• Christophe (1/5): Negativo !!! - Apartamento con una experiencia muy decepcionante. Desde el primer momento había un fuerte olor a cloaca en todo el alojamiento. El televisor es muy antiguo y resultó imposible encenderlo. Las camas son muy incómodas, lo que hizo difícil descansar. Además, el apartamento tenía un olor permanente a marihuana. Por si fuera poco, fue imposible comunicarse con los anfitriones ante estos problemas. En mi opinión, es mejor abstenerse de reservar este lugar. No recomendado.

• Marco (8/5): - Posizione molto comoda Essendo due coppie mi aspettavo due camere con letti matrimoniali, invece ci siamo trovati una camera matrimoniale ed una cameretta che sembrava un corridoio con due lettini singoli. uno dei due nemmeno molto comodo e molto rumoroso quando ci si si muoveva. Inoltre una paio di capsule di caffè non ci sarebbero state male.
• Virginie (4/5): - Les équipements, la décoration, la taille de l'appartement, l'emplacement, le calme, la grande salle de bain et le joli balcon donnant sur l'arrière, comme toutes les ouvertures. En arrivant le 1er soir nous avons trouvé des traces de punaises de lit sur tous les sommiers des deux chambres. Paniquées car voyageant en plus avec 2 enfants nous avons contacté l'agence Akira flat qui s'est déplacée et a constaté avec nous la présence de traces. L'agence ne pouvant pas nous reloger nous avons fait dormir les filles sur le canapé et nous toutes habillées sur les lits. Nous avons laissé nos valises fermées dans la salle à manger pendant 6 jours et n'avons pas fermé l'oeil de la 1ère nuit...ni des suivantes. Finalement aucune piqûre le lendemain mais l'inquiétude a gâché le reste de notre séjour. Booking a bien proposé de nous rembourser et que nous quittions l'appartement mais il fallait chercher nous même autre chose...restant 5 jours seulement sur place et tous les logements à proximité dépassant de loin notre budget nous nous sommes résignées à rester. L'avant dernier jour Akira flat a envoyé une équipe pour désinfecter les chambres et traiter les sommiers. Cet événement a malheureusement gâché tout notre séjour...
• Diana (10/5): Great place, would choose it again - Great location, everything needed was there. Air conditioning works good. We’ve been 3 people and felt comfortable (2 separate bedrooms). Close to metro station, a lot of grocery stores and restaurants around. Easy check in and check out process (no need to meet anyone). They also sent us a document before our arrival with instructions and advices on how everything works and how to get to the property and what to find around. Communication was nice with the staff through what’s up. We had to place deposit before arrival - to me it feels a bit uncomfortable, because I can’t verify at which state the apartment is. Deposit gets frozen and gets released several days after departure, so no issues there. Would be great if some coffee/tea were available.

• Anne (8/5): Very good - The location was great, and it was very clean and comfortable. The only issue was a request for a damage deposit the day or two before arrival, which we had not expected. It would have been easier to do this earlier.
• Antoinette (8/5): Nice, short stay - The host was very kind and accessible. The directions are very clear upon checking in. It’s in a good location with nice restaurants nearby as well as public transit. The beds are a bit firmer but that’s what I prefer personally. The apartment could use some TLC. The bathroom in particular. The walls are super thin so if you’re a light sleeper you should bring earplugs.

• Rose (10/5): Great place - The apartment was clean and spacious. We felt very comfortable there with our family of 6. The communication between the owner was great as well. I would book it again.
• Michael (10/5): Great location in Spain. Easy bus access. - It is very close to the bus line, supermarket, and communication with host was easy. There is a school in the back and could be a little noisy during the day.
• Megan (10/5): Spacious, clean and comfortable - great for a longer stay! - The host was great and did everything to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. The apartment was really nice, clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. I would recommend this apartment. Great apartment and location, however, there was a school and playgroup outside the back of the flat and it was fairly noisy (the sound of children all day long) which meant we didn't really use the balcony.

Overall pleasant stay. - Location was a bit far from the centre of Barcelona, however once we got our bearings it was easy to navigate the streets around the property. It was not too far from the airport if you are taking a taxi (recommended) and the property was clean and tidy. WIFI was a major issue for us. We repeatedly tried to fix the issue liaising with the owners but we couldn't fix the problem, nor could they. This resulted in extra costs in our phone bills which was a HUGE shame as everything else was great. My opinion? ensure you can connect with the wifi if the cleaners are there or if anyone meets you at the apartment - if you don't want to incur extra costs!
• Kerry (6/5): A bit underwhelmed - Nice clean furnishings First impressions last so after being asked for our arrival time numerous times and the importance of letting them know when you arrive which we did, and it was even an hour later than first instructed as our lift didn't arrive, we were really annoyed to find it wasn't ready and the cleaners were still there and would be another hour! So we had to go off for an hour till they finished. There was no one to greet you it was all done over messaging even the unlocking of the doors, we just found it weird. The air con did not work from the minute we arrived asked for help and got told to leave it and it would reset, it never did. We ended up all.of us out on the balcony on the Saturday morning 5am as it was so hot. Not impressed by this stay at all .
