The pricing is too expensive for what you get, the rooms were old and the TV is old that doesn't even have YouTube or Netflix. The WiFi is also terrible compared to other hotels that we stayed at. - 麻耶 (7/5): 恐怖の宿..です。 - 駅が直結で移動にとても便利でした。 夜中に...隣の部屋から女性のわめき声と、壁をもの凄い強さで叩いて？いるのか..あまりの大きな音が続き 恐怖を感じるほどでした。30分以上は、男女の喧嘩する声が丸聞こえで、女性が大声で、助けて〜とか この人に殺される〜とか、他にも色々と、叫んでいました。ギャーギャーわめいて、1時間もした頃には静かになりましたが、本当に迷惑でした。 喧嘩するなら、外でしてほしいと思いますね。施設が悪いとかではないですが、騒いだら迷惑料を追加とかしてほしいです。それで周辺のお部屋にサービスしてもらいたいなあと思うほど、ひどかったです。こんな体験は、初めてでした。

The breakfast buffet was yummy and had many options. One of the nicest features is that the complex also has a grocery store, many restaurants and a nearby Lawson's and train station.
- Yukiko (8/5): ロケーションとしては、駅から近いので良かった。 - 大崎駅と連絡橋で直結していてキャリーケースを動かすのが楽でした。 部屋の空気清浄機のフィルターが汚れていた。 タバコを吸わないけど喫煙の部屋が安かったので泊まったのですが、その部屋の前の廊下からタバコ臭かった。 ホテルのフロント横のレストランが無くなるのは、安全、安心を求める高齢者や女性客にとってどうなのかと思いました。この辺りはオフィス街なので土日は場所によってはひっそりして暗い道が多く、夜1人で女性が外食するのは怖かった。

- Erica (5/5): 冷蔵庫以外は良かった。 - お部屋が広かった。 冷蔵庫が壊れてて、別の物に交換したがサイズが合わず同じ場所に設置できず、コーヒーメーカーがある棚にしか置けず、胸辺りの位置まであり、子供達が居たので開けるたびに動くしとても危なかった。

- Hakan (8/5): Sauberes Hotel in guter Lage. - Nettes Personal und die Nähe zur Metro. Viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch in der Nähe. Personal kann sehr wenig bis gar nicht Englisch. Frühstück war zwar gut aber nicht abwechslungsreich.

- Carlos López (8/5): Excelente cercanía y muy practico el lugar (regresaría) - la cercanía que tiene de la estación de Osaki (2-3 min) Hay un centro comercial a 2 min del hotel, puedes comprar comidas ya hechas como sushi, tempura. pan dulce, además de que puedes encontrar gran variedad de dulces y bolsas de papas y frituras hay un burguer king cerca (1min) hay un lawson cerca (1min) El hotel se siente algo viejo (pero volvería) las camas y sobre todo la almohada no eran muy comodas No hay suficientes contactos para cargar los dispositivos al hacer check in nos mandaron a un área de fumar cuando reservamos para el área de no fumar lo bueno es que la atención fue muy buena y nos cambiaron al siguiente dia

Les chambres et salles de bain sont grandes, confortables et bien équipées. Situé à 2 pas du métro OSAKI qui relie SHINAGAWA (Shinkansen) en quelques minutes, le NEW OTANI INN hotel est définitivement un bon plan pour se relaxer dans la frénésie tokyoïte. The property was well maintained and clean and the staff courteous The rooms had a central ac and it wasn’t cooling well, we couldn’t do anything about it, the staff asked us to use the humidifiers kept in the room, but it was still not enough and at times suffocating. Also the 2nd room which was twin sharing had a low bed that was very small - it did mention small double bed but it’s not sufficient for foreign tourists

- Fukuda (3/5): ３人の部屋を予約したが2部屋に無理やり宿泊し3人分の宿泊料を請求された感じがした。 - ホテルのレストランの接待が非常に感じが悪く、我々のお客さんに対して恥ずかしい思いをさせてしまった。
- KT Lee (9/5): Four nights in New Otani Inn, Osaki City. - Pros It's surrounded by eateries, variety of choices for all meals. Also lots of combinis to pick up sandwiches, hot food, drinks. Hotel room has microwave, so heating food is not an issue. I communicated with the hotel early that we are arriving 7am and asked for a quiet room. Which they fulfilled at earlier than normal check in time. Cons Only problem is, there is only 1 table and chair, we have to take turns to eat We rearranged the furniture to fit 3 persons. And being Asians, we are of a smaller build. My side of the bed was great, nice and firm, sadly, my husband's side was not as good and he developed a backache after a night's sleep. So we had to buy Salonpas to heal the achiness. Back to Pros: Osaki is a semi business area and usually uneventful. Morning you will see solumn faced office workers going to their destination, as noted by my daughter. Then in the evening, you see happy red faced uncles drinking to their hearts content. We love this hotel for it's convenience, food and a peek into the lives of the Japanese. My daughter is especially pleased to stumble across a Sanrio shop at the B1 of the Osaki New City. Hotel is well connected, although not on the Yamanote line, it's train connection will still bring you to shopping districts of Tokyo. Great base for exploring Tokyo. We love it's proximity to train station, sheltered access to shops, friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Most importantly, it's not overcrowded. We tend to keep our room clean, so housekeeping is not an issue. If possible, we would like to stay there again. What a beautiful encounter! Very little. Most things really hit our sweet spots.

- Kallista (8/5): - Loved the location of this hotel. Staff was so hepful and friendly to us. The hotel room was clean but outlets were a bit hard for us to find. Overall great experience with the staff and location!
