- Ziang (10/5): - Perfect spot for exploring Miami! Only one stop away from downtown and a quick 5-minute walk from the station. Great airport access and bus links to all the main attractions. The room was much better than expected—spacious, comfy, and exceptionally clean. Plus, it has a kitchen! A fantastic, cozy, and convenient choice for anyone visiting the city.

He was able to accommodate my need for a first floor room and honestly, staying with Baba was the best part of my trip to Miami. I cannot think of a better place to stay. It was very homey and comfortable.

- Jose (10/5): - Quiet and clean. The kitchen and dining area was always clean and available. The Metrorail Station is a 5 minutes walk, the supermarket is 15 minutes walk and LoanDepot Park (Marlins) is 30 minutes walk. I stay 11 days to watch base games and I walk to the park during the day and evening and I felt save in this area. The owner lives in the same building and he maintains order and discipline.
- María De Lourdes (6/5): - En realidad no es un hotel, es una propiedad que tiene varios dormitorios con baños y se comparte una cocina la cual tiene reglas, solo se puede usar de 10:00am a 8:00pm lo cual no esta especificado cuando se separa. Los dormitorios tienen dos camas que los matress estan que los muelles uno lo siente en la espalda. El encargado vive ahi y esta atento a todo lo de uno pero en cuanto se le dijo era imposible dormir en esa condición solo nos dijo que los inquilinos anterior tenian niños y brincaron en la cama, estuvimos 12 días los cuales durmiendo en una cama que es algo fuera de lo normal con los muelles por fuera. En los doce días nunca limpiaron el cuarto ni sacaron la basura, todo me toco a mi, por eso no se puede decir que es un hotel y las toallas tienes que lavarlas tu mismo. Para resolver si no te importa dormir incomodo esta bien. Tiene buena ubicación.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Overall, such a great experience. Baba was so warm and welcoming that he really made my stay much easier then I had anticipated. I will admit that the reason I choose this particular place was for the price but was pleasantly surprised when I was treated so well and given such a clean room. Baba (the owner) is very meticulous and a busy bee so if you ever need anything he will be right there to help. Plenty of street parking and close to Wynwood and Brickell. Would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable place to stay!

It is very clean and the rooms are quite nice.The owner is also very supportive and helps where he can.The neighborhood is not so interesting but there is a metrotrail station about 3 minutes away and a walk to Downtown Miami takes about 10-15 minutes. If you have a car it takes about 20-25 minutes to drive to South Beach.
