• Francesco (8/5): Alloggio "tattico" in centro - Personale molto disponibile e gentile. La posizione è ideale perché a 10 minuti a piedi da piazza San Pietro e proprio davanti alla stazione della metro Ottaviano. La stanza era molto pulita. Gli spazi della camera erano un po' piccoli e la colazione al bar minimale (bevanda + croissant) però questi due elementi non hanno assolutamente "rovinato" la permanenza, soprattutto se di pochi giorni come nel mio caso.

• Maristella (8/5): Ottima struttura in zona comodissima - La posizione, esattamente di fronte la fermata della metro e a due passi dal Vaticano. La cortesia e disponibilità dell'host, pronta anche a risolvere piccoli problemi da remoto. La pulizia della stanza. La possibilità di fare il caffè in struttura. La colazione in convenzione con un bar vicino, che fa dei cornetti buonissimi. La presenza di gradini per accedere all' ascensore (ho un temporaneo problema di mobilità, per cui l'installazione di una pedana potrebbe migliorare l'accessibilità). Il late check-in, purtroppo l'ambiente dei B&B è piccolo e quindi la notte si viene svegliati quando arrivano nuovi ospiti. Non trovare mai l'host di persona, cosa che in un B&B ti aspetteresti e farebbe piacere.

Camera pulita e confortevole, personale attento, disponibile e cordiale: ci ha accolto fin da subito con atteggiamento positivo, dandoci anche numerose info utili al nostro soggiorno in città. Avevo già soggiornato qui qualche anno fa ed ho riscontrato la stessa comodità e pulizia: spero ci sia presto l'occasione di una terza volta. Grazie!

• Alena (10/5): - Расположен в 5 минутах от Ватикан,Прямо возле метро и остановок общественного транспорта.В пешей доступности множество ресторанов и кафе на любой вкус,множество маленьких итальянских магазинчиков с одеждой,также продуктовые магазины Апартаменты чистые,уютные и тихие.Кофемашина с вкусным кофе ☺️Включен завтрак в кафе по соседству с прекрасным дружелюбным персоналом и очень вкусными свежими круассанами и ароматным кофе для отличного начала дня 🥰Персонал вежливый и всегда на связи. Точно вернемся!!!))))

Host mai incontrata ma comunque molto molto disponibile , presente anche se non fisicamente, e premurosa. Stanza spaziosa, bagno comodo. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out. Pulizia migliorabile(principalmente i pavimenti). Area comune (entrata e corridoio) con impatto non eccezionale (odore di vecchio, scale da imbianchino appoggiate nel corridoio, sacchi di cose da lavare appoggiati in corridoio in vista per tutto il tempo). Ripristino stanza tardi (pomeriggio 15.00 - 16.00....).

• Fahimeh (2/5): Great location but poor facilities - Location was great: Access to metro station and just a few minutes walk to Vatican city. I had not seen any staff during our stay and we did the check in and the checkout as we agreed via SMS. So easy to handle We stayed four nights in this accommodation and I would say “There are many things needs to be improved in the room”. The towels need to be changed everyday. We got clean towels just by our arrival. There was not any shampoo or body wash in the bathroom. The trashes got emptied every day, but not cleaning the floor nor the bathroom. The bed and the pillows were really uncomfortable and the pillow cases did not get changed during our stay.
• Jerry (9/5): Superb - The Good: easy 10 minute walk to Vatican City. Plenty of good restaurant options in immediate neighborhood. The Great: Entrance to Line A Ottaviano Metro just out front door. Direct transit to main terminal and easy change to Line B to Colosseum, Forum and nearby ancient sites. While room is smaller than Booking.com photos would indicate, not a negative, as only in room to sleep and bed an pillows very comfortable. Worth considering by anyone interested in close proximity to Vatican attractions and easy Metro access, although nothing is easy on Rome Metro as it is excessively crowded, 24/7! Nothing

Good overall value Breakfast voucher at nearby cafe consisted of a drink and croissant. Microwave available but no cutlery/crockery so self-catering not an option. Unsure why it was in the room? No view but we weren't there for a view!
• Petra (10/5): Perfect little weekend - Staying here was the best choice we could have made. Check in was easy, and our stay was delightful. The Metro station is right by the building so it was easy to get here from the airport and move around the city. The Vatican is in walking distance. Breakfast was the best, the little bakery is so cute and the pistachio croissants are a must try. We will definitely stay here next time we visit. There was no such thing. Everything was amazing.

• David (9/5): We had a wonderful time in Rome and would book the Rainbow B&B again. - Very good location right next to the metro station and within walking distance of the Vatican. Breakfast was in the form of coupons which could be redeemed at a (very good!) nearby bakery for a coffee and a pastry. The host was very friendly and always available via Whatsapp if we had any questions

• Carolyn (9/5): Great facility, safe and clean. - Easy access to metro and sites around Rome and the Vatican. Also had small refrigerator and microwave. Host easy to access with questions in English. Did not understand first day how to access breakfast, so missed out.
• Angela (9/5): comfortable apartment that makes you feel like home - The b&b is exactly at the metro station Ottaviano, therefore you can move easily from there. The location is good in particular to visit Vatican City. The breakfast is served in the coffee shop (bar) that you find outside the b&b and this allows you to have basically no time restrictions and you can have a usual Italian breakfast. In the neighborhood you have a large variety of restaurants and shops, also a carrefour mini market is located just next door. The building has large walls so there might be little phone signal, however the Wi-Fi works well and I was able to work from there. Last (but not least) Michela is really kind and attentive! I only would suggest to improve pillows / pillowcases (either a smaller pillow or a bigger pillowcase).
• Jana (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location - underground station is right in front of the main door :) Room was perfectly clean, with microwave and fridge, there was coffee and tea available in the hallway 24/7. The owner responden within 5 minutes on Whatsapp and helped us a lot! Breakfast - coffee and pastry in lovely bistro 1 minute away from the apartment included in the apartment price. We are definitively coming back♥️♥️
