• Tamara (6/5): - The rooms were comfortable. The pool was being maintained, so we were not able to use it at all. This wasnt specified, and I had booked this hotel for the pool. They didnt make up the beds every day, as it alternated between a light clean up day, and a proper clean up day. When on vacation, I dont want to be making up my own bed

Deben mejorar la limpieza de los cuartos no limpian bien el piso.

• Euclesio (8/5): Great! - My husband, my two children and I stayed there and we liked it a lot. Very spacious room, even with two double beds. We had plenty of space. Air conditioning working perfectly. Bathroom suitable for families with children. The sink and toilet are in a good height for children. Hotel very well located. There's a McDonald's next door and it's a 5-minute drive to Walmart. It's also close to the Disney parks, although we went to Seaworld. From there it's 20 minutes depending on the traffic. We are very satisfied and will come back more often. We had difficulty opening the door a few times. The card didn't work. But they provided us with another one promptly. That was boring, but nothing significant. Nothing that negatively interferes with the stay.

• Heather (5/5): Hotel is very old and not the cleanest, really should be charging less because we could have stayed at a much nicer hote - Location, very close to Disney. Staff was very nice. Hotel is very muggy. Bathroom inside room wasn’t very clean. Room was booked for 5 people though it can hold 8- everyday when they came to leave new towels they only left 4. So after a long day at the park we would have to go down every night and get more towels. The one day housekeeping came (which is every 3 or 4 days) they literally only did one bed- left the second queen and didn’t touch it as well as the bunkbeds. They definitely didn’t sweep either so I’m not really sure why they came. Hot tub was broken the entire time nothing anywhere states their hot tub is broken. Only the first day could we make our own waffles (actually a perk not to have to) but if you’re an early riser they haven’t prepared any of the flavored ones yet and no one can be found. The hotel is under renovation though and they seriously need it.

• JohnnyDoesVacations (2/5): Worst hotel experience, cheap price - My wife and I looked at the rating of this place without reading reviews. That was a BIG mistake. Upon walking in we were shocked to see water rotted ceiling times barely hanging in place. We were only further let down upon entering our room. There was mold on the ceiling, our tub was cracked, mysterious stains dark stains on the wall in the bathroom. When my wife picked up a towel, there was a lot of hair in it. Things did not get better when we looked at our sheets. Mysterious white stains littered the blankets, more hair, and makeup as well. We requested fresh linens, we were only provided 2 sheets. These had hair on them as well. Beds were extremely uncomfortable and unforgiving. Walls are also thin enough to hear conversations next door. While this hotel is cheap, buyer beware. We both felt incredibly dirty leaving here, and didn’t feel safe trying the food, water, or pool.

• brettmD2261UP (2/5): Misleading Transportation to Disney Parks - While the website upon booking this stay had mentioned provided amenities including transportation to Disney Theme Parks (plural), the sign at the front desk lists only one Disney Theme Park, Hollywood Studios, to arrive there and one Disney Theme Park, Epcot, to depart from. I’ve attached these signs to this post for your review. This misleading language causes guests to book Uber’s, pay for parking, or spend hours park hopping at the beginning and end of their park stay. Please be aware that this hotel will not be ideal for visiting Disney Parks like their website amenities promise you. After calling them, the reason this is listed this way is because their routes change every six months. However, when booking a hotel, it would be important to know what amenities are included during one’s stay, not across a six month period.

The hotel is dated, but every room we've ever had is clean. We love the bunk bed options as well as 2 queens with sofa bed. The breakfast is always plentiful with a lot of variety especially great for picky eaters. The kids love the pool in warmer weather and the staff are always phenomenal! Every staff member is friendly and very accommodating to our needs. The rates are exceptional when you need multiple beds, breakfast for a larger family, close to the parks. So we dont mind the datedness. The pros outweigh the cons for us. If your looking for something new and modern, then this is not the place. If you need a clean place to sleep to visit the parks and includes breakfast, pool and great staff, it's a great deal.

• Rebekah (5/5): Not really happy with it - Location The floor was slippery and almost fell, they did not come in to make the bed, the family that stayed in the room next to us kept us up all all night both nights since the walls are so thin.

• 196lisaj (2/5): NOT what I expected from a Comfort Inn! - I did NOT like this hotel! We were moved to 4 different rooms in our first 10 hours there. The first room was on the top/fifth floor. When we got off the elevator, the elevator to the far right was all taped off and out of service. There was no indication or mention of that on the first floor, in the lobby. There was substantial ceiling damage, as if water poured down through it. The tub was running in our first room but it was turned off. We were moved to the first floor. I was awakened around midnight, due to a loud thumping sound. Their gutter must have been broken/damaged and water was pouring down right onto our air conditioning unit. The unit was dented and rusted, right where the water was hitting it. We were moved to the room next door but could still hear the thumping. Our 4th room was across the hallway. It was so damp/moist in there that we slipped just walking in. There was no thumping, so we stayed. The lamp shade was crooked, the sink was taped underneath, and a bug crawled up out of the tub drain! The restaurant onsite was closed down, and my bed was so soft it felt as if my behind was slumped down to the floor. Not good for my bulging discs! Mia, at the front desk, was REALLY nice and I appreciate her moving us however, the thumping returned the next night! I was too fed up to go ask for yet another room, so we just dealt with it. Not sure what constitutes this place as a resort but don't waste your money!
• Scarleth (1/5): - Ricardo did a great job changing the t.v from my room he is very professional.Brad was very helpful with my reservation he is very professional They need to upgrade the rooms. T.v. is old. Pillows smell like mildew. The t.v in rooms didn't work
• Emmanuel (2/5): - Upon check-in, I noticed an air purifier in the lobby but didn’t think much of it. Once we got to our room on the 3rd floor, however, the air was muggy, damp, and had a strong mildew smell. On top of that, the air conditioning was not strong enough to cool the room and kept shutting off on its own, even though we set it to stay on with no timer. Brad at the front desk was extremely helpful and professional—he deserves 5 stars for his efforts. He immediately tried to move us to another room on the 5th floor, but unfortunately, things were even worse. When stepping out of the elevator, there were multiple buckets catching water from what appeared to be roof leaks, with paint peeling off the walls. The new room smelled worse than the first. Since it was almost 11 p.m., my family and I had no choice but to stay in the original room, though we were far from comfortable. While the staff did what they could, the overall condition of the hotel was unacceptable. Sadly, we won’t be returning and cannot recommend this property.
• Nickolas (10/5): - We liked our room. It was at first, not our choice as the AC was cranking loudly. But front desk service was friendly and breakfast was great value.
• Gabriella (2/5): NEVER AGAIN - Disgusting conditions. Moldy, everything was damaged. We didn’t end up staying the night. We left. Upon arrival, the room assigned to us was not clean or done up. We returned downstairs in hopes of a new clean room. They gave us a key to a different room. This room was OCCUPIED with a naked man about to shower. The safety was nonexistent in this hotel. I feel bad for the guy we barged in on. They gave us his room key. The front desk receptionist said oops it says it’s clean in the system. What kind of system are they running! We ended up getting g out of there and staying somewhere else.
• Emelie (6/5): Run down hotel but ok location - Hotel is pretty run down. Bathrooms could use a little TLC. Hotel keys did not work at first so we had to go down again to get them properly activated. Price was good so you get what you pay for.
• Paul (6/5): - The staff was excellent. The property had some problems and the breakfast was kinda lacking. Need more varity. The comforter in my room was the worst part. It had mold, stains and also had some blood stain in it. Should have been thrown away.
• nicole (6/5): - Room was clean, the mirror in our room had a crack in it but didn’t affect our stay. The water pressure needs looked into you hardly have enough for a nice shower. Breakfast had plenty of options. Staff were polite. Not a bad stay for the price we paid. The only thing I did not like is we paid online and when we got to the hotel they billed us an “incidental fee” non refundable. Find it odd and didn’t see it mentioned on Expedia that I’d be billed again at the hotel. We got in late and just wanted to eat and go to bed so I gave in and paid it.
• Veronina (4/5): - The cons: The property was old, the pillow case has turned yellowish. I found a hair inside the small towel. The water wasn’t very hot, just warm when it turns on max. We were unlucky to have loud people next room who keep slamming the door and talking really loud in the hallway. Won’t be returning to this hotel. The Pros: This hotel location is very closed to Disney Theme Parks, McDonald, Starbucks, CVS, Walmart , Wawa, and local Sovenir Disney Gift shops.

• Kari (2/5): Horrible - This was my 3rd time here, the 1st two times, I had NO issues. This 3rd was NOT the charm. The rooms were disgusting with stained bedding, no mattress cover, dirty hotel room and hair on the floor. After looking over two other rooms, I settled on the 1st floor where I was bit by something along with my 11yr old child. Breakfast wasn’t even edible. No refunds were offered even after my dismay. NEVER AGAIN!
• Damon (4/5): - First room the AC didn’t work and you could see out side through cracks in the wall second room AC worked tour. It didn’t flush correctly in the shower leak constantly and in the holes it was just mildew or something on the walls and when you would ask for something they would tell you they do not speak English And housekeeping, left my door open all day from the morning to returned about seven at night
