The accommodation itself is beautiful and modern, the location excellent—close to the beach, transport and restaurants. It was also only a short trip to the Old City using Bus 6. • Simon (7/5): Un logement parfaitement situé, un hôte qui vous met à l'aise : un séjour parfait garanti ! - Un séjour fort agréable dont le logement y a joué un rôle certain ! Ce dernier possède plusieurs facteurs agréables. Tout d'abord, l'emplacement de celui-ci est parfait ! La plage "Sunset Beach" se trouve à à peine dix minutes à pied, en quasi ligne droite, et l'arrêt de bus le plus proche est littéralement en face de la porte d'entrée, soit 2 minutes, une aubaine ! La climatisation est un énorme plus, c'est là l'appareil qui fera figure de bon compagnon lors de nuits chaudes, en particulier l'été, bien évidemment ! Bien que se trouvant collé à un carrefour où le trafic y est abondant et donc bruyant, vous n'entendrez rien ! L'unique fenêtre est assez renforcée pour vous permettre de dormir sur vos deux oreilles, et cela va de même pour le volet qui permet de cacher la lumière naturelle afin de plonger la chambre dans une obscurité aussi noire que dans le cul d'un taureau un soir de pleine lune. La chambre est aussi équipée d'un mini frigo se trouvant dans la salle de bain. Un appareil très utile encore une fois, surtout l'été, là où vous pourrez stocker toutes les bouteilles d'eau du monde, afin de les retrouver glacées, quel plaisir ! Notre hôte a été très accueillante, elle vous donnera beaucoup de conseils sur les alentours, les accès et autres détails. Bien entendu, elle restera à votre disposition pendant tout le séjour ! Bien que le séjour fut très agréable, il y a néanmoins quelques petits bémols à souligner. Niveau propreté, il faut être honnête et reconnaître que la chambre était en partie très soignée. Nous précisons "en partie" puisque nous avons quand même aperçu une belle ligne de poussière juste au-dessus du lit, ce qui peut quelque peu déranger quand on sait que de la saleté traîne au-dessus de votre tête. L'élément le plus surprenant fut de trouver un cafard traînant dans la salle de bain ! Cet énergumène a dû s'infiltrer dans le logement via la bouche d'aération. Heureusement pour nous, il n'a pas quitté la salle de bain, mais nous l'avons aperçu plusieurs fois, et ce dernier s'est réfugié dans les plaintes à maintes reprises. Cet individu de la famille des blattaria n'était pas seul à visiter ce logement, nous avons aussi eu la venue de quelques moucherons et araignées (toutes petites, pas d'inquiétude). Contrairement à notre ami le cafard, ces derniers étaient collés aux quatre coins de la chambre, en hauteur, et n'ont pas bougé d'un centimètre de tout notre séjour. Tous ces éléments peuvent, dans une moindre mesure, "gâcher" la vue globale de la chambre, mais vous pouvez vous assurer que ce détail de poussière et cette histoire de faune et de flore n'ont en rien compromis nos vacances, il nous en faut plus pour nous faire sortir de nos gonds !
• Valeriia (8/5): A great comfortable place to stay to have a relaxed holiday! - Well-located, 5-7 minutes and you’re by the sea. Very clean apartment with all kitchen equipment and extra blankets/bedding present. Beautiful sitting area outside the apartment, great when you want to spend some time outside without leaving the apartment area. Hostess was extremely welcoming and nice always eager to help! It would be great to have a bigger full size mirror so then it’s easier when there’s a group of people getting ready to go out at once. Since there’s no ventilation in the bathroom an air freshener would be really helpful there😌
• Sanita (4/5): Niposto u januaru boraviti u objektu jer cete se smrznuti - Lokacija Objekat sam rezervisala za 4 odrasle osobe, dva bracna para a napravljen je tako da su u dnevnom boravku vrata za kupatilo i vrata za spavacu sobu. Klima, koja u zimskom periodu treba da grije je postavljena samo u dnevnom boravku tako da su vrata izmedju te dvije prostorije morala stalno biti otvorena kako bi se barem malo zagrijala spavaca soba. Nije bas cisto, kupatilo je prilicno prljavo, cak su na vratima vidljive tackice, ostaci od krecenja a i podovi su prilicno prljavi. Kada izadjete na balkon, gledate u dvoriste od komsije koji ima tri psa, koji djeluju krvolocno i pri tome imaju pristup balkonu jer je krov od garaze skoro slijepljen za balkon.

• Mihai Andy (5/5): - Non so veramente cosa mi e piaciuto. In realtà non mi e piaciuto molto . Unica cosa veramente positiva e il parcheggio che a Dubrovnik non e mica poco. Innanzitutto al nostro arrivo non trovavamo la struttura. Le spiegazioni per arrivare alla struttura che e praticamente in fondo a una strada difficilmente capibile. Alla fine e uscita la proprietaria e ci ha portato al appartamento. Le lenzuola gialle al posto di Bianche e non stirate. Possono cambiare gli asciugamani in quanto sono grigi e sinceramente sembravano non lavati. La mancanza di una spugna in cucina,di un forno a microonde,diciamo che sono cose basilari. L'appartamento non e brutto peccato che e un po da risistemare.

Die Wohnung liegt unmittelbar an einer großen Kreuzung, daher gibt es deutlichen Verkehrslärm. Parken ist möglich, aber die Straße ist sehr schmal, das Wenden des Autos ist abenteuerlich.

• Louise Johanna (9/5): Echt een prachtige appartement met zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw. - De uitstraling zodra je de tuin inloopt is geweldig. De gastvrouw is een hele lieve en vriendelijke vrouw. Het appartement was leuk en gezellig ingericht en heeft bovendien een privéparkeerplaats. Loop je de straat uit, dan kom je direct op een gezellige boulevard met het strand. Jammer dat er geen wasmachine aanwezig was, maar je kunt natuurlijk ook niet alles hebben. Het water in de douche liep niet goed weg, dus het was handig om badslippers te dragen

• Sally (9/5): Superb - We loved the location. Close to a lovely beach and port with plenty of island excursions. The bus stop across the road gets you to the old town in about 10-15 minutes. A great supermarket is within walking distance. The hosts were lovely and extremely helpful. No AC in the bedroom, though a fan was provided. Kitchen utensils are lacking, and the knives are not sharp. While many may not be bothered by this, as a family who cooked a little at home during vacations to save money, this made it more challenging. Both of these things are minor, and in general, I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Luci who was the owner was very nice and accommodating for our later than expected arrival (plane delays) and helped us with anything we needed. Highly recommend.

Lusy very helpful throughout stay . We stayed in 3 rooms and all was good . Good communication during stay . Lusy helped us book boat trips . Lapad location has restaurants close by .
• Eirika (10/5): Short stay in Dubrovnik - The apartment is just what we needed with a nice sized bed and bathroom. The kitchen was super as we could store water bottles in the fridge for our trips as well as snacks. The apartment is located in a very nice area, short walk to the beach and there are many restaurants nearby. There is a bus that takes you to old Town very quickly.

• Amber (10/5): - My husband and I had the most wonderful stay at Villa Mia. The property is clean and tidy with everything you need. It is in waljing distance of the beautiful sunset beach and the promenade, with some fantastic restaurants. The hosts are brilliant and attentive. The bus link to the Old Town, Pile Gate is just over the road and takes 10 minutes. The area of the Villa is much more relaxed than the Old Town and we would definitely stay again. Thank you for making our stay that much more amazing!

It is a great location for food shopping, local cafes, the beach and also bus into the Old City. I did not like the constant emails from BookerDirect or whoever the company was sending these? I think I got two a day for about a week, totally unnecessary. There were directions sent through a link which were fabulous to initally find the street, just some more instructions would have been helpful. It is a narrow lane with no turning. The property is right at the end tucked around a corner, so initally we did not find 2A. Then once we found the property and expected someone to 'meet' us there, it was confusing. I expected someone to have come to the site to let us in. The host lives downstairs but there was no way of knowing this is where we needed to go to.

• C (10/5): Great place for exploring Dubrovnik - This was a great holiday apartment, and my family loved it. It was clean, everything worked well, and it was quieter than expected. The location is very handy for getting to the Old Town and the beach, and you'll find a big supermarket and great bakery nearby, as well as lots of cafes and restaurants. Our host was very welcoming and accommodating, with great communication throughout. Excellent value and would recommend! There's nothing we didn't like.
