Il signore che ci ha accolte era molto gentile e disponibile. Unica pecca: non è specificato che per arrivare in struttura bisogna salire/scendere 124 gradini, qualcuno molto ripido. I mezzi ovviamente non possono lasciarti davanti alla porta, e questo diventa un po' scomodo soprattutto se si arriva con valige oppure se si hanno difficoltà fisiche.

- Gaia (2/5): Pessima! - Personale gentile È stata l'esperienza più brutta della mia vita! Innanzitutto l'appartamento non era un appartamento! Era un sotto tetto dove in 2 non riuscivamo nemmeno a muoverci!!! Il mio compagno alto 1,93 ha usato metà sottotetto!! Inoltre cosa molto più grave è la NON segnalazione della posizione!! L'appartamento si trova a metà di una scalinata difficile da fare se non si è allenati!!! Scalinata pericolosa nei giorni di pioggia.. bisognava essere trasparenti e invece no!! Scoperto solo all'arrivo!!! Trovo inaccettabile che non si parli delle scale e trovo inaccettabile non dire che ti danno un sottotetto dove starebbero bene 2 bambini!!! Lo sconsiglio ha chi valige pesanti, problemi di deambulazione, carrozzine, passeggini, a chi non è allenato e anche a chi, come me, vuole una vacanza rilassante!! Tornerò a Dubrovnik perché merita ma assolutamente non soggiornerò qua!! Anche perché è tutto nella Old Town e dopo la scalinata chi ha voglia di camminare?? Nessuno!!

The view from the terrace is absolutely stunning — you can see all of Dubrovnik at a glance! There’s a public transport stop right next to the hotel, which is very convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming; they met us and showed us everything. The room was clean and tidy, with coffee, tea, and juice provided. A perfect place to stay — highly recommend this hotel! The only thing missing was a hairdryer, but that wasn’t a big issue. It’s also worth noting that the hotel is located on a hill — but then again, Dubrovnik itself is one big hill 😊 So it’s not really a drawback, just something for travelers to keep in mind. Overall, everything was great — we definitely recommend this hotel!

Sensazione che fosse stata ristrutturata da poco, mura imbiancate, sensazione di pulito. Bella la vista mare, anche se parzialmente coperta da alcuni alberi. Non la migliore vista di Dubrovnik, ma comunque un ottimo risveglio. Molto sorridenti i proprietari. Non c'è un armadio, ma solo un bastone con delle stampelle. Va bene per una coppia, poco esigente. Ma la stanza non è molto grande e devi mettere le borse per terra e lasciare le valigie dentro le borse. Il posto non è segnalato benissimo lungo la strada (cioè lungo le scale). Cuscini da rivedere completamente: troppo morbidi e soffici, quasi impalpabili

(Ofc it's a long walk, but the owner also said there's a local bus close by, I did not use it) I had to work from the room too, the WiFi was good. It also has a nice view to the sea which is a plus. The towel was a bit old.
- Tanja (8/5): Dubrovnik is een reisje waard! - Vriendelijk ontvangen en mooi uitzicht. Kamer is klein maar voor de korte reistijd was dat helemaal prima. Terras waar je kon zitten was heel fijn! De host en haar zoon waren heel vriendelijk en regelde alles voor je als je dingen vroeg! Echter via de app kon ik dan geen contact meer met ze krijgen, waardoor dingen onduidelijk waren.

Einzig die Stufen bis zur Hauptstraße könnten für weniger fitte Gäste ein kleines Hindernis sein, aber das ist absolut kein Problem.

- Eleonora (10/5): - L'accoglienza dell'host SUPER: frizzante, gentile, con un sacco di informazioni riguardo le spiaggie e la città. La struttura si trova a metà strada tra la città vecchia e la spiaggia di Lapad. L'accesso alla struttura prevede una scalinata, potrebbe risultare scomoda per famiglie con bimbi piccoli e passeggini. Il terrazzo della struttura, in comune, è delizioso ed estremamente godibile. La camera era ristrutturata, pulita e dotata di un bagno ben dimensionato e grande, WiFi, terrazzo e frigo. Ottima posizione a due passi dalla fermata del bus, per raggiungere spiagge e città: i bus passano con frequenza. Per un breve soggiorno sento di consigliare, caldamente, la struttura.
- Elisa (10/5): - Complesso di appartamenti davvero graziosi. Camera molto pulita e con tutto il necessario. È presente un bellissimo bagno con grande box doccia. Il letto è molto comodo così come i cuscini. Anche la posizione dell'appartamento è strategica. È situato a 20 minuti circa a piedi dal centro di Dubrovnik. È presente un parcheggio a 2 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento (non scontato visto che a Dubrovnik è impossibile parcheggiare). Nota di merito il bellissimo terrazzo dal quale si gode di una splendida vista. Se avremo occasione, ci torneremo sicuramente!

The house is in top af a hill so there are a lot of stairs in order to reach the apartment. Heavy luggage might be an inconvenient. But the view worth it.

- Michelle (5/5): Séjour décevant - Propreté, emplacement ( beaucoup de marches quand même pour y accéder) Réserver une chambre double ´supérieur’ et se retrouver dans une pièce mansardée à ne pas pouvoir bouger ou se cogner la tête , et le tout pour 130 euros par nuit , le pire que nous ayons eu depuis deux semaines que nous visitons la Croatie. Loin des photos vues sur le site ou l’on indique terrasse, vue sur la mer … irrespectueux et trompeur.

- Carolyn (10/5): Fantastic Apartment, Great Hosts!! - Great location in the city, right on the no. 4 bus route. Lovely terrace, apartment was really well stocked and the check-in fast and efficient. There are a lot of stairs. A lot! Don’t get dropped at the bottom of the stairs as getting luggage up is a killer in the heat. If you’re getting an Uber or taxi, get them to drop you at Ul. od Montovjerne and go down to the entrance rather than up 😊 Stairs are everywhere in Dubrovnik so it’s not a city if you’ve limited mobility.

The location is good, only few stops by bus to the old town. And it’s not loud at all, so we can sleep really well here. The owner is really nice and friendly. He provided us with candies and juices, which are really nice after spending a day strolling Dubrovnik. He also took us to the airport with a very good price. - Jeanette (10/5): Very welcoming - Nikolina and her family are lovely and very welcoming, they couldn't do enough for us. The room was clean and very nicely decorated. We even had juice in the fridge and sweets! Everything was great about our stay. Loved getting back after an evening out and sitting on the lovely terrace with a glass or two of wine. The steps up are quite strenuous but happy to do some extra steps for the views and hospitality. We loved our stay.
- Florinda (7/5): Stanza pulita a Dubrovnik - La struttura si trova su una delle vie principali della città di Dubrovnik poco fuori dalla Old Town in cima ad una scalinata un po' ripida. Tuttavia per arrivare con l'auto il percorso è differente e quindi le scale con i bagagli si fanno a scendere. La nostra stanza era molto pulita ma un po' piccolina in compenso era presente un cortile esterno vista mare con sedie, tavolini e stendibiancheria. Per raggiungere il centro storico si può andare a piedi e si arriva in circa 20 minuti. Altrimenti è presente un linea di autobus frequentissimi e diretti che consiglio. Mi aspettavo una stanza più grande. Parcheggio scoperto, sarebbe meglio mettere una copertura.

- Danielle (8/5): - This was a very clean room and beautiful view of the sea! Although only 20 minute walk to the Old town, it’s all uphill on the way back. Also has many stairs to climb from main road back to apartments and especially difficult to manage with luggage. The uber drivers had a hard time locating as well. Be prepared to walk many steps to and from this property. We stayed in a double room which did have A/C, which helped a lot, however, due to the heat wave while we were there we spent more time in the room then originally planned. The amenities were limited, ie no plates or cutlery. Patio was large however and found it a nice place to pass the time. Thank you for the stay.
