- James (2/5): - Located far from town you have to walk through several major streets to get to places of interest. Poor staff attitude. Receptionist gave us wrong room number and when I went back, instead of apology, she says “just talk to my colleague.” Bistro service slow and attitude poor too. Toilet has got to be the worst design I’ve ever seen. Access constrained by a sink and an in-swing door with a handle that catches your cloth as you walk in. You cannot get in if you’re big (no more than 2 ft clearance by my estimation). Toilet paper constantly falling off the holder….
- Narry (8/5): - Excellent location. Near the train station, McDonald’s and a 10 -15 minute walk to the city square and some shopping malls. It was busy at the hotel due to a McDonald’s convention and McDonald’s people staying there. The staff were invaluable and nice. I had an issue with the air conditioning in my room. I like my room to be cold, which helps me have a good night's sleep, but for some reason, the air conditioner would not go cold even when I had the temperature set to 17 °C. It looked like it was set to only air and we had no control.

- Eduardo (6/5): - I’m a Hilton Honors member and was looking forward to a comfortable stay, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The room itself didn’t feel quite up to standard — it lacked the welcoming and polished atmosphere I’ve come to expect from Hilton properties. Additionally, one of the biggest frustrations was being interrupted in the mornings while trying to sleep in. Despite having no reason for early disturbance, staff entered or knocked on my door, which made it difficult to rest and enjoy my stay. As a loyal guest, I expected a higher level of attentiveness to comfort and privacy. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as the potential for a much better experience was there, but these issues left me dissatisfied.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice stay - Check in was slow, they mixed up our booking with anouther guest, had to ask for a cot to be removed from the room, second key card didn’t work so got stuck in the lobby. If you get rooms ending 50 you are really far from the elevator. Pool towels are teeny, it’s very deep and cold with the doors open to outside, ladies sauna is lovely, you can ask for goggles and floaties at the desk. The lifeguard kindly brought me a larger towel to modestly use the spa. Breakfast was standard, bit weird sitting in the lobby (family section). Priced out of using the hotel bars and restaurants but there is some good restaurants nearby and a supermarket over the car park for an affordable bottle of wine. Beds were super comfy and nice having a separate toilet to shower. Cloud bar is a nice novelty. Staff were lovely (Alexandra on reception very friendly, gave lots of info on the hotel and made sure everything was good for us)(David at breakfast made sure our family had everything and sincerely wished us a nice day - we left with a smile). Okay for a night, ready to move onto our Airbnb with lots more space and local pricing. Oh and if you want hot water for tea it’s in the metal jug not from the coffee machine.

We stayed at the Hilton Old Town in Prague and they did not ask for a fee for the same service. The front desk did let us drop and store our bags until checkin though.

- Donna (10/5): Great view and bathtub! - This was our favorite place to stay in all the german and czech places we stayed at - we loved the bathroom (and we requested a tub!!) and the riverside view especially. It was the best place we've stayed at in a long time! We also enjoyed the souvenir store and found the prices were competitive to similar places nearby. Thank you!

- Verified traveler (6/5): Beautiful hotel but poor use of space - The hotel is huge and beautiful. Room & bathroom were large but could use better use of space. Like more drawers. (There were fake ones in the console table) Also better use of space in bathroom like hooks for towels/clothes and a vanity to place stuff. A shower curtain would be useful. Couldn’t figure out how to take a proper shower without spraying down the bathroom. No washcloths which is common out of US but aren’t the Hiltons Americans? Went to rooftop bar but only the tiny section outside, which was full, had a good view. There was a long walk on the view side to get to the bar—why didn’t they put the rooftop bar there? Also the location is on the other side of a highway making it difficult/unpleasant to walk to the sites.

The room was clean and all you needed, my only critique was the mini bar fridge was locked - I didn't intend on using products from the mini bar but it would've been nice to keep my water cool in there. Hotel was well looked after and looked like the pictures online, sometimes the hallways were a little messy from people ordering room service but again this is only a minor issue. The breakfast buffet was great, many options and all tasty, the service was also great

- Rohann (10/5): - We had a lovely stay. Wonderful hotel, great facilities. Hotel staff were mostly great, but had a bad interaction with one of the night managers. We had late night food at the cafe . When we went to the till to pay the bill, the night manager was on his mobile phone and continued to use it right up to the point of us being in front of him. He did not seem interested in attending to us personally. Instead of dealing with our bill, he called across one of his subordinates who was actually cleaning somewhere else to process the bill and stepped back and watched the transaction. I found this really strange, and was not sure if this was due
- Alex (6/5): - Huge conference while at the property which meant all non conference guests got ignored. Breakfast was good but really busy and the rooms were average. Leisure facilities were really good as was the outside bar and food.

We stayed in a family room which was adequate in size but there was only one shared bedside cabinet between the 2 double beds. This meant that one person in each bed had no nightstand which was inconvenient. The bath was worn and tired looking and needed an update. There was a separate toilet which was good for a family room but it was small. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. The pool was nice but busy as it was Easter weekend. For smaller children there was no shallow area, the pool is one depth of 1.55 metres all over.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Good Stay - Service was amazing from the reception staff. Check in was faultless (minus the long queue)! The 4*’s were for things like the bath tub/shower area was quite dated in comparison to the rest of the room and not the cleanest, there was no hair conditioner, just an empty bottle but we survived. Rooms could have been cleaned everyday for the price we paid (almost £250 a night). Hot water was good, instant every time, no long wait for it to warm up. Pillows weren’t the comfiest, woke up with a neck ache every morning but I won’t take that personally. Hardly any choice on the TV but we could not fault the location, it was close to where we needed to be. Overall it was a good stay.

- Rose (10/5): - Absolutely stunning atrium inside the hotel. The Hilton Prague is clean and beautiful. The staff are nothing short of perfect. They welcome you , make you feel comfortable and attend to all of your needs. This was my first time to Prague and I wanted t stay at a hotel that had many comforts and amenities right on the property. The restaurants and bars were excellent. No detail is left undone.

When we reached hotel very late, Alexandra took care of us quickly, so we had good night sleep and was able to enjoy Praha. Thanks a lot!!

- Rajpal (8/5): - First the staff was rude but later on compensated with executive lounge passes. Check-in was 3pm. We came at 4pm. I requested a room with the view. the front desk lady said she'll see what she can do. Made us wait saying that room is getting cleaned. Got the keys at 4:30 assuming the room with the view was assigned. But it was not. Called the front desk and the manager was apologetic and compensated by giving the executive lounge passes.

- Mark (8/5): - Really nice stay. Very clean. Two negatives - Tried to enjoy the pool - it was so cold!!! Not enjoyable at all! Over the weekend of our stay there was a big business conference at the hotel which we were not told about on booking - they took over the entire ground floor! Difficult to sit in lobby without getting surrounded by people networking!
- mario xavier (8/5): - We had a terrible welcome and check in process with a lady named Olga from the front desk. Not polite at all and with a very "robotic" attitude in her work. Let's not forget that front desk is one of the first impressions customers get while arriving to the property and might damage the full perception of the hotel. Her terrible attitude makes you feel as if you are not in the correct place. The hotel is good, above average, and very spacious.
- Moukhtar (10/5): - I actually loved this hotel. It is a bit commercial as it is a huge hotel with a big parking garage and located to the side of the city center. You will find a lot of company employees staying there for conferences and stuff. The room was clean and the view was nice. Breakfast was amazing. Rooftop bar has beautiful views and a beautiful interior. Only cons of it is that you have to walk around 30 minutes to get to the city center.

- Basil (4/5): no recognition to people with disabilities - The hotel was in general good however few points I will like to highlight The fridge in the room can't e accessed only after you pay the hotel to empty the minibar which I have not come access before as this is not explained when you book so be aware I had medicines and they said to store it you'll need to pay a chart for this which I think this is ridiculous and even after calling the hotel reception and spoke to Maryam she did not do anything for the medicines and I had to leave them out and were damaged so they don't care if you have a pre existing medical condition I think this needs to be brought to the attention of the senior managers as this is a clear lack of empathy to guests happens to have a medical condition or a disability like me This is really unacceptable in this day and age I hope this is rectified
