- Verified traveler (8/5): - Overall a good place. It really lets you experience living in a typical Shanghai house. But the hot water was very unstable. Air conditioning was weak. Not exactly close to a metro station but walkable.
- k (2/5): - 場所と値段でここを選んだのですが、価格のレンジに対して設備が酷すぎました。 まず、予約をした上で住所の場所にタクシーで行ったのですが案内などはなく、電話で確認しても予約は確認されてなく場所を聞くと目の前のボロボロのアパートの一室でした。 ドアだけは暗証番号式に改造してあったのですが、メールで暗証番号を知らされてその番号で解錠するのですが、番号を変えている様子はないのでセキュリティーの観念が全くない。 また、複数の部屋の選択があったので高い方を予約したのですが当てられた部屋は一番安い部屋。 なんだかんだで落ち着くまでメールで小一時間を費やしました。 部屋もベッドの枕の横に便器というひどい間取りで、寝返り打つとすりガラスのすぐ横に便器が見えるというものでした。 物置きみたいな部屋でした。
