I stayed there previously last January and the breakfast buffet menu did not change that much. It was good tho, but it would be better if there would be more day-to-day variety

D’office il m’a été attribué 1 chambre double et 4 petits déjeuners ...impossible de changer par internet . En arrivant à l’hotel j’ai demandé de modifier ma résa....l’hotesse m’a répondu " si vous voulez une chambre 1 persoonne il faut payer 500 baths de plus et pour les petits déjeuners c’est non remboursablé Pour moi , c’est juste du VOL , Celà doit se produire très souvent , voilà pourquoi ma note est minime

The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms that are perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location is very convenient, especially with easy access to public transport, making it simple to get around Bangkok. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxed and cheerful. Overall, ibis Styles Ratchada offers great value for money with good service, a comfortable stay, and a convenient location. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again. The coffee could have been better. It would be great if they could be a bit more generous when giving the coffee and tea sachets. The rest was good and convenient. I would recommend it and would have no trouble choosing the hotel again.

• Dhanicca (8/5): will come back :) - very good location. next to MRT blue line which connects you to almost every area good for first time visitors the breakfast was good, but the food selection was quite repetitive. we stayed for 5 days and in those 5 days, almost the same breakfast buffet choices were served.
• Phil76 (7/5): - Das Frühstück war OK. Es gibt Westliche Küche wie Pfannkuchen, Müsli, Corn Flakes, French Toast, verschiedene Brotsorten mit Aufstrich etc. sowie warme Asiatische Küche. Für jeden etwas. Das Hotel steht direkt neben dem Eingang der Huay Khwang MRT Blue Line. Es gibt einen Nachtmarkt direkt vor der Tür, welcher leider kurz vor Mitternacht schliesst. Mein Zimmer war im 8 Stock und von der Haupstrasse war nichts zu hören. Alles in allem für einen Kurztrip bzw. eine Übernachtung in Bangkok perfekt. Die Klima war etwas laut. Ansonsten für eine Übernachtung nichts zu bemängeln.

• DominikK469 (6/5): management to be changed - Its hard to give genuine review given some staff was great and some not. Good points: one of the front staff was excellent, always smiling and helping. Most reception staff were not smiling and they look like they hate their job (including the reception manager). Room service was nice but the room itself had a a clogged sink. Sofa in the cafe was wet after some trying to clean the stain but all the water sink inside it. Restaurant staff and a roof bar - only one in each was smiling and happy to see the customer and help. The rest were like they are in prison and hate their job. In general the main hotel manager should be replaced if they cannot train or find the right people for the tourism business. Lastly, tips from customers are not to share with all staff. - a tip is for a specific person, not for those doing nothing. Customers will not leave tips if that has to be shared with everyone.
