• Sebastien FR (8/5): Very good serviced apartment - Fantastic staff, very helpful and reactive. Quiet building, safe. The rooms are well equiped and the clever thing is the hot/cold water dispenser (free of charge). Very good stay The main rooms are a bit small compared to the bathroom. Sofa and carpets should be cleaned more often and more generally a more careful cleaning would be welcome.

• Bummelute (8/5): Weit außerhalb - Eigentlich ein schönes Appartement, aber die Lage ist doch schon sehr weit außerhalb. Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner waren sehr hilfreich, dafür gab es so gut wie keine Küchen- Ausstattung. Weder eine Tasse noch Besteck, nur Suppenschüsseln 😄 Alles in Allem war es ok für mich, aber ich fand es im Old Quarter dann doch insgesamt angenehmer.

• Dmitrii (10/5): - The owner is a very friendly guy. Good value for money. Before this place, I tried other 5 different hotels in the old town. But they were all fraud. Incredible problem in Hanoi. But this hotel is true, and the pictures are real, not fake like in other hotels. Around 30 minutes by taxi to the center. But for me, it was okay.

• Jon (3/5): Very poor experience - Large well appointed rooms The first room I was given had a huge 1m stain and large hole in the bathroom ceiling which apparently had been there for 2 weeks. I lost the next morning as I waited to be moved to another room. That room also had a leek! They insisted on charging me full price for the rooms!! So I left early and shortened my stay. It is also far from anywhere if you’re travelling to see Hanoi centre which is not their fault but need to keep in mind

• Verified traveler (10/5): 品質に対して格安 - 非常に良い。サービス良し、部屋良し、コミュニケーションも英語ができれば何とかなる。 部屋は広く清潔で、ベッドは大きい。バスルームも広いが、シャンプーがなぜか二つ置いてありボディーソープはなかった。冷蔵庫は大容量、カトラリーも充実。自炊も可能なキッチンにウォーターサーバー併設。頼めば洗濯もしてくれる（部屋の外の共用部にあるけど勝手に使っていいかはわからない。多分ダメ）。 空港からは少し遠いが送迎があるので問題なし。どんなに早くても、どんなに遅くても割と対応してくれる。自分は夜10時、朝5時で対応してもらった。 旧市街地からも少し遠いが、車で20分程度なので観光なら不便ではない。 近くに日本製品専門店があり、少し先に進めばコンビニらしきものもある。イオンも徒歩圏内にあるので非常に便利。 周辺の飲食店は大体英語通じません。が翻訳アプリとパッションで通じるので何とかなります。旧市街より圧倒的に安い値段でご飯が食べられる。レストランという感じではないので腹壊すかもしれませんが…

• Nicole (7/5): good enough - I stayed at this hotel during a 12 hour stopover on my way to Tokyo and just wanted a cheap, clean place to post up for several hours. While I didn't sleep overnight, I used the hotel to take a nap and shower during the day. Unfortunately, I didn't love the location; it turned out to be much farther from the airport and from the tourist attractions than I had expected. The surrounding area lacked charm, with trash littering the streets. Cars cannot access the front entrance so you would get dropped off on the main street and have to go down an uneven road to get to the entrance which is inconvenient with luggage. The room had a view of another building directly across and very little natural light. The hotel itself was clean enough, but I didn't find the cleanliness standards to be high. I noticed some mildew around the bathtub and the upholstery looked like it could use a deep cleaning. The bed was firm. The stay was fine for my purposes, but overall. I would not choose to stay here again.

Well equipped with everything needed including a kitchen with utensils, dishes, pots, 20L water dispenser etc. Had an Elevator, come and go as you please with the caretaker in his own room off the lobby. Washer and dryer on each floor shared by 3 rooms. Could use a handle by the tub/shower to make it easier to get in/out without slipping as its a pretty tall step in and out of the tub and also provide a towel for the floor in the bathroom.

• Shaney (10/5): Loaded Heart and Integrity - The cleanliness and comfort the apartment offered make me feel like home. Location is not so much a tourist area, but it is where locals live. The apartment is just so cozy, yet not old school. It's perfect for solo and couple trip. We are forced to leave the place because of the construction happening right next to the building. It can disruptive for people who likes to sleep in like us. But this an external factor that can't be controlled by the hotel.

The bedroom can be completely darkened with a good curtain. The location of the accommodation is very quiet. The host is really nice and helpful. English is also spoken. There are many restaurants and shops around the accommodation with everything you need. The bus stop to the center is not far away. It is an oasis of calm in the noisy city. You have a lot of privacy. The elevator takes you straight to the roof terrace, which you can actually always enjoy alone. There is as much drinking water as you want from a hot and cold water dispenser in the room. I found that very practical. We stayed there for six nights and I would book the accommodation again at any time without thinking twice.

Situated halfway down a lane and had good sound proofing so got good night's sleep given Hanoi is a noisy city. Washing machine and tumble dryer on each floor. Nice top floor communal balcony which was great to sit out on even in March.

• Kok Cheng (10/5): Value For Money But Far Away From Old Quarters - It's a brand new serviced apartment building with about 14 units. No breakfast included and there is no inhouse restaurant. There are many eateries within 3 minutes walk. Each unit contains kitchenette with induction stove. Bathroom includes heated (Japanese) toilet seat (very appropriate during cold winter days) and overhead heater! Shower is in a full size bathtub. It is not suitable for elderly guests thought. Unfortunately, there isn't a shower curtain and the bathroom floor will be wet after the shower. Mattress is comfortable but slightly too firm. And sometimes squeaky. Wifi is fast and you can use the smart TV to view YouTube although TV channels are limited. There is a shared washing machine and dryer just outside the main door of the unit. I suggest there should be a notice to advise guests not to use the washing machines after 11pm so as not to disturb the peace of the neighbouring units! There is a slight problem to locate the building. It is about 50 meters from the main road but along a small side street. The exact address doesn't show up on Google Map. The daytime reception manager Andy speaks good English and is always willing to help. There is a night-shift guard who is polite but he speaks no English. Use Google Translate to communicate. Overall I would like to recommend this apartment highly because it's value for money. However it may not be suitable for tourists who are in Hanoi only for a few days as the location is not near old quarters
