(9/5): A hidden gem in plain sight - It was within walking distance from the Vatican and the area in general is really nice and very easy to find your way around the neighborhood and the area in general. Shopping in the area is great too. Alessandro was truly sweet and very nice. I will definitely come back again.

Highly recommended!!! (Also Alessandro allowed us to leave our luggage for a few hours while we do some sight seeing in Rome before we fly back to the UK).

• erin (10/5): Perfect location. - Location was fantastic…close to the sites you want to visit, but in a much quieter area than the touristy areas. Metro stop is a 5 minute walk, but we were able to walk to the Vatican, Coleseum, etc. Suite was lovely, and BIG. Communication was excellent. Great restaurants and gelato nearby, and right next door is a little market. I will for sure stay here again.

There was a small hallway in the room so it was very spaceous. Wifi was good and the communication with the host was great. The dust was not cleaned from everywere. A bit noise in the night but not a big problem.

Minden nap érdeklődött írásban hogy tud-e valamit segíteni illetve hogy érezzük magunkat. A szoba a leírásának megfelelő volt. A reggeli bekészítés a szobában megfelelő de most őszintén ki az aki nem egy kávézóban akarja Rómában kezdeni a napot? 10 perc sétára a történelmi belvárostól. Fco repülőtérről érdemes a Sit Bus transzferrel jönni menni ez a Vatikan közelében is megáll ami a lakástól 3 perc séta
• Nara (9/5): Superb - It's a charming apartment in the best location. The room was very spacious. The host Alessandro was very helpful. Gave clear instructions and fetched us taxi. Internet speed was very slow and it was disrupted multiple times. Had to unplug and plug back in.

• Walter (4/5): - No breakfast, noisy dogs, no view except a dismal court yard 20 feet across. Couldn’t see sky at all so didn’t know whether sun was out or cloudy. 2 towels for 6 days. No room service. Not greeted by host. Bed was comfortable, shower very good but felt like we were in prison. Only good for sleeping ( if not woken by dogs or furniture being dragged around upstairs) and showering. Convenient location. Dismal and dull room

• John (8/5): All the Hassle of a Boutique Hotel - Clean, comfortable room. No hair-dryer, no safe, no mini-bar tough all specified in description. Shower only, no tub, which is normal for Italy. My big gripe is that this is a boutique hotel, which requires some special interaction with the owner - 'When are you arriving?' You need a code (actually two codes) to get in. If your phone battery is dead, you're up the creek. 'When are you checking out?' There should be a different category in Hotels.com for boutique hotels, and also apartment hotels, which are really AirBnB, because there is so much hassle checking in and out. Good point is there's a nice mini-market next door.

• Michael (10/5): - This is a great place to stay with a central location, and many parking options nearby. We were able to see everything we wanted within walking distance. On the blocks nearby there are many great restaurants to choose from, and of course gelato. We had some confusion at first with the booking (I am new here) and Alessandro, the property manager, was very understanding and helpful. He provided clear directions and was available to assist us anytime we needed it. This is a great find, comfortable beds, centrally located, and with breakfast items waiting for you in the room and refrigerator. I highly recommend this property.

The host is very helpful and offers the rooms at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this place for your stay in Rome
