With the club embedded into the hotel. Random users of the elevator it didn’t make the experience as luxury as advertised.

Banyoda havalandırma yer almamaktaydı. Asansörlerden bir tanesi bazen 2 tanesi rooftop bar için ziyarete gelen müşterilere özel ayarlanmıştı. Bu aşamada süreçte görev alan kadın personelin hareketleri çok tuhaftı. Konaklayan veya ziyarete gelenleri azarlar şekilde konuşuyordu.

- Tour67355554970 (10/5): Be careful about the WiFi - This hotel was incredibly clean, though a little small. They do charge for WiFi, however, they give your tourist tax back to you in hotel credit. They had a very nice bar in the lobby and a large restaurant. Unfortunately, the hotel breakfast was not great but the tea and coffee was good and you could take it away.

- NDN007 (4/5): Too many drawbacks - The hotel has a nightclub on the top floor. The sounds can be heard booming and vibrating down through the floors so its hard to get sleep until it stops at 5am. Also a daily fee USD30 is added which came as a surprise. Waiting for an explanation. We had a corner view room and was told it was larger than average. The wardrobe was only 12 inches wide so we ended up living out of suitcases with clothes over the floor. On most days the rooms did not get made up until after 3-4pm so sometimes we would go out and come back to an unmade room with no clean towels. Not a hotel I would recommend or stay at again

The room was small without adequate lighting. The bathroom sink was tiny. Could barely was my face. There was an empty lotion container in the bathroom. No lotion, just the container.

- virginia (7/5): - O hotel tem um atendimento bom. Nao tem frigobar, mas eles dao água de graça para levarmos para o quarto. O colchão se movimenta dentro de uma estrutura o que não é muito bom e me pareceu muito usado. Todos os dias ofereciam cokkies a tarde na recepção o que foi muito legal. No primeiro dia o rapaz da recepção me falou que eu tinha direito a um Voucher de 30 dólares para usar por dia, mas que era algo diário, ou seja, se nao usasse em um dia nao poderia usar no outro. Me pareceu pela comunicação- e posso estar enganada- que era um benefício e que seria de graça. Resolvi usar para o meu café da manhã... assinei a nota ... só que quando vi foi cobrado no cartao da reserva. Se não tivesse visto poderia ter feito uso do Voucher todos os dias e ter um debito que nao teria sido munha escolha, isso foi muito desagradável. A comunicação foi falha. Esclareci na recepção.....

- Michal (4/5): Not a good experience - The location was nice, but nothing special The hotel shares a space with a night club, every night there are people going to the club hanging downstairs. Two elevators (out of 4) are used for the club and the club staff (the ones operating the elevators) are very rude. The club crowd is the lowest of the lowest, drunk people and loud. Some of them take hotel rooms for the night after going to party, and you can hear them down the hall when they return from the club. The hotel was leaking everywhere, so you couldn’t really seat at the lobby. The hotel is not the cleanest, to say the least and you can hear the noise from outside, as the windows aren’t sealed. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
- Matthew (7/5): Great location, very comfortable but need to sort out the plumbing and get a bit more organised. - The hotel is in a really nice location in Chelsea, the room we had was large, comfortable and had a nice view of the Empire State Building. The Bathroom was a good size with a large shower and the bed was really comfortable. The place just felt a bit disorganised, there seemed to be lots of people that appeared to work there but they all wore different outfits and seemed pretty relaxed about whether they would engage with us when we needed something. They also have some really bad plumbing issues and had water streaming into the bar, so bad that they had to actually close off half of the seating area and on the 3rd night apparently a leak on the 38th floor caused a fire alarm to trigger setting all the in room alarms off at 3.15am, it’s not fun to be woken by a loudspeaker in the room telling you to ‘Remain in place, while we investigate’.

Also the alarm and warning woke me at 3 AM and advise to stay in the room and not leave (with no explanation) then have to wait until the second announcement will be coming and let us know everything ok. - Karen (5/5): The location is convenient, however the service and room are less then terrific. - On a really cold day the served hot chocolate in the lobby, that was a nice gesture I was literally allergic to the room, which means it was not cleaned well and there was either excessive dust or dust-mites. On night 4 I finally decided I was not getting sick with a cough, as it was only at night, so I too extra strength Benadryl and finally sleep though the night without coughing once, highly concerning. I advised the reception and the did not seem to care. I also left something in the room, called less then 30 minutes after leaving the hotel to ask if they could find it and give to my co-worker who was leaving later. They promised to call me to confirm. They never called back and they did not give it to my co-worker - hence I would say the customer service was less then extraordinary. We also got lectured by an employee how to properly wait for a elevator - which was done right strange. I also did not like the bedding, which was very heavy vs. a light fluffy duvet. On a final note, the lighting in the room and bathroom is terrible, hence if make-up application is important to you I recommend you bring your own mirror with lighting.

- U6969JOJO (6/5): Good location but average property - Picked this hotel based on location. Very easy to get to West Village and Soho. But likely would not stay here again. Our visit overlapped with a recent cold snap in NYC and the lobby area and especially the breakfast room were very, very cold. So cold, in fact, that a pipe burst during our stay and flooded the lobby. The first floor common areas are small. It seems they are short on storage because the lobby was frequently cluttered with boxes, luggage, and deliveries. One evening we dodged enormous blue rolling carts filled with linens on our way into the hotel. Do they have a service entrance? A doorman or two would be a useful addition, as would tasking someone to clear the ice and snow from the sidewalk in front of the main doors. Our room (on 11th floor) had very little natural light. Decor is dark and room lighting doesn't do much. Bathroom had basically zero counter space. On plus side, bed was super comfortable and housekeeping was top notch.

Die Lobby war überfüllt mit Personen die Picknick machten. Zimmer war nicht bereit bei der Ankunft.Wir haben mehr erwartet laut Beschreib von einem Eckzimmer.
