Chantal (7/5): Goede uitvalsbasis voor Montmartre en Parijs - Uitstekende ligging. Dicht bij metro en hot spots van Montmartre. Zeer comfortabele bedden. Behalve bij de incheck, vriendelijk personeel. Weinig overlast van straatlawaai. Incheck bij aankomst was tamelijk nors. Kleine kamers in verhouding tot de kostprijs. Ontbijtbuffet mocht iets uitgebreider zijn.

Caitlin Taleah (9/5): Good stay - Really good central location. Rooms were clean and spacious. Hotel was quiet but had lots to offer. Should provide umbrellas. Gym did not have very good equipment. Sparkling water at the water station didn’t work. Television had 2 channels in English, no Netflix etc., bit disappointing for such an expensive stay. Also it says you get free wifi but you have to sign up to the hotel brands account and create a profile before you can access it which seems a little misleading and annoying cause we didn’t really want to create a whole profile.
nathalie (1/5): Épouvantablement décevant ! - La proximité des transports en commun. La gentillesse du personnel à la réception et du personnel de chambre. Séjours très décevant, nous avions demandé un lit double et un simple pour notre petite fille, nous avions reçu confirmation à la réception pourtant nous avons trouvé deux lits simple et un canapé lit,sans drap ni couette. Un froid glacial dans la chambre. La direction de l’hôtel ayant jugé que le système de chauffage devait être coupé à une saison où les température peuvent descendre jusque 5 degré la nuit. Mais pour compenser ils fournissent aux voyageurs des chauffages d’appoint. La nuit on peut donc assister au bal des voyageurs circulant dans les couloirs le radiateurs d’appoint sous le bras. Radiateurs peut adapté, car nous avons été réveillé régulièrement pour régler la température de la chambre. Soit trop chaud, soit trop froid! Avec un jeune enfant, c’est d’autant plus inconfortable. A 319€ la nuit on s’attend à un minimum de confort. Parlons du petit déjeuner … une cohue sans nom, une fille d’une vingtaine de personne qui attendent leur tour pour s’asseoir à une table, un personnel dans un autre monde qui s’invectivent et se lancent des reproches à la tête en plein service. Des clients désemparés qu’on baladent d’une table à l’autre, un vrai vaudeville. Un buffet dépouillé où même l’essentiel, le pain, manque! Bref vraiment dommage.

Šindlerová (3/5): Příliš drahý za průměrnou kvalitu ubytování. Dobrá poloha. - Celkem dobrá poloha, Place de Clichy je velmi dobře obsloužené veškerou hromadnou dopravou, do centra města je to autobusem jen cca 12-15 minut. Ideální pro návštěvu Montmartru. Velké pokoje s dostatkem prostoru. Moderní koupelna. Na pokoji varná konvice a čaje, to bylo fajn. Architektonicky ošklivý hotel s šedivými interiéry, vizuálně doslova odpudivé. Špinavé koberce. Vše je slyšet, stěny jsou velmi slabé, jen sádrokarton či obdobný lehký materiál. Na ulici neustálý hluk, Montmartre je celkem hlučná část Paříže, hodně aut, turistů. U vstupu do hotelu několik stanů bezdomovců, odpadky a špína (ale to je po celé Paříži).

Je crois que vous devriez mettre au moins une bouteille d’eau dans les chambres. J’ai apprécié nespresso dans notre chambre. À la réception la personne a été très bien car j’avais au début, un gros problème, j’avais un marteau piqueur qui résonnait dans ma chambre à cause des réparations de l’hôtel ibis. Merci d’avoir bien voulu me changer de chambre. Avoir une bouteille d’eau en arrivant
F. Schmitt (10/5): klare Empfehlung! - Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer, über die Dächer von Paris ist phänomenal. Meine Eltern waren hin und weg. Schlecht zu erreichen. Es war ein Geburtstagsgeschenk für meine Eltern. Ich habe versucht, das Hotel zu erreichen, um noch eine weitere Überraschung für den Geburtstag zu organisieren. Ich habe 15 Mal im Hotel angerufen, eine Nachricht auf dem Anrufbeantworter hinterlassen, eine E‑Mail geschrieben, via WhatsApp geschrieben und via Booking und bis heute keine Antwort bekommen.

Dilsher Yousef (8/5): Lovely stuff working in this Hotel, may we meet again ;) - Excellent Grop of young people working there all friendly ad always hello no mater how many time you pass then :)) I like it Last day when we left the hotel, we got taxi from hotel one African man try to take more money than what the hotel told us about the price, and also in hotel they told us taxi to airport take one hour but it take one and half hour because the taxi driver went to take patrol!!! and we lost our fly :((

Das WC etwas klein 😏. Idealer Standort für Sightseeing Das Frühstück könnte etwas reichhaltiger sein. Es reicht völlig aus und ist ok; aber in anderen Hotels habe ich schon besseres erhalten. (z.B. Siegeleier - Station) Habe nichts Gravierendes auszusetzten.

Manquait des aliments, des couverts...1 seule machine à café sur les 3 distribuait du lait. 2eme jour on décide de le prendre dans la chambre après avoir fait nos choix auprès de l'accueil. Il manquait des fourchettes (pas pratique pour manger du fromage et de la charcuterie), pas de yaourt, du pain blanc à la place du pain aux cereales. 21€ c'est cher. Et le clou du séjour, des clients qui entrent dans notre chambre vers 10h le dimanche suite à une erreur de programmation du système. J'ai connu des jours meilleurs dans les hôtels Mercure, surtout vu les tarifs. Je ne pense pas y revenir

Auch die Nähe zu Sehenswürdigkeiten entschädigen die Unannehmlichkeiten nicht - Nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen für ein besseres Zimmer, haben wir eines innert 24 Std. ein neues Zimmer erhalten. Je höher, je besser, denn man sieht von den Zimmern entweder direkt auf ein völlig veraltetes Parkhaus oder man sieht die sehr lärmige Strasse mit Bussen, Taxis und sehr vielen Autos. Frühstück viel zu teuer mit 42 Euro pro Tag für 2 Personen. Die Auswahl mag ja gross sein, aber die Qualität stimmte für uns gar nicht. Wir haben schlussendlich kein Frühstück gebucht und auswärts in diesen originellen Cafés gegessen. Das war Frankreich pur. Es hat uns vieles nicht gefallen. Sehr viel Lärm, Hektik, Menschen, sogar Obdachlose, die mit ihrem Zelt beim Hoteleingang liegen, zusätzlicher Baulärm im Hotel Ibis, gleich nebenan, sogar der sonst schöne Garten des Hotels im ersten Stock war alles im Umbau, Pflanzen in riesigen Pflanzentöpfen, ebenso die Inneneinrichtung des Hotels sparte nicht an Plastikdekorationen. MitarbeiterInnen oft unfreundlich, desinteressiert (leider ohne Namensschild am Empfang) oder gar arrogant (wie Claire). Ausser der Mitarbeiterin Valentine, die ruhig, sachlich und sehr hilfsbereit agierte. Unfreundlicher Empfang auch bei der "Frühstücks-Schranke".

Manon (10/5): Grandioos - Heerlijk hotel, dicht bij metro en bus. Ontbijt was uitgebreid en ontzettend lekker. Probeer vooral de carrotcake. Kamer was groot en schoon, bed ook groot en wat een fijne matras en kussens ( een harde en een zachte). En uitzicht op de Sacre-coeur! Wat een cadeau. Wij zaten op de 9e verdieping aan de voorkant. Ook fijn dat je bij de lift op de eerste verdieping vers koud water kan tappen. Met het raam open heb je wel wat straatlawaai.

ashvin30 (8/5): Any other hotel but great location - Our flight arrival at CDG was at 7.30 am and we were at the hotel by 9. On our request, the staff was good enough to give us access to the restrooms on the first floor since the rooms would not be available by 2 pm. Once freshened up, we stepped out for breakfast. I stayed back for a little while hoping against hope that maybe the hotel had a vacant room by now (we had two) to which they could give early checkin. Voila, they had a room & early check in to it would cost us Euro 50. Given the fact that we had barely slept on our 9hour+ flight, waiting till 2pm (it was 10am then), the extra seemed worth it. Luckily, on our return from breakfast, the second room too was available, this time with no extra fees. The hotel has a great location. The bassilica of Sacre Coeur was right in front of us while viewing from the hotel window (we were on the 9th floor), there were many cafes & bistros around & the Moulin Rouge was just walking distance away. So was the metro. The rooms were small, & appeared nowhere near the 24 sqm mentioned while booking. The bath & sink were separate from the toilet which is quite problematic for us Indians. The restaurant on the first floor had little to offer & almost nothing for a vegetarian. Apart from the above shortcomings, the hotel was like any other property, good but not exceptional.

Michael (8/5): Wonderful location and staff. - Room was a good size, very good location in Montmartre Would be good to have milk provided in the room for guests, and bottled water. Breakfast was ok, needs to be laid out better so guests not in the way of one another, and great if they could be cooking/serving eggs such as omelette or fried.

Kathryn (10/5): 5 night stay for the Paris Marathon and sight seeing - I stayed for 5 nights at Mercure Paris Montmartre. For sight seeing and the Paris Marathon. The hotel is situated near the Metro and the Moulin Rouge. A short walk to the Sacre Coer with lovely restaurants. The hotel staff were lovely particularly Valentine and Andrei. I was a lone traveller at the age of 62 and felt safe. Dining and having a drink alone in the hotel. The breakfast was amazing so much choice and delicious. My room was clean and comfortable. I had a view of the terrace and I could just see the Eiffel tower. I know you can pay a supplement for a better room and view. However it was perfect for my needs. I would definitely stay here again. N/A

D5113SEshrutis (2/5): Serious concerns regarding accessibility and privacy - I stayed at Mercure Paris Montmartre Sacré-Cœur from 1–6 December 2025 and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Accessibility requirements were clearly communicated in advance, but were not acted upon due to an internal error. On arrival, no meaningful adjustments or alternatives were offered, which caused significant distress. There was also a serious breach of privacy when housekeeping entered our occupied room despite a “Do Not Disturb” sign and handled personal belongings. During the stay, we were repeatedly told a manager would speak with us, but this never happened. Follow-up communication has been dismissive, and the compensation offered does not reflect the seriousness of the issues raised. I hope senior management at Accor reviews this case properly and ensures improvements are made.
