• Chan (1/5): Decent Location, Poor Overall Experience - Only positive side is that it’s just a few steps’ walk to the Colosseum, if that’s mainly what you want to do in Rome. The lady working the morning shift was sweet too. Booked for myself as an individual stay, and there were only 2 single-bed configurations available. The room itself was quite disappointing. The AC was not working, which definitely did not help given the Europe heatwave. Opening the window was equally bad as there was barely any airflow coming in, and the streets were extremely noisy due to the hotel being near the attraction, with constant traffic and people shouting throughout the night. The bed also had a dirty, moldy smell to the point where I honestly couldn’t even bear to rest my face sideways on the pillow. Luckily, I brought a towel to lay over it and just endured it for the 2 nights. Shower pressure was extremely weak, and the heater was not functioning properly either. If you require anything, do note that the staff are only available during certain working hours. Otherwise, you are pretty much left to make do with the limited sachets of shampoo provided. Overall, it genuinely felt like I was back in my teenage dorm days, except this time it was more solitary. Honestly, for the price paid, just spend a little more for a proper hotel upgrade. You will thank yourself. I’m also not sure why there isn’t even a proper dining area, as breakfast had to be taken from a makeshift setup placed on top of a cabinet. Breakfast itself was disappointing as well, so honestly better to skip it altogether. To make things worse, the breakfast trays and leftovers were only cleared the next day, so you basically have to sleep with them overnight. For the price paid, the overall experience was quite disappointing. I honestly have no idea why the reviews are rated this highly, unless I was just unlucky with the room assigned.

• EINAR (3/5): Expensive Micro room by Colosseum - It’s right next to the Colosseum. The room for two is TINY. It has two small twin beds that sag. Very expensive for such a micro room. The breakfast is a tray with yogurt and croissant brought to your room with coffee, there’s no dining room. It’s very loud as you hear everyone opening and closing their doors. We thought we were splurging but it’s so tiny I wish we’d just stayed in a hotel.

Tengo que admitir que la entrada al edificio me asustó un poco, pero cuando cruce la puerta del departamento encontré todo lo que necesitaba. La cercanía con los puntos de interés es fabulosa y más para una persona con bastón. Volveré sin dudarlo. El ruido por las noches pero entendí que en Roma es normal en todos lados.

• David (7/5): Piso viejo adaptado para alojamento. Perfecta ubicación, comodidad, limpieza. Sin grandes alardes. - Ubicación perfecta, limpieza, desayuno aceptable, buena atención de la persona que limpiaba las habitaciones y traía el desayuno. Habitación muy cómoda y acogedora para familia de 4 personas. Muebles demasiado viejos. La mesa donde desayunar se rompió y arruinó el primer desayuno de la estancia (nos trajeron una mesa baja para poder desayunar el resto de días). El encargado/dueño (Fabrizio) muy seco. Poco afable. Me confirmó que podíamos hacer el checking a las 11:00, pero cuando llegamos a esa hora no pudo ser. Su solución fue que dejáramos el equipaje hasta las 13:00 en un luggage storage próximo, a nuestro cargo, por supuesto. Solución aportada con bastante poca amabilidad, para ser un problema del que nosotros no éramos responsables.

• Sandra (7/5): Sencillo pero bien ubicado - La ubicació, al costat mateix del Colosseo. L'esmorzar molt bò: croissants recent fets amb torrades i mermelada i suc. Puntualitat al portar l'esmorzar. El bany super petit en una posició que si no tancaves la porta et veiem assegut al wc i la dutxa super petita k sortia aigua per totes bandes. No hi havia lloc on deixar el necesser còmodament i les tovalloles guardades dins un armari de la habitació. L'esmorzar cada dia era el mateix...sort k només hi vam estar dues nits. No tenen un lloc reservat on deixar l'equipatge: el vam haver de deixar a la "recepció" a l'abast de qualsevol hoste (tot i que l'hotel ofereix el servei de guardaequipatges) Les pantalles de les llums de la tauleta de nit amb alguns forats.

• Milena (10/5): - Hotel jest w samym centrum Rzymu. Jako miejsce do zwiedzania jest znakomicie usytuowane. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Czystość ok. Jedynie na co można się uskarżać to ,że jest głośno ale to jest ściśle centrum więc można było się tego spodziewać.

• arekniedz (8/5): Klimatyczne miejsce w atrakcyjnej lokalizacji z umiarkowanymi cenami. - Lokalizacja świetna, 3 minuty piechotą od Koloseum, komunikacji miejskiej, restauracji i barów. Jest to mieszkanie przerobione na pokoje na wynajem. Okolica bezpieczna, w nocy cicho i spokojnie ( nie licząc krzyczących mew). Śniadanie włoskie, prosto do pokoju: rogalik, kawa, sucharki, dżem, nutella, masełko. Obsługa serdeczna i pomocna. Mimo późnego przylotu nie było problemu z wejściem do pokoju i komunikacją z obiektem. Czysto i schludnie. Brak wentylacji i stare okna powodowały pocenie się szyb w pokoju. Czajnik w pokoju 4 osobowym bez podstawki, kabel krótki co powodowało konieczność odsuwania ciężkiego stołu za każdym razem gdy chciało się nalać wrzątku do kubka :( . W listopadzie temperatura na dworze była bliska 0 st. C w nocy, mimo to kołdry były schowane w szafie, bez poszewek, dostałyśmy tylko prześcieradła do spania .

Ana, a fost extrem de amabilă și atentă la toate detaliile, ceea ce a făcut totul foarte confortabil. Locația este fantastică – la câțiva pași de Colosseum, ceea ce ne-a permis să explorăm zona foarte ușor. Ne-am simțit excelent și ne-am întoarce cu mare plăcere tot la această cazare. Recomand cu toată încrederea!

Para empezar destacar a anna ..que fue muy cordial y ..habia leido comentarios referentes a ella y afirmo que son verdad ..tambien habia leido comentarios hacia frabicio y tengo que decir que ABSOLUTAMENTE CORRECTOS!!..no volveria a quedarme alli por el trato suyo!!..un despota ..mal hablado y para nada respetuoso!!..tuvimos problemas con la luz y para poder acceder ya que echaron el cerrojo por dentro al llamarle nos dijo que no era su problema y que los codigos iban!!..hablo muy mal y no soluciono la situacion!!..evidentemente es su resposabilidad !!..el no escuchaba ..simplemente daba voces por tlf..no iba a solucionar nada!!....mi reseña mala es para el!!..por lo demas bien...la cama y colchones para unos dias bien..para mas no estaria..vuelvo a decir que anna estupenda lo poco que hablamos con eñla!!

Buona colazione portata in camera, ambienti puliti e la signora cortese e gentile. Tutto come descritto. In realtà non c'era nulla che non mi è piaciuto, ho trovato tutto il necessario.. per un paio di giorni senza pretese va più che bene.

• Erika (10/5): Barátságos szállásadó, jó elhelyezkedésű az ingatlan. - A szállás nagyon jó helyen helyezkedik el. Több nevezetsség is könnyű sétával elérhető. Az utca végén a Colosseum látható. Jó éttermek, üzletek voltak a környéken semmiért nem kellett messze menni. Az utca végén van a Metró így a tömegközlekedés is könnyen megoldható. A szállásadó kedves, aranyos, szuper jó kis reggelit kaptunk igazi friss olasz kávéval. A neten található leírásokból találtam rá, de jó választás volt néhány napos kiruccanáshoz.

El desayuno está bien, básico pero rico y te lo llevan a la habitación cada mañana. Las camas muy cómodas y la limpieza está bien. el personal es muy amable e incluso avisé que llegaría más temprano y me dejaron ingresar a la habitación No hay ascensor. Algo normal en el centro pero no lo tuve en cuenta yendo con persona mayor

The hotel was also able to accommodate our request for an earlier breakfast one morning It wasn’t an issue for my sister and I but the twin room is a bit smaller

Lots of restaurants nearby, and the breakfast suited our family perfectly. The host was super friendly and kind, and she even warned us about pickpockets. Nice stay and great location, though the place could be a bit cleaner and refreshed. The street can be lively at night, so light sleepers might notice some noise.

Unfortunately on the first morning we were woken around 7am by very loud shouting/chanting on a microphone for over an hour - apparently the students from the school behind us were protesting - obviously out of the control of our hotel!

• Yipiyaiyoo (7/5): Ubicación maravillosa - La ubicación perfecta, al lado del coliseo y cerca de toda la zona del foro, podíamos ir andando fácilmente a todas partes, habitaciones un poco pequeñas pero agradables. Un pequeño desayuno iba incluido (café, zumo y cruasán) y estaba todo muy rico. En cuanto a la limpieza, diría que la palabra es “decente”.
