• Michael (10/5): Welcoming and comfortable - We very much enjoyed our stay at Napoli Square Suites! Chiarra was very welcoming and a great communicator. She was very helpful in finding restaurants, train lines and directions. The location is a little tricky to find, but we have never been to Napoli before and we figured it out quickly. The shared kitchen and patio were great I didn't like that we had to leave lol

• Bettina (10/5): Fantastisk ophold, skønne store værelser, dejlige fællesfaciliter og perfekt beliggenhed. - Beliggenheden i det historiske centrum er perfekt. Dejligt med en tagterrasse og fælleskøkken med køleskab og kaffe/te faciliteter. Alt var meget rent. Værelserne er store med et dejligt badeværelse. God seng og mulighed for forskellige hovedpuder. Når man var kommet ind på hotellet var alt tip top i orden. Hurtig og meget venlig respons fra personalet ved spørgsmål eller bestilling af feks taxa. Mange autentiske restauranter med skøn mad tæt på hotellet. Tilgangen til hotellet er lidt speciel. Man skal igennem en lille trædør for at komme ind i en baggård som er meget slidt og ikke særlig indbydende. Lille elevator op til 3. sal hvor hotellet ligger. Trappeopgangen op til døren til selve hotellet også meget slidt og ikke særlig indbydende.

Si surge algún problema resuelven lo resuelven con celeridad. Las zonas comunes del edificio necesitan una remodelación. Algunas losetas de la habitación están sueltas.

Des 7h du matin, on entend les personnes qui viennent déjeuner dans la cuisine commune et les bruits de la rue/immeuble. Nous avons mis des boules quies.

Je recommande vivement ! Une seule chose est un peu compliquée : la signalétique pour arriver la 1ere fois jusqu’à l’accueil au 3e étage avec les bagages

Hat uns ein Taxi zum Flughafen zum Festpreis organisiert. Tolle Dachterrasse und sehr ruhig, da Innenhof.

• Hannah (10/5): We had a fantastic five-night stay in this charming, very Italian-style property. The rooms were spacious and comfortabl - We stayed here for five nights from 20th–25th February and had a wonderful experience. The property is very Italian in style and full of character, with spacious rooms and a large, very comfortable bed. The shower was excellent, and everything felt clean and well maintained. It was a little confusing to find at first; however, the staff were so quick to help us and we discovered we were almost directly outside it! They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and easy to reach whenever we needed anything. Our room was cleaned daily, the bed was made each day, and we had all the essentials a fridge, air conditioning, and a TV everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location is unbeatable. Just a two-minute walk and you’re right in the heart of the historic lanes. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you for a fab stay — we really enjoyed it and will definitely recommend you to friends in the future. Literally no complaints at all!

• Ashok (10/5): Beautifully Appointed Rooms - We really enjoyed our stay at Napoli Squares. The place is absolutely beautiful, we especially loved the fun lighting touches in the room. Having access to the kitchen so we could save some of our takeaway pizza for later was great. It’s about a twenty minute walk from the train station (or a metro ride). One of us found the beds too much on the hard side, but that’s a personal preference and I know you can’t please everyone with that.

Per quanto riguarda il servizio di pulizia in camera , viene effettuato tramite un dispositivo elettronico touch screen posizionato accanto all’interruttore delle luci,inizialmente non mi era stato riferito , sicuramente per una semplice dimenticanza

The staff is super friendly, and they helped us book a taxi to go back to airport early morning at the end of our stay. I highly recommend this place for its great value. We are very sensitive to light when it comes to sleeping, and the curtains could not make the room completely dark. This was, however, a minor issue that we encountered in nearly every hotel.

Room was huge and the rooftop is nice. Staff fantastic - supported in locating the guest house and storing suitcases on departure. Noisy visitors on the communal kitchen which isn’t NSS fault.

While there is no breakfast provided, there us a large community kitchen area that you can use. Beds and pillows were a bit underwhelming and it was a little difficult to find initially as it's in a building with no signage.

The property is in a convenient location, just a short walk from the subway, making it easy to get around Naples and beyond. Our room was spacious, clean, and quiet, and the terrace was a perfect spot to relax in the afternoon after exploring the city. The staff was helpful and sent detailed videos showing how to access the property. Make sure to review these before you arrive, as the entrance can be a bit confusing the first time. Overall, we had a great experience and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when visiting Naples.

However, despite being just a few blocks from a busy street, and around the corner from shops, cafes and restaurants, the rooms are quiet at night. We would stay again for sure.

• Brian (10/5): - The property is located in the city center with easy access to restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. The property is located on the 3rd floor and has a community kitchen and outside patio for all guests. There is a tiny lift (fit 2 people with backpacks) to almost get to the check in area. If you don't take the lift, it is 80 stairs/steps. Would we stay there again? Yes.

Come and go as you please. This location is in something like an apartment complex but they have their own floor. Practically in the heart of Napoli. Close to everything quiet and quaint. Great experience.

• Rebecca (10/5): Amazing value for money and generous sized rooms - Both the room and bathroom were big with plenty of room for 2 friends sharing. There was a small fridge in the room and a shared kitchen space. Although we did not use the kitchen facilities it was always clean. The outdoor terrace is also a great space to have a morning coffee or evening drink before heading out for the day. It was around a 20 minute walk to the train station but taxis were easy enough and we managed to walk everywhere we needed to be.

Lokationen er perfekt placeret i forhold til hovedstationen og den gamle bydel af Napoli. Personalet var utrolig hjælpsomme og imødekommende. Vi ankom allerede i Napoli 8.30 lufthavn. Check in var ikke før kl 15, så vi skrev til hotellet og spurgte, om vi kunne sætte vores kufferter af. Da vi ankommer til Napoli får vi en besked om, at vores værelse var klart til os. Super skønt, når man har rejst hele natten!!! Jeg har intet dårligt at sige om dette sted. Værelserne har alt, hvad man kan bruge.

• Igor (8/5): Good place to stay in Old Town Naples - Although a little hard to find, the host met us in the square in front of the building. The hotel is on the 3rd floor but there is a lift. The shower was excellent. There is after-hours access. The location is excellent in the old town (although the new area would also be fine). It is close to Duomo. There are many eateries nearby, of variable quality (do your research), a minimarket just across the street and a larger supermarket a bit further up the hill past Duomo. Easy walk to the Archaeological Museum. An excellent walking tour starts near the docks but finishes in Old Town. Quite close to the main shopping area of Naples. There is a shared kitchen with microwave, filtered cold and carbonated water machine, shared fridge (as well as a small bar fridge in each room), and an outdoor area / rooftop garden of sorts. This is nit-picking but it is a bit far from the dock (30mins) if you arrive by ferry, and not really close (15-20mins) to the central station, where you can catch the Alibus to the airport. There is a shared kitchen as mentioned but the gas cooktop is not allowed to be used. Perhaps they should consider an induction cooktop, although most holidaymakers don't cook (we had no such cravings).

• Thomas (10/5): Deluxe Double Room - Room was modern, big and clean. Direct access to the terrace available with the deluxe double room. Rather expensive for a city break in Naples. The room can be difficult to find at first but the staff are very helpful and will meet you outside when you call.
