• Thao (3/5): Lage pefekt für Urlauber. Aber die Wohnung war nicht so toll - Gute Lage Der Aufenthalt war leider sehr enttäuschend. Die Toilette war schmutzig, und die Klimaanlage war teilweise defekt und ließ sich nicht ausschalten. Im Mülleimer gab es keine Mülltüte. Obwohl wir den Service informiert haben und uns zugesichert wurde, dass am nächsten Tag jemand vorbeikommt, ist leider niemand erschienen. Das Bett war ebenfalls in einem sehr schlechten Zustand, stark abgenutzt und absolut unbequem, sodass man kaum darauf schlafen konnte.

• Ngan (1/5): Worse experience, do not stay here unless you want to deal with accommodation issues on holidays and feel rorted from. - Absolutely nothing, the only thing good was the shops underneath the buildings. Do NOT stay here unless you are happy to deal with bad service, lift pass that don’t work, wasting time dealing with so many issues, wifi not working, ants in rooms and on bed (son got bitten by ants while sleeping), air conditioning vent dripping on the bed, mattress springs that dig into your backs, air con vents smelling like damp mould, cracked tiles in bathroom and kitchen, stinky fridge, peeling wallpaper, no ironing board, dirty walls and dents. Looked nothing to what was advertised online, decor was very outdated. We had to change apartments and the only thing better was no dripping from the aircon vents but still had ants issues and all the above mentioned. We will never stay in Landmark Vinhomes again, it’s one of the worse experience we have had. We went for a family of 28 people booked 5 Vinhome apartments and all got cancelled on all of us at different times but 2 days before our check in dates. They all clearly are aware of their doings as all 5 families had to scramble last minute to find other apartments and had to pay between 30%-40% extra compared to our original booking which is very unfair, for them to pocket it all. After I complained to them, they never replied to me and we had 2 more days left in the apartment. We have a big family and would never recommend anyone we know to stay here, we are going to warn everyone not to stay here. The photos of their apartments are very deceiving, poor craftsmen ship, not kept well and just poor service. It was truly an overall bad experience.

• Hongthao (3/5): The appartment was not ready to check in for 6 hours, the shower rooms were dirty and had mold. - We stayed at the two bed room apartment for two nights. when we checked in at 6:15 pm, Christine (the lady who manages the apartments) told us the apartment was not ready. I asked her why and it should be ready to check in at 2:00 pm. She said the previous renter paid to stay another half day !!?? Christine wanted us to wait about 1 hour until the appartment was clean and ready. when we were upset she told us to use the one bed room appartment while waiting. we were so tired from the trip and had to waited and moved to other room. it took 1.5 hours (7:30 pm) for our appartment ready to check in. The appartment and furniture looked old and the shower rooms was dirty and had mold. I will never be back there.

We had to pay extra for cleaning fees for 3 days, which we did not have any cleaning service st all, not even collecting rubbish, we were given extra towels and toilet rolls on sencond day. We paid extra 150.000 Dong each day for this. The apartment has really bad odour probably from toilet. TV remote only worked in one room. Really bad bed. Very basic apartment.

Laundry machines were NOT in working condition. No kitchen cookwares nor utensils available upon our arrival. Furnitures in apartment were not as shown in ANY of the pictures presented on Booking.com site.

• Vinhtien (5/5): Passable - The area is good for family travel with kids. I was booking the 2 beds room and 2 baths for my family but when I arrived the unit was not available. I was given the three beds and 2 baths unit instead and was told the third room will be in lockdown. I agreed and was happy to take the room but the room was not in lockdown as she said. My young kids opened the room and played in there when me and my wife were out. When I check out the room, I was charged $60 more for the room I don't need because my kids are in there. I feel this like I was set up for the charge. I rather know up front and I would be happy to pay her and I would not feel stupid because she said I should have control of my 2 young kids and keep them out of the unlocked room then I don't have to pay.

• Duong (1/5): Bad - The apartment on high floor so it has a nice view Not clean, beds are cheap and very old should throw them away! Water damages, some black mold in the bathroom. Was a worst checking experience, they sent me the different building address, when we arrived from the airport with some big luggages they changed to different building 😡😡😡 It was in the last minute I can’t cancel it. Terrible host ever!
