• Evi (7/5): - Centraal in Hollywood gelegen, grote fijne douche. Prima kamers en inchecken mogelijk tot 11:30pm. Geen eigen parkeerplaats. Parkeren is mogelijk om de hoek, voor overnight parking stond je gewoon op een privé parkeerplaats aan de weg voor $40.

• James (5/5): Unprofessional staff, poor communication, dirty bedding, noisy rooms, no elevator, and difficulty getting basic housekee - Only thing good about his property was the location Staff were unprofessional, only had one reliable staff member who checked us in. The rest had no idea. You will not receive your deposit back please note that, and be prepared to see dirty blankets on a freshly made bed. I suggest taking photos of everything upon entering your room, they’ll pin everything on you if you decide to stay here. Further issues is the mattress was ordinary and you can here people walking upstairs all night through hallway or room above you. Please also note that there is no elevator, and you have to drag your luggage upstairs. There is no communication between staff, we booked an additional night due to a late flight and early check out and confirmed this with one of the receptionist, We returned to the hotel after a morning out to find our luggage shoved together in the lobby without any notice (Lucky nothing was missing). Good luck trying to get your sheets and blankets changed as when your ask house cleaning there is a language barrier and this never gets completed. I would suggest booking something a little bit more expensive or rated especially if you’re travelling from overseas as I did. As mentioned only good thing this place has is location
• Ana Laura (2/5): Just ok. - It’s okay if you won’t be hanging a lot in the hotel. I asked for a late check in time, the reception was closed by then, so they left an envelope with the key. To my surprise the left the wrong key, they gave us the key to a room that was already occupied and had a very unpleasant moment walking into the room and two other guests there sleeping.

• OSCAR (8/5): Céntrico, cómodo y a buen precio - La ubicación excelente, el precio también, el trato con el personal muy bien. El hotel es limpio y práctico. Que no tenga ascensor, que no tenga parking. A partir de la 3a noche de estancia pasan a hacerte la habitación pero tienes que pedirlo tu, si no dices nada se puede pasar toda la estancia sin que vengan a limpiar.

• Zuzanna (3/5): - the staff was friendly, option to leave my luggage for free after check-out was nice the area of the hotel felt unsafe, the hotel room had no cleaning service, no coffee/tea machine available, and the toilet got stuck halfway through the stay. Reception was closed after 6pm so without the passkey it was impossible to access the hotel. The receptionist told me that the story about Marilyn Monroe ever stepping a foot in this hotel was never checked and it is a myth.

Não sei se pode ser considerado um hotel por 2 pontos: não tem recepção 24h, e nem limpeza dos quartos. Sentimos falta da recepção 24h, mas mesmo assim foi tranquilo.

• pasquale (8/5): ottimo per posizione - Posto a circa 3 minuti a piedi dalla Walk of Fame, posizione davvero strategica soprattutto per uscire la sera senza dover prendere la macchina. Parcheggio in strada da 1 a 3 dollari all’ora (massimo 2 ore), gratuito dalle 20:00 alle 8:00. Comunque ci sono parcheggi nelle vicinanze a circa 20/25 dollari al giorno. Per il resto costa poco e si ha poco. Le stanze sono piccole e in una settimana non sono mai state pulite (si possono comunque chiedere le asciugamani di cambio). Nel complesso nella media, leggermente meglio di altri. Punto molto positivo: supermercati a 100 metri aperti 24 ore e vari ristoranti. Ricapitolando: posizione 9 stanze 6 struttura 6 (Se volevo tutto da 9 andavo al Four Seasons) PS: reception non operativa 24 ore ma solo fino alle 19 circa, dopo si entra con codice. Niente ascensore. comunque per una coppia o una persona singola piu che sufficiente nella norma per il prezzo tutto pulizia reception non sempre presente

Wszystko było ok, ale to jest moje zdanie.

• Suzanne (10/5): Good people and smaller, older, property is a nice respectfully pleasant stay always. - It’s one of the quietest properties I’ve been too in Hollywood, which is pleasant if you enjoy going out to see it all and be amidst it all, but have peace at bedtime. No elevator is an extraordinary challenge if you are arriving with standard luggage.

Muy céntrica de lugares turísticos y a 2 cuadras de la estacion de metro y de las principales líneas de buses para pasear en Los Ángeles. La habitación es pequeña ; pero tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodos Nunca nos hicieron limpieza en la habitación. Depende del espacio y que uno la solicite. Pero no nos presentó mayor problema, ya que nos entregaba papel y toallas cuando necesitábamos

• Danish (8/5): Good value to money - It was a comfortable stay with almost everything available on board. Drinking water, iron, electric kettle, micro wave, fridge, laundry. Basically all essentials were available to the guest without any charge. The front desk incharge Andres was extremely welcoming. It is a very good hotel to stay in. The bed was too small for us. It should be replaced with a king bed and the rooms are very small
• William (8/5): Comfortable, useful and friendly - The rooms were spacious and there were lots of storage, lots of things provided for you such as lots of towels, hairdryers, cups for water, irons and laundry. Staff were really friendly. The location is okay, close to lots of things which is good. Bed was super comfy, tv had good selection and also option to get food delivered to room. just a shame that the reception staff is not 24/7 and that it's rough in some areas around the hotel, not the hotels fault at all.

• David (1/5): Disorganized and dishonest - How close it was to universal and some food places. That’s it. Everything. There is no parking available. They claim they have a third party parking area but it’s no longer there and all parking is either meters or $30+ a night. They stated to me in the phone they could put my 2 reservations together so we stay in one room, that was a lie. So we checked in for 1 day to have to check out and re check into a different room the next day and had to pay 2 $100 deposits cause of it, even though they stated we wouldn’t have to pay it again. The second room was a downgrade from the previous. The bed was broken and tv didn’t have the same capabilities as the first room. I do not recommend this place.

Muy bien ubicado, más completo de lo que pensaba, reserve una habitación y cuando llegue tenía además una cocina completa. Llegué a las 10 am y como tenían habitación disponible, ya me dejaron ocuparla. El personal habla español. No solo me orientaron en cómo viajar, sino que me prestaron tarjetas de transporte para que no tenga que comprarlas.

• Christian (7/5): Einfaches Hotel in zentraler Lage - Das Zimmer entsprach der Beschreibung. Es ist eine einfache, gepflegte Unterkunft in zentraler Lage. Das Bett war bequem und ich habe gut geschlafen. Frühstück wird nicht angeboten, aber in der Umgebung sind genügend Möglichkeiten hierfür vorhanden. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich. -
• DAVID (10/5): Hotel con ottima posizione vicino alla Hollywood Bl. La città è bellissima! Soggiorno perfetto!!! - Posizione geografica, l'orgranizzazione e pulizia. Il personale dello staff sono stati molto cordiali e gentili, la posizione geografica era vicino al walk of fame e questo è stato davvero importante. Il fatto di aver trovato in camere una delle finestre con la zanzariera rotta. Mi ha fatto preoccupare durante la notte, mi ha fatto pensare che qualcuno avesse voluto entrare dalla finestra in passato. Ma ho dormito bene lo stesso. Spero che sistemino la finestra per i futuri ospiti che non conoscono la città.

No street parking as claimed because you need to move it every morning by 8am or its towed! Claims to have microwaves... nope!

• Todor (7/5): - It’s a very convenient location if you wish to be right next to the Hollywood boulevard. The staff were polite and helpful and check in was smooth. There is a self service laundry room that you can use on site (for a small fee). The room could have been cleaner. The hotel is very close to another hotel and so you’re just a few feet away from the windows of the other hotel’s guests, so privacy is not the best. And since my room was on the first floor, I was right next to an alleyway (it was gated though and part of the hotel). It can get noisy during the night.
