• Contesa (8/5): The hotel room was very clean. We really had a nice time - Location was everything! We were there for cheer competition. The drive was about 8 mins away. Workers at the bar area wasn’t the friendliest but overall the stay was nice

• Aurelia (8/5): Good quality stay for the convention center - It was a very convenient location for the Convention Center’s, both North and East-West. The bed was super comfortable and the room was big enough. Very close to the food court and CVS. Close to bus stops It’s quite close to the highway, so if you get a room facing it, it might get a little loud at night. The food amenities of the hotel are not the best, but there are a lot of restaurants in the Plaza right next to the hotel.

• John (8/5): I'll be back! - The hotel was clean and located perfectly for my business meetings. The staff were very attentive. Especially at the sports bar. Breakfast buffet offered a wide range of options and good value My room was comfortable and clean but the bathrooms could use updating.

• Janice (7/5): - Nice, clean hotel. The restaurant was really good. We had to drive around whole place for almost an hour to find any open parking space. This was only at 5pm. We finally found one 4 buildings away. We almost canceled because of this.

• Elizabeth (3/5): Hotel is not will to work with your needs - Just to walk across the street to Fanny bones, comedy club. the check lady was not very nice and did not care that I could not walk far asking for room, not far away from the parking lot as I have a boot on my foot ,and im bruise and she could see that I was having a hard time walking and standing then she thought it was funny to put us at the far end of the building on the 2nd floor. Needless to say I will never be back to a place that can't put you in a room that meets your needs. If I was not hurt I would not have mine she put us at the far end. So if you have a need they will not do anything to make you comfortable. What a uncaring staff.

• Guadalupe (7/5): It was overall a nice stay and I’d come back but I just wish they would make sure the microwaves and fridges worked well - I liked the friendliness of the staff and the location of it . It was clean . Every time we stay here the fridge isn’t cold enough . The microwave also didn’t heat up so we weren’t able to use it.

• fconorozzo (6/5): Good Location for Families - Hotel complex is larger than you think! Do not stay in Building B, facing I4. Very, very noisy. I had to move to Building C. Lot of Families. Sports bar is small, definitely could make this 2 or 3 times larger. Coffee shop and little shop are nice, has most essentials. Front desk and Security staff is awesome! I moved my room and forgot my uniforms in the old room closet! Security & cleaning staff had them in the office all bagged up for me! Pools looked cleaned and area around buildings clean & well lit. Great location and price is best deal. Have stayed here several times. Sports bar burger and fries for $13, best deal in Town & yummy! You have to place order at bar counter, see signs. They'll bring to your table. Limited seating, like said, could / should be enlarged. Parking is convenient and cheap compared to others.

• Marta (1/5): STAY AWAY. PEST CONTROL ISSUE - COCKROACHES - NOTHING - BEWARE OF COCKROACHES Do not go to this hotel! As you enter the bedrooms anew old and moldy, the worst of it all is there is a pest control issue of COCKROACHES. I first found one cockroach on the sink, I was disgusted so I looked around and found ANOTHER inside the closet. I requested a room change to a higher floor, as I go to the new room and open the drawer, ANOTHER cockroach comes up. I requested a refund and had to change hotels at midnight. Absolutely disgusting, dirty place! Avoid at all costs!

• jack (9/5): - It has been a clean, mostly comfortable, well maintained property. We have stayed here on multiple occasions. As a perceived trivial aspect of our stay, the beds are very comfortable, however the pillows are to big/thick. With 3 pillows on each bed, thats ample, but, could a better variety of thickness of pillows be offered? If there is a selection to be made, perhaps make guests aware somehow ?😴

• Luigiex (8/5): It's a good option but is paid parking there - The room was clean and comfortable. The staff received an Amazon Package that I received, and they was very kind. The service was wonderful. I didn't understand why the parking has a cost, 2 days for $70, it's so expensive.

• Georgia (10/5): Happy but a bit let down, still a 4 1/2 star stay overall!! - Staff was exceptional in all aspects, Randy in the gift shop is the most happy person and so nice to talk to!! I made a friend😊, NOW THE COMPLAINT ---the restaurant was never opened for dinner as advertised but they had breakfast in same location! Our air conditioning wasn't working properly, set off our detector at 2:30 am, called and when the guy came made a comment on smoking in room as we are in bed half out of it!! I said "does it look like we are smoking?", he stared at the detector for 3 mins, he was there 10 mins just to judge and push a button. To find out it was a wire in AC unit after we checked out, OTHER THAN THAT, we had a great time and would love to stay again!! I would recommend to anyone, the location is PERFECT!! THEY WILL DO THE BEST THEY CAN (WITH IN REASON) FOR THE GUEST, OUR experience was not terrible or completely bad, just disappointed in a few aspects, however the stay was GREAT! 4+ **** The restaurant was not open at any point for dinner in our 3 night stay, literally had to leave property, which is what I wanted to avoid after a long day of walking. AC not working properly
