- Jessica (10/5): - We had a lovely 2 night stay here. The staff were so helpful and the hotel was beautiful. For it to have been open for 4 years it looked brand new. The location was fantastic. It was a 15 min tram journey to the train station, with the tram lines outside of the hotel. Then a short walk to the duomo with plenty of stops along the way. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Florence.

- Lucy (2/5): Never Use - I was not able to check in, no one answered the door. and when i spoke to the lady she said it would be best if i cancelled the reservation because it seems it was too late for her and very inconvenient. I do not recommend anyone to stay here or even look to book there. You should remove them from your booking sight. I had to find another hotel at 11pm at night

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great location - about 10 minutes by walk to Duomo, for example. Stylish and comfortable, yet big, room. Good and enough (till the lunch) breakfast. Don't expect thec real Italian coffee - you will get the one from the capsule coffee machine. It's possible to dry towels inside the bathroom. It's easy to reach the central station, if you depart from the hotel. However it's difficult to find the bus to the hotel. We walked all the way. Keep in mind, that the pedestrian roads are horrible for the rolling suitcases.

- Roberto (2/5): IRRESPONSABLE ANFITRIONA Y PÉSIMA ACTITUD - Pésimo servicio. La anfitriona NO estuvo en casa al momento de la llegada a las 3. Nunca se recibió una notificación o correo preguntando a que hora llegaríamos. Esperamos en el lugar por 2 horas y nada. Decidimos ir a comer y después regresamos alrededor de las 7pm y nada. Le dejé un mensaje y después tipo 8pm me contacto por WhatsApp pidiendo disculpas. Marque al teléfono del establecimiento que esta en la página y nunca contestaron. Cuando me localizó ya había hecho check in en otro hotel. Al otro día lo mismo, avise que llegaría a las 12pm y no contestó el WhatsApp. Al final NO pude hospedarme ahí las 2 noches. Esta señora no entiende que los extranjeros no traemos señal en el celular y no es tan fácil comunicarnos. Tengo screen shots de sus disculpas por haber salido por sus hijos y no haber dejado a nadie esperando en su B&B. Pésima experiencia. Además tuve que pagar otras 2 noches adicionales que no estaban en mi presupuesto.
- Celia (10/5): - The property is very clean , tidy and fashion. The bed and pillows is very comfortable so you can have a good sleep. It near sightseeing point, around 5 mins walk to Galleria dell Accademia and Santa Maria del Fiore. Having breakfast in dining room is relaxing and enjoyable.
- Lena (10/5): A beautiful modern room in central Florence! - My boyfriend and I loved our stay here! The location is excellent - a little bit away from the main hustle and bustle but a 10 minute walk from Florence’s highlights like the cathedral. There are delicious places to eat nearby and everything is within walking distance. Plenty of bus stops as well, if you don’t feel like walking. The room was clean, modern and always spotless! Olga was a fantastic host and made our stay very pleasurable. If we come back to Florence in the future, we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Chaleureux accueil, hôtesse charmante et à l'écoute. Chambres et SdB spacieuses et très propres. Résidence dans quartier calme mais à 2 pas du centre historique qui est très facile d'accès. Comptez 1/4 heure pour le Ponte Vecchio par exemple. Seul petite ombre au tableau, petit déjeuner inégal sur les 3 jours de résidence. Mais ce n'était pas non plus catastrophique.
