Carolyn (8/5): Top location in Piazza Dante - Great location and very helpful manager - excellent at recommending places to eat , organising a taxi etc. Our room had a stunning view of Piazza Dante. Nice breakfast - lovely berries and fruits and yoghurt, pastries, breads cakes and eggs cooked if you wanted them. Rooms charming and well furnished with a mix of modern and antique furniture. Pillows rather hard - would be great if they had two soft pillows and two harder pillows so you had a choice. Access is a bit tricky - need coins for a lift but that is part of staying in part of an old palazzo.

The staff were so friendly and super helpful with any questions we had or reservations we wanted to make. The hotel overlooks a lively and vibrant square yet is quiet and peaceful inside.

Lucas (7/5): Hervorragende Lage für Sighseeing, Restaurants und Shopping. Familienzimmer nachts ruhig, morgens aber zu laut aufgrund - Hervorragende Lage, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis Schlafen im Familienzimmer ist ab 7 Uhr schwierig bis unmöglich, da direkt vor der Türe das Morgenessen vorbereitet wird. Das Zimmer selbst ist auch ein bisschen lieblos eingerichtet - im Vergleich zu den anderen.
Anthony (9/5): The staff are great. Especially Lorenza. I’d recommend this hotel. - Centrally located. There’s a taxi stand right outside. Walking distance to old town, spanish quarter, water front. Our room is extremely quiet even though the area is bustling and can be noisy. P.s. our breakfast was included and they’re great. That’s the only meal served onsite. Plenty of bars, restaurants nearby The only thing to be aware of is the elevator. In u have lot’s of bulky luggage, they may not fit. Need 20 cent to operate during weekend 8am - 7pm. I was not notified and had to lug by baggage 3 floors

Harper (8/5): Perfect location. Stylish accommodation and large room but needing a few extra details - The property is in a great central location. Very close to a metro station and within walking distance of all central restaurants, bars and shops. The property is stylishly decorated and our room has a tiny balcony with a fantastic view of the square where we watched the fireworks on New Year’s Eve. The room was very spacious with a good bathroom. We enjoyed having the option of breakfast delivery to our room which we pre booked the day before. It was a little difficult to find the property on arrival as there is just a small sign and the entrance is through a graffiti covered large metal door. On exploring Naples, we understand this is the case with much of the accommodation. Our room was large but could have been a little more comfortable. There was a lack of bedside drawer space and just a very small table to eat breakfast at. The tea and coffee options in the room were disappointing so we ordered coffee on the breakfast option (which was excellent). There is a mini bar with limited choice. The room was clean but one day our bed was not made during the clean and a couple of times, glasses we used were not washed. For the nightly price that we paid we expected a little more. It would have been a nice option to be able to use the breakfast room later in the day for a coffee and maybe an honesty bar to buy drinks.

EDO (7/5): War einigermaßen OK aber wir würden es nicht nochmal buchen. - Sehr gut gelegen Kein eigenen Parkplatz ziemlich mühsam mit Koffern zum Hotel zu finden. Fahrstuhl schon ziemlich alt und nicht vertrauenswürdig.
Dana (10/5): Restful Stay in the heart of the City. - It’s a typical entry into an upper story boutique hotel in Napoli but if not familiar, can take some getting used to. The hotel is charming and very cute! Our room and bathroom were both a very good size and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good with room service available. Lorenza and Marco in reception took amazing care of us and Mena made us pancakes from scratch and the best scrambled eggs with cheese. So yummy! They all went over and beyond. Pesky little mosquitos
Sherri (10/5): - Quite unique property on Piazza Dante. Great hotel for historic district - walkable to so many restaurants, bars and shopping. Busy and sometimes noisy city but the noise is blocked out in each room. Be sure to look at photos before arriving so that you know which door to enter as it is marked only by a small sign. Has elevator. Breakfast each morning is wonderful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
