En dehors de la vaisselle, l'appartement était propre. Vaisselle sale et insuffisante (pas de dessous de plat, pas de planche à découper, pas assez de verre, pas d'ouvre boîte, pas d'économe, pas de râpe à fromage).
Traces d'humidité sous les fenêtres de la chambre avec le revêtement qui s'émiette.
On ne pouvait pas régler le chauffage et il faisait un peu froid.
La lumière de la sortie de secours empêchait celui qui est sur le canapé de dormir dans le noir complet.
Le volet tout à gauche dans la chambre ne tient que par un seul gond.
- salvatore mariniello (1/5): sporco e scomodo. - Una volta che il posto e' stato trovato (piu di una ora di ricerca a causa di istruzioni sbagliate) e' stato piacevole muoversi A queste persone non interessa il tuo comfort. purtroppo e' un trend che sto vedendo troppo spesso da parte di compagnie che gestiscono queste strutture, ti rendono la vita impossibile fino all'ultimo minuto con check in on line, solo per salvare loro tempo e spese.
La struttura e' sporca, l ingresso del cortile ha spazzatura, mozzoni di sigarette, erbacce e pietre rotte ovuncque. all interno i letti sono sottilissimi con cuscini che spariscono sotto la tua testa. mura sporche con un cimitero di zanzare e sangue sui muri (vedi foto purtroppo sfuocata, quelle macchie nere sul muro bianco sono decine e decine di zanzare e sangue) e nemmeno uno zampirone e' fornito. muffa sui muri, carta da parati staccata.
La tv e' inutilizzabile dato che ha solo l'attacco all antenna e sono visibilii 3 canali se non c e' vento (una smart tv di quelle dimensioni costa 60 euro). Il forno e' inutilizzabile in quanto il frigo e' cosi attaccato che non si riesce ad aprire. La macchina del caffe' a cialde non ha nemmeno una cialda.
Hanno queste cose solo per poterle mettere nella lista dei servizi offerti e non importa se potete utilizzarle o meno.
Credete a tutte le recinzioni che avete letto e non sperate che magari le cose sono state migliorate, io ho trovato gli stessi problemi di recinzioni di un anno fa, a prova che a loro non interessa nulla.
- meritxell (6/5): Ubicacion ideal, pero falta mantenimiento - La ubicacion es perfecta. Muy cerca de cualquier sitio relevante que visitar.
Hay jabon y toallas extras. La cocina con todo lo necesario para cocinar, aunque no la usamos mucho. Dispone de cafetera, microondas, tostadora y lavavajillas. Tambien dispone de lavadora y plancha.
La calefaccion funciono muy bien y se agradece los dias mas frios al llegar a casa despues de todo el dia estar de ruta.
Las instrucciones para llegar a la puerta muy necesarias, porque con Google Maps no se encuentra, y bien redactadas. Me decepciono mucho la falta de mantenimiento del apartamento.
Es un apartamento muy bonito con las bigas de madera, ventanales, amplio y con mucha luz natural. El dia que lo remodelaron tubieron mucho gusto e idearon un piso muy funcional, pero no se mantiene:
• faltaban 2 cortinas, por lo que los vecinos que estan a escasos 5 metros nos veian perfectamente si no cerrabamos los porticones. Entonces estabamos a oscuras
• el colchon de la cama de matrimonio estaba deformado del uso
• los cabezales de las camas, tanto de matrimonio como las 2 individuales, eran de imitacion de piel y estaban agrietados de la gente apoyar la cabeza
• en la habitacion de matrimonio, solo funcionaba 1 lamparita de noche
• el sofa fue lo que mas nos distorsiono la convivencia, porque el comedor era el sito de “reunion” de la familia cuando estabamos en el apartamento y no era posible sentarse al sofa poque tiene la base totalmente rota y deformada y te undes.
• el papel de la habitacion de matrimonio se esta desenganchando
• solo funciona 1 lamparita de la mesa de noche
• la ducha tiene limpieza a mejorar: partes mas altas con manchas de jabon seco y la guia de la puerta con moho
• faltaba disponer de un secador del pelo

No dejaron ni jabón para ducharnos ni nada de nada. Las paredes estaban que se caían de la humedad que entra en la casa.

He visitado Venecia algunas ocasiones, y éste es sin lugar a dudas el mejor lugar en el que me he hospedado.
Muy recomendado para familias o grupos ya que tiene muy buen espacio.

- Angellina (6/5): - The flat had a washer which was great but not much amenities were provided except for cutlery. Unfortunately the flat was not well maintained so we did rate it low. The location was spot on we not only had a wonderful view of gondolas passing by but since it was in The area of San Marco we were walking distance from the important sites in Venice.
It was pretty run down and you could hear the people above us pulling and dragging chairs which was annoying.
It was fun staying there and they provided easy to follow instructions to where the flat was all the way from the stop we had to get off of the Vaporetto to the streets that lead up to the front door. Thank you for the stay
- Martyn (2/5): Feel like I’ve been cheated - Close to everything Condition of the apartment. Paint peeling off walls, front door handle fell off, dirty furniture. Tried to sort out the issues with the letting agent by sending pictures etc. explained that I wanted a refund but they passed me from department to department. I sent complaint and pictures by email, phone and WhatsApp and no response from customer service. A day later they told me all forms of communication were not working and that they received nothing from me. They also said that if I want a refund I must take it up with the owner. Joke!
- Dorota (6/5): Pobyt udany - Świetna lokalizacja W apartamencie na dole sofa jest bardzo brudna. To pierwszy widok jaki się rzuca w oczy. Kiepskie oświetlenie przed apartamentem. Jest ekspres do kawy, ale bez kapsułek. Nie ma czajnika. Szyba na stoliku jest nie jest przymocowana do stołu i łatwo można ją stłuc.
- Enrique (1/5): - La ubicación es buena pero el alojamiento to es un desastre. El suelo de las dos habitaciones estaba lleno de pelos y pelusa. Humedad en las paredes con moho. La pintura desconchada de todas las habitaciones. Manchas marrones de mierda en una de las toallas.
Mal olor en el baño. La luz del baño no funcionaba. La entrada al edificio es como si entrases en una casa abandonada. No tiene luz y está medio ruinosa. Tienes que cruzar un patio con cubos de basura por medio completamente a oscuras. La posibilidad de caerte, si no llevas linterna en el móvil es total. No te facilitan donde dejar las maletas en el edificio del apartamento. Tienes que buscar una consigna el día que llegas y el día que te vas. No puedes entrar hasta las 3 de la tarde, pero salir tienes que salir antes de las 10 de la mañana. El colchón del sofá cama esta viejísimo y está lleno de muelles que se clavan, la mayoría de los muebles están en mal estado. De la cocina no puedo decir nada, porque ni nos hemos atrevido a usar nada. La experiencia ha sido terrible. No merece la pena su buena ubicación, el sitio es un completo desastre. De los 200 hoteles que he reservado en toda mi vida, nuncha había estado en uno en estas condiciones.

Das Sofa bzw das Klappbett in der Küche ist 100Jahre alt, quietscht und ist ebenfalls schmuddelig!

- Oleksandr (6/5): - Check-in and checkout process, support. Location is excellent. Facilities are decent. Be careful when you are booking: most photos are for apartments on the 2nd floor, which are much better than the 1st (not in good condition, fewer beds, much smaller). We expected more comfort, but technically, it was my fault; I had to be more attentive during the booking process.
But overall it was a good experience.

The location and view are great. We were able to see many gondolas pass by.
Communication was the worst I have ever seen. As soon as I paid the last bit (the visitor's tax) and received thecodes, there was NO communication.
They put only 3 pillows instead of 5. Never came to bring the extra ones. Difficult nights.
The door handle came out. Nobody came to fix it.
My problem is not the mistakes, these happen. The real issue is the lack of communication andno effort to fix them. I tried different ways to contact them: through the app and via email, with no answer, to this day.
The general company, Wonderful Italy, sent me a request for general comments, which I did. Still, they did not answer my questions.
Would not recommend.
- sophie (3/5): Don't waste your money, wasn't clean & get eaten alive by mosquitos - Nothing Property was almost impossible to find, host were not responsive when asking for help to find as Google maps doesn't take you anywhere close to it.
Apartment was full of mosquito's and walls are covered by squashed mosquito's.
Wasn't clean,
Hot water went so had to get maintained man to sort it.

- Yakut (8/5): Çok güzel bir deneyimdi ,keyif aldık .Çok gezdik - Kabak yanında olması ve lokasyonu süperdi .Bir daha gidersem yine tercih ederim .Şifreli giriş çok rahat ,anahtar unuttun derdi yok.Ama giderken mutlaka ,yanınıza nespresso makinesine uygun kahve tableti alın çünkü ilk gün için bile 1 adet yok. Üst katta inanılmaz ses vardı ,gece ve sabah çok erken saatte yataklar çekildi ve inanılmaz yürüme sesi vs vardı .
Ayrıca keşke 1 ya da 2 adet kahve koysalardı çok daha süper olurdu.Hiç yoktu ertesi gün marketlere bakıp bulduk

- Irina (1/5): I do not recommend it until the furniture is repaired and replaced. - We lived in apartment number one on the first floor. The apartment is in a terrible location. Very old furniture, dirty couch, bad smell from washing machine. It was unpleasant to sleep, so we found another hotel and moved with pleasure.

It's truly the best option for an unforgettable stay! It would greatly enhance the experience if you could offer more than just coffee capsules, instant coffee, tea bags, or sugar. Providing complimentary drinking water or freshly brewed coffee would be a wonderful touch and make a positive impression on your guests.

- Ellery (6/5): - Good location. However, we ran into a few issues. First our main door knob was not secured in door and would easily come out. The batteries in the AC remote also weren’t working. We reported it and were told someone would come and fix it asap. No one ended up coming. We could also hear the people above us pretty well. Mosquitos were all over the place in the apartment so be aware of that.

Everything was great , just the kitchen could be a little better equipped with dishwashing liquid and kitchen cloths. But it was an easy fix so we didn’t mind it too much.

- The property does not have "city view" as commonly understood. The view as of a building across the canal and this is not "city view".
- The property does not have "river view". It has a view of a canal but this is not "river view".
- The property does not have wardrobe or closet, only clothes rack.
- Only one room had an AC.
The washing machine does not dry the clothes and this has to be done on the provided clothes rack. After two days clothes were still not dry. Given the weather in Venice, a reasonable expectation would be that the washing machine includes a dryer.

- Ruth (4/5): Great location but disappointing accomodation. - Location is great! Love being close to landmarks and next to the canal. No blankets on beds and none could be delivered during our stay. We had one single doona and 5 people?! Also the place needs some TLC in several areas around the apartment. Huge amount of communication leading up to staying - more than necessary and far more than the simple process of other booking.com bookings.

The only issue we had was the property was not ready at the said time and we had to wait for another hour. However we would book it again and recommend others to do so.

Unfortunately when we checked in, there was a maintenance issue with the shower that needed repair and we were not able to use one of the showers in the apartment.
- Gillian (8/5): Very good - Unbelievable location, views straight onto canal, fabulous Issue with heating so no hot water during stay, the landlords were very quick to try and resolve this issue however it did put a spoiler on what was otherwise a great short stay having to stay in for engineers to service it. They have since assured us that the boiler issue has been resolved.

Needed better instructions on how to enter codes at gate and doors. Need instructions on how to operate washing machine and more space to hang clothes. Absolutely need GPS to find your way to this apt.
We walked, with luggage, to apt but beware you go up and down lots of stairs on the way there.
- Konstantinos (1/5): cold and no hot water. - Location was good. That's about it. There was no heating or hot water for our two night stay, with small children.
When we informed them we were told a technician would have alook. Next day they told us that the technician checked it and it was good, but there was still no hot water or heating.
It feels we were lied to. Additionally, there was a sign posted on the boiler to not touch it, which sent a very strong signal that the boiler has problems all the time.
While the location was, indeed good, ask yourself if you can stay without heating or hot water, and if you can afford to try your luck with staying cold and dirty.

Clean styling with traditional features.
Bedding and towels professionally cleaned, no kitchen towels. The check in method is a little over the top with technology! Umpteen emails, texts, phone calls daily the week before was over the top, we stayed in another apartment straight after and they text once!!
The kitchen area wasn't well equipped at all. This needs attention, no oven just gas hob, the very minimum of cooking equipment made making anything hard work. A few Euros spent here guys will make life in the apartment more pleasant for your guests, squeezing down expenses doesn't always add up!
Mosquitoes were an issue for our stay here too, surprised in March/April, not property fault of course.
Some hanging hooks in twin bedroom would be nice too. A lock on the toilet door... spend a few euros to make it more comfortable.

We were contacted several times, and with a lot of urgency, in advance of our stay in order to check in - significantly more times than any other place we stayed in Italy, but we provided all necessary information, paid our city tax, and were sent a map which we were told to follow to get to the accommodation. We were advised not to follow Google Maps as we would get lost. We followed the maps to the location, and realised we had not yet been provided with a pin to get in. We requested same, and were told we would get it at 3pm. We waited until 3pm, and tried the code without luck. Another party arrived, and they input the code and we all went in. After lugging our luggage in, we went to apartment 2, as we'd been directed, only to find not only did our code not work here, but the other party that came in were actually in this apartment. We contacted the company, who advised of the same code again, after requesting a picture of the door. A few minutes later, they advised this was the wrong address, and provided us with a different address, and a map that directed us from the train station. This of course meant we had to rely on Google Maps to get there as we were going from the wrong apartment in the city. A half hour trek across the city at 3pm ensued, with my elderly parents having to lug their luggage up and down bridges. An apology was only received when requested. I hope the people whose apartment we repeatedly tried to enter were also offered an apology, as I'm sure they were terrified they were being broken into!
The apartment (the correct one) was in a great location, however that is the only positive I can give.
There was dust everywhere. The dishwasher was full. One window didn't close properly. The entrance way was pitch black at night, and you couldn't see a foot in front of you without your phone torch.
Worst of all was the beds and bedding.

- Jem (3/5): Place was nice but before enjoying the place we experienced stressed with all the process before that. - Massive and clean space. The check in process and staff. We were so stressed about the check in process and the staff, we’ve done the check in process like 5 times in the website and when we submit it staff will call us and say we’ve done it wrong so we will repeat it again. These scene last for like 2 hours and we were stress because we encoded the correct details and followed the right form that they sent but it doesn’t show in their website so staff kept insisting that we’re not doing it right. Though she help us but it makes us confused because why is she saying that we’re uploading wrong passport details when we’re only taking a picture of our passport. Check in process would be easy but unfortunately staff weren’t really familiar with their website so probably that’s why. And when we verbalise that we’re not really happy with the process and we are really stress staff offered that she will accept the passport that we sent via the site which we’ve done first thing. They kept insisting that they have sent the form but unfortunately the haven’t and put the blame on us.
For the location it took us an hour to find the spot because the location put in booking.com is different from the actual address. We called the staff and again they said that they have sent the address to us but obviously they haven’t sent it again they only send it after we told them that we are right infront of the building and we can’t access the door because it is a different. The staff said to us are you sure you are looking around, I explained to her that we are infront of the building and even the taxi driver pointed it to us. We even asked the locals in the restaurant and then they said it’s a wrong one because it always happens. I call the staff and explained to her. She told me if I followed the email she send me, I said no you haven’t sent me any emails aside from the check in process.

- Marinas (4/5): Disappointing - Nice view Dirty cutlery, the garbage was not taken away, the floor was not very clean, noises were heard from the neighbors above all night, the space is not sound-proofed.
We arrived 2 hours earlier than check-in (13:00) and no one answered our messages or the door. After half an hour of standing at the door, the cleaning lady opened the door, looked at us angrily and closed the door in our face without saying anything.
For the price paid for one night, it was a little disappointing
- Janelle (3/5): Stay in a Hotel. - Don’t book. Constant loud tapping in roof section near front door. Family had 3 sleepless nights here. Staff extremely unhelpful and comment was sorry for that. We were told they sent in technician in which nothing was done. If in hotel you would have been changed room. Wonderful Italy said sorry for that, not ok. We arrived at night fall and directed initially to wrong unit about 20 mins away from actual unit. Had to get on water taxi again and go to tally different area, thankfully we had purchased ferry and bus travel tickets for 3 days. Told sorry but we are human and make errors. This is after they were in contact a number of days leading up to stay. Maintenance not attended to, sleepless nights. PayPal not working for payment. Lack of concern by Wonderful Italy who provided the accommodation.

La dirección fue imposible de encontrar, el/la dueña no comunicó nada de instrucciones, de cómo llegar, y peor aún llegamos y estuvo lloviendo todo el tiempo y estuvimos 1 hora o 2 horas buscando la propiedad
Llamamos al número que proporciona la página y no recibimos ninguna respuesta
Personas que iban caminando en la calle fueron los que nos tuvieron que ayudar a poder buscar y encontrar la propiedad.
La propiedad es linda, adecuada, pero para poder encontrarla tienes que conocer Venecia bien, y dudo que los turistas conozcamos tan bien una ciudad
Deberían mejorar las instrucciones y contacto.
- Elitza (2/5): Dirty, disgusting old furniture. The great location can not compensate - The only good thing about it was the location The apparent is contrary to the description in a very poor condition, it is definitely not newly renovated, but in a rather desolate condition. The furniture is old, dirty and broken. The couch and the mattress on it are just disgusting. Broken toilet seat, broken sideboard. The floors and the furniture was also very dirty and dusty. Stained bedsheets and towels make the misery complete.There is no coffee maker, not even the typical bialetti. That is the first time in Italy that we were not able to brew coffee. Neither are there wine glasses.
The communication with the hosting company is terrible. You get contacted via email, What’s app, than over their own system, where you have to register, check in, etc. several different link via different channels are being sent. At the same time you constantly get scam emails mimicking the host company. At some point you don’t know which is a scam, which is really yet another form you have to fill. The host is very inflexible, no late check out was possible even on the 1st of January, and check out is at 10am. All they care to write is that are the conditions we agreed upon. Yet the same doesn’t apply for the condition of the apartment. We contacted them about the scams and about the poor and dirty conditions, no answer ever came. All they cared about is to also us again and again when do we leave…
Overall I see this as unacceptable and will be contacting Booking about it. This was the worst accommodation I ever booked vis Booking.
- Marta (10/5): Estancia agradable en Venecia - El apartamento está muy bien situado, a 5 minutos de la plaza San Marcos. La cocina está bastante bien equipada.
Por ponerle una queja es que la entrada está un poco oscura, falta agun tipo de luz exterior.

- Mirela (8/5): It was not very satisfying. - The location was great. There wasn’t a coffee machine or sth to prepare coffee, no sponge to clean the crockey or cutlery. It was very cold inside the house and no source to heat the apartment. There was also a problem with the TV, we couldn’t find any channel to watch sth.
- Lucy (5/5): I would never stay there again and think the accommodation was overpriced. - The views of the canal were great. The location was really difficult to find, would have been better if someone arranged to meet us and take us there (I’ve done this previously in Venice ) Only one double and 1 single bed were made up and there were 2 couples staying. One double has to be made in the living room so there was much privacy (thought there were 2 separate bedrooms). There was no kettle so we had to boil water for coffee. There were plugs for mosquitoes (only 2) but we still all got bitten. Noise from the upstairs apartment
- Antony (9/5): Superb - Lovely views of the canal from lounge , very modern apartment , great location near St Marks square easy to find if you use hosts directions and ignore Google maps.
