rahatlıkla gidebildik. Acropolis de aynı şekilde çok yakındı. Otel çok güzel ve temizdi. Çalışanlar oldukça kibar ve ilgiliydi. Roof top'ı da ayrıca çok güzeldi. Orada kahvaltı etmek oldukça keyifliydi. Fiyatı biraz daha uygun olabilirdi ama tabi bu kadar iyi bir otel olunca fiyatının yüksek olması da anlaşılır. :)

• Klaus (9/5): letztlich nahezu paradiesisch - Die Lage ist natürlich unschlagbar - besonders in unserer Suite mit Balkon zur Acropolis und im Frühstücksraum im 8. Stock mit Balkon ebenfalls zur Acropolis bleiben keine Wünsche offen Das Zimmer war wunderbar im 7. Stock, leider hörte man dort bereits recht früh das Stühle scharren des darüber liegenden Frühstücksraumes
