What makes this hotel exceptional isn't just the impressive infrastructure—though the Olympic-size pool and modern amenities certainly don't disappoint—it's the seamless blend of comfort and genuine Vietnamese hospitality. During my three-night stay, I found myself spending every evening at the Lobby Lounge, which has become my favorite unwinding spot in Saigon. The poolside setting creates a serene atmosphere that feels worlds away from the bustling city, yet you're still just minutes from the airport. The real stars here, however, are Phu Nguyen and Steven Nguyen, whose service transformed ordinary evenings into memorable experiences. Their attention to detail, warm recommendations on local drinks, and ability to anticipate guests' needs before being asked exemplifies what true hospitality looks like. Phu remembered my preference for Vietnamese coffee after just one visit, while Steven's knowledge of the cocktail menu helped me discover some delightful local twists on classic drinks. The rooms deserve special mention too—impeccably clean with thoughtful touches like excellent lighting for working late and blackout curtains that actually work. The shuttle timing is spot-on for early morning flights, and unlike other airport hotels, the sound insulation means you'll actually get quality sleep despite the proximity to the runways. If you're transiting through Saigon or need a reliable base near the airport, this hotel delivers on every front. Just make sure to spend an evening at the Lobby Lounge—ask for Phu or Steven, and you'll understand why I'm already planning my next stay here.

Great breakfast and the dinner buffet is outstanding for the price. The staff everywhere are very warm and friendly. The cleaning standards are exceptional. Stayed here many times for half the price as District 1. Awesome pool as well…it’s got more of a resort feel, than a hotel.

Perfect for layovers. - We stayed only for a night as we were transiting through Ho Chi Minh airport, but we loved the spacious suite room. It was perfect for our requirements and we couldn't have asked them for more. The location is a high traffic area unfortunately, but overall it served our purpose. We had a slight confusion at the check in counter where the card was charged higher than the advertised room rate at the time of check in. After going back to speak to them, we were informed that it was just a temporary hold as a deposit, while the final amount will be cleared at check out. No issues, just a slight confusion between both parties or miscommunication.

We had the buffet dinner and the restaurant prepared special vegetarian dishes for us since the buffet was mainly seafood. The service team at dinner (Khoi, Chris, and team) provided excellent service and were very attentive to our needs.

• CHIEN YI (10/5): 游泳池，早餐跟二十四小時健身房以及友善的服務人員實在是太讓人滿意了！ - 早餐很棒，地點雖然離D1百貨商圈及步行街較遠點，但實際上搭grab半小時內都能抵達景點區。這次入住主要是作為結婚的迎娶儀式準備入住，非常感謝早餐的接待人員在負責送迎娶禮物的貨運人員聯絡時，協助作為英文跟越南文翻譯。此外，門房協助接收迎娶儀式使用的禮物，並協助運送至房間，真的幫了很大的忙！十分感謝友善的服務人員們！ 周遭其實也有商場跟一些胡志明有名的餐廳，但離步行街跟粉紅教堂稍遠是比較有點美中不足的地方，但是瑕不掩瑜，是我目前來胡志明入住頻率最高的飯店，求婚跟迎娶準備都在這邊，如果不是婚宴會場的宴客人數要求較高，可能直接就在這邊舉辦結婚晚宴了。

• Ngoc (8/5): - Staff is very helpful. Beautiful hotel and nice suites. Breakfast is the best thing about this hotel. The Vietnamese cuisine changes every day! What a treat! Really near the airport, in the middle of HCM city, so very convenient. The room carpet is really coarse. The toilet is weak.

• Marta (4/5): Disappointment - Great view from the suite, tasty breakfast and relaxing swimming pool area. Cleanliness of the hotel. The entire check-in process was a disaster. Having booked a stay for three people in a one-bedroom suite, we were forced to pay an additional $50 per night for a sofa bed! After paying the extra fee, waiting, and entering the room, we discovered that nothing had been prepared for a third traveler (no towels or any accessories). After asking at the front desk, the sofa bed was folded out after a few hours, but it proved to be very uncomfortable and squeaky. The front desk staff was very arrogant and lacked empathy. This is not the 5-star standard we expected after a long flight!

• Irina (10/5): - Классный бассейн. Очень удобные кровати. Довольно тихо и чисто, отличный завтрак. Очень близко к аэропорту, но не в пешей доступности - только такси. Внизу есть продуктовый. Нельзя платить наличными долларами. Мы-таки в ступор впали. Не поняли смысл раздвигающихся стен в ванну. Эти стены-двери не закрыть, шумоизоляцию не дают - довольно некомфортно. По фото это выглядело как изолированное помещение и стало неприятным сюрпризом
