• Christopher (2/5): Illegal AirBnB That Overcharges In A Rough Area - Check in was confusing and needlessly complicated. I had to make an appointment to meet the check-in guy, who had me meet at a 7-Eleven. He sent us a block over the the apartment building, where we had to talk our way past security in the parking lot, and meet him again a few levels down. He took us to our room. The room was fine, though it was missing paper towel and other small things you would expect to be there in a house rental, and only had 3 towels. On the elevator though was a plaque clearly stating that ALL short term rentals and AirBnB were a violation of zoning ordinance and illegal. Awesome. Check out was even worse. No one would return our calls or texts until after check out time. When they did get back, told us to leave keys and gate opener in the apartment. We didn't realize until it was too late that you could lock yourself in the lower parking garage if you don't have the key (needed to go up the elevator) or the gate opener (needed to go in OR out). We had to wait a good 30 mins before someone else left so we could tail them out. The area immediately around the apartment is very rough. We couldn't walk a block without seeing police arresting someone. No joke. The strip is the only thing preventing the area from being a slum. The WORST part, though, is the overcharging. They advertise $100USD. With "taxes" that somehow balloons to $183USD. Yet we were charged $333USD, and multiple texts and calls were never responded to asking why. Had to charge back.
• Verified traveler (2/5): - I liked nothing the unit was infested with roachs their was a horrible water leak from the kitchen making it unusable. There is no WiFi even though they offer WiFi the only thing that was true was free parking
• Verified traveler (2/5): - Do not stay here. Place did not even exist, tried contacting the people from the room and never picked up my calls or replied to my messages. It was a waste of time and super unprofessional
