• CARMEN (10/5): Muy recomendable 👍 - Muy buena ubicación, cerquita de estación Ostiense y Pirámide (metro) conectividad para todos lados 👍. El barrio super tranquilo y lleno de negocios! Con respecto al departamento excelente, cómodo y completísimo. Hasta lavaplatos tiene, lavarropas, y todo lo necesario y más. Muy buena la atención de Maryana y su papá, explicando todo y sugiriendonos lugares. Recomendable sin dudas. _----------_

• Dóra Júlia (6/5): - Konyha jól felszerelt. Tömegközlekedés - vonat, metró - nagyon jól megközelíthető Zuhanykabin ajtaja részben hiányzik,egy darab zuhanyfüggönnyel van pótolva. A WC tartály nem tölt fel hosszú ideig. Hárman voltunk, a reggeli rutin elég kellemetlen volt. Vödörbe eresztett vízzel kellett öblíteni 😳

• Ciro (9/5): Lo porteremo nel cuore - La posizione dell'appartamento è ottima, perchè si trova a circa 10 minuti, a piedi, dalla fermata della metro, da cui, poi, puoi andare dove vuoi. La zona era tranquilla, quindi ideale per riposarsi, dopo una giornata in giro. La casa è sufficientemente grande, anche se c'è un divano letto nella zona pranzo, ritengo che sia ideale per due persone; per più persone sarebbe poco confortevole. Il riscaldamento è condominiale, anche se ci sono due pompe di calore che, però, per fare un po' di caldo ci mettono tanto tempo. Nella cucina abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario, anche olio, sale, caffè... I letti erano comodissimi. La pulizia buona. L'appartamento ha a disposizione un posto auto che, però, è condominiale e non è fisso, per cui bisogna avere la pazienza di aspettare che se ne liberi uno per parcheggiare: noi l'abbiamo trovato! A meno di 3 minuti da casa c'è un Carrefour aperto dalle 7 alle 22, davvero comodissimo e fornitissimo. L'appartamento si trova al primo piano, ma è servito da un ascensore. Infine, un grazie particolare al papà di Maryana che ci ha accolto con tanta disponibilità e gentilezza. La comunicazione. La risposta ai nostri messaggi arrivava sempre con molto ritardo e questo è un aspetto che va certamente migliorato.

• Levai (8/5): - Gute Lage in der Nähe von vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten - sehr nett an Via Ostiense mit vielen Lokalen, die von ItalienerInnen besucht werden - weit genug weg von den TouristInnenhorden im Zentrum Für uns 3 Freundinnen gut geeignete Wohnung in ruhiger Siedlung und Balkon zum Frühstücken Die römischen Verkehrsmittel - weite Wege von Metro und Busse im Stau
• Andoni (8/5): - Era amplio y estaba muy bien equipado, cercano al supermercado, un lugar tranquilo sin ruidos de carreteras y con buen acceso al centro en autobus y en metro. Linea directa también al aeropuerto de Fiumicino. Aire acondicionado tanto en el cuarto como en la sala. Por decir algo malo, que para estancias largas no tenian mas juegos de sábanas. Había que pagar por ellas, lo cual no me parecia bien. Si que habia toallas de sobra. Y pondría unas cortinas en la puerta y ventana al balcón.
• Giuditta (7/5): Ottima posizione - Ottima posizione, fermata mezzi pubblici vicinissima, negozi, alimentari, caffè, ristoranti tutto raggiungibile in pochissimo tempo. Ambienti ampi e spaziosi, carinissimo il terrazzino. si può fare un pochino in più con la pulizia, basta veramente qualche piccolo accorgimento.

• Céline (9/5): Superbe séjour à Rome, nous n'avons manqué de rien dans ce logement. - Nous avons été très bien accueilli à notre arrivée. L'appartement est vraiment très bien équipé. Il est très bien desservi par les transports en commun, ce qui a été très pratique car nous sommes venus par avion. Il y a à proximité des petits supermarchés et des restaurants. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le calme de la copropriété. La cafetière Nespresso était en panne, elle ne chauffait plus. Heureusement, nous avions la cafetière traditionnelle pour compenser.

• Valentina (9/5): - Чудові апартаменти. На кухні є все необхідне приладдя для приготування ваших кулінарних шедеврів. Два кондиціонери дуже швидко охолоджують квартиру. Ліжко ідеальне, ми кожну ніч спали як вдома. Немає шуму міста, а це дуже важливо для якісного відпочинку. Гарне розташування, близько і до магазинів і до метро. В душовій кабіні дуже погано стікає вода. Митися було потрібно максимально швидко.

• Giovanna (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is beautiful, clean and comfortable. It has smart tv inside the room, which for us was great, bathroom really nice and good space. Building is a bit old but it's not bad. Good location. There was coffee salt and pepper. Not too many pan and pot for cooking.

• Jeno (5/5): Passable - Comfortable bed. No effort was made to replace a non working television , despite numerous requests to rectify the issue. Poor attitude to problem solving. Ie. Take it or leave it!
• Laura (7/5): Good - Very nicely positioned accommodation, easily to reach from the Fiumicino airport via train (Roma Ostiense train station is less than 15 min away) and nicely accessible from the busy city center via all means of transport, as well as by foot. There could be some improvements done in cleanliness and the apartments features (eg: some pieces of furniture needed more careful operating, otherwise they would fall), but I'm sure over time these improvements will come since the host was very open, communicative and accommodating.
