• Aleksandra (8/5): Близко от метро, чисто и гостеприимно - Великолепное расположение - напротив станции метро Университет, в пешей доступности от центра города и порта. Персонал был очень приветливым и услужливым, все наши просьбы и пожелания были выполнены. Есть место для хранения багажа, поэтому можно оставить там чемоданы, если поезд или самолет вечером. Не очень удобно, что завтрак в соседнем кафе и состоит только из круассана и маленькой чашечки кофе. Окна выходят на дорогу, поэтому в выходные ночью было очень шумно. Найти отель проблематично, нужно списаться с хозяином, чтобы к вам вышел представитель, т.к. самостоятельно войти невозможно - это квартиры внутри многоквартирного дома без стойки регистрации.

Ik mocht mijn bagage al om half 8 afgeven terwijl het inchecken pas ‘‘s middags was. De afspraak was dat ik een half uur va tevoren zou aangeven wanneer ik wilde inchecken. Dat heb ik gedaan en daarna moest ik toch nog bijna een uur wachten tot er iemand kwam met de sleutels.

Habitación grande y limpia. Cama cómoda. Sabanas y toallas limpias. Buen baño. Ducha de plató. Me han conseguido taxi desde el Aeropuerto. Las ventanas no cortan el ruido de la calle. El desayuno es en un cafetería cercana. Vale para un café por la mañana, pero no es desayuno. Aunque igual se agradece.

• Raymund (9/5): Nagyszerű helyen, tágas szoba - A lokáció pazar, közel a belvároshoz és a kikötőhöz is. A szállás bejárata 10 méterre van a metró liftjétől. Maga a szállás egy kifejezetten szép szecessziós épületeben van. A szoba a forgalmas helyszín dacára csendes volt. A szoba elég tágas, a fürdőszoba is. A reggeli egy kávé és egy édes sütemény. A szállás neve nincs kiírva az épületre. A beengedés kicsit bonyolult volt, de nem vészes.

We asked if we had to pay extra fee and they did not answer to that message but when we arrived they asked us to pay to the full price of the room(the discount of booking was not taken into consideration) and an extra 30 euro. We went from 44 euros(with discounts) per night to 83.50 euros. Also, they don't have breakfast but have a contract with a street coffee shop across the street from them.

Abbiamo avuto un piccolo disguido all'arrivo, ma nel giro di un paio d'ore, grazie alla bravura e alla disponibilità dello staff, è stato prontamente risolto. La camera molto moderna e spaziosa con tutto ciò che ci serviva. Consigliata!

• maratonac (3/5): Good location, but serious maintenance issues - - The location is very close to the port and the city center. - The room was cleaned every morning. - The apartment is basically a flat divided into several separate rooms. Each room has its own bathroom, but the plumbing is very poorly done. We had two rooms and both constantly smelled like sewage. - The shower in one room was broken, so we had to shower using only the hose. - Although breakfast is included in the price, it consists of a croissant and a coffee in a small street café across the road. There is no indoor seating, only cold chairs outside under an umbrella, which is very uncomfortable in colder weather or when it rains. - The apartments are on the 5th floor and the elevator often doesn’t work, so you have to use the stairs.

• Marco (7/5): Grazie anche alla gentilezza del personale, questo è il mio riferimento a Napoli - La struttura è al 5° piano di una palazzina d'epoca, posizionata in largo Giovanni Bovio, zona piuttosto trafficata; la stanza è risultata comunque molto silenziosa; proprio davanti all'ingresso dell'edificio, trovate la comodissima metropolitana linea 1, con due fermate siete in stazione ferroviaria. La posizione vi vede comunque a due passi dal centro storico e quattro dai quartieri spagnoli. il porto a 300 metri fa di questa struttura una soluzione ideale come punto d'appoggio pre o post imbarco per i croceristi. La struttura non è dotata di locale dedicato alla colazione, la stessa viene consumata nel bar dall'altra parte dell'incrocio, dove il personale è gentilissimo ed accogliente. Bagno sprovvisto di bidet, contrariamente alla descrizione della stanza sulla prenotazione.
