• Fauricch (9/5): Excelente, amplio y bien ubicado - El departamento muy amplio, excelente ubicación, fuimos a todos lados caminando. A unos metros un parque enorme que te lleva al Coliseo. Espectacular! Se escuchaba un poco los ruidos del edificio pero nada que molestara. La cama super cómoda y el departamento muy equipado. Altamente recomendable Solo para mejorar, poner un perchero para la toalla de mano

• MONIKA (10/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, dosłownie kilka minut od Koloseum. 4 minuty do przystanku tramwajowego, 8-10 min do przystanku metra. Cicha, elegancka dzielnica. Brak drugiego kompletu pościeli. Został on dostarczony, ale dopiero następnego dnia.
• Etelka (7/5): Összességében sajnos a fotókhoz, az árhoz és az értékelésekhez képest csalódás volt a szállás. - A szállás nagyon jó helyen van, Róma legtöbb nevezetessége gyalog elérhető, de tömegközlekedés szempontjából is tökéletes az elhelyezkedése. Az ágy és a kanapé kényelmetlen, a konyhában sérültek a tányérok. Az ágynak csak az egyik oldalán volt éjjeli lámpa. A virtuális asszisztens segítőkész volt, de sokszor jobb lett volna ha valós személlyel tudunk egyeztetni. Az különösen zavaró volt, hogy már egy nappal a kijelentkezés előtt kétszer is rákérdeztek, hogy adjuk meg a kijelentkezés pontos idejét.
• Maharramli (10/5): Great 2 days in Rome - We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! The location is absolutely perfect, close to everything and very convenient for exploring Rome. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. We arrived late at night and couldn’t find any open shops on the way, so we were worried we would be left without water or anything for a quick breakfast. But when we entered the apartment, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the host had left water, juice, cookies, and jam for us. Such a kind and timely gesture! We also really appreciated the host’s attention to our 3-year-old daughter — a baby bed was already prepared for her, which made our stay even more comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, and we slept great. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome! --

Alles in nächster Nähe. Gute Ausstattung des Appartements. Einfaches Check in/Check out + nette und aufmerksame Kommunikation per WhatsApp. Der Aufenthalt war viel zu kurz.

• Maria (10/5): Awesome Place, Awesome Host! - The apartment was clean, spacious, and in a great location. It felt super homey, and the host was really nice and thoughtful. We loved that the sofa bed was already set up - and the mattress was actually really comfy! There were some snacks and drinks provided too, which was a nice touch. Wi-Fi was fast, and overall, my family and I were very happy with our stay. We’d definitely recommend this place. Superb!

Apartment location was great. less than 10 min walk to colosseum/palatine hills/Roma forum. walkable to the metro with plenty of restaurants and cafe nearby. would come back for sure if i need to stay
• Gina Ann (6/5): - Apartment was extremely clean. Great for 3 people. The sofa bed is not comfortable at all. Also, they do not provide extra blankets or pillows or towels and when I asked I was accused of having extra people. Then, they brought one extra towel and a sheet. The lady did not speak English. Fairly close to the colosseum but that’s really it. It was easy for us to get taxis and Ubers but they are quite expensive. The jet tub did not work and the shower only had a half door which made a mess everytime. Though it was a nice apartment I would probably choose somewhere else.

• Elham (9/5): Great Location, Spacious Flat for two - Great location, just a five-minute walk to the Colosseum! The flat is spacious and well-equipped with all the kitchen facilities you might need (we didn’t cook, but everything seemed to be available). The building is large, secure, and has a lift. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided, plus a nice selection of complimentary snacks. There are many flats in the building, and unfortunately, not all guests are considerate when arriving late. I wouldn’t call it a noisy building, but I was woken up each night by people talking loudly as they returned to their flats. The bed was comfortable enough, but I think it might be time to consider replacing the mattress.
• Giovanni (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing house in a stylish roman flat, big, bright and clean. Waling distance from coloseum and ancient Rome park. They provided everything you need, also many extras like breakfast stuff. A bit expensive but worth the money overall. There were some few essentials for cooking missing, but quality of everything provided was excellent.

• Leanne (10/5): Italy wedding first stop Rome - Amazing location! Wonderful food and nightclubs within easy walk. Around the block from the Colosseum. Place is good sized, easy to access with codes, Incredibly clean. Bathroom is good as long as not handicapped as it is a tall tub.

• Nina (7/5): Good - Great location, close to Colosseum, walking distance to most of the sights. Close to restaurants, bars, shops etc. We found the apartment rather spacious. There is AC in both the bedroom and the living room. They provide some things for breakfast and snacks, we thought that was very kind. The service of the organization was great, there were quite a few maintenance issues that they all took very good care of and when we locked ourselves out they came with another key within 15 minutes. Mattress in the bedroom is comfortable. There is a closet that smells very strong of chemicals. We did not like that. We tried to locate the smell, removed three bottles of ammonia and it got a bit better, but not much. We tried to keep this closet closed as much as we could, but you could smell it in the whole apartment. The mattress of the sofabed is not comfortable at all and the sofa in general is pretty worn out and not comfortable. The kitchen misses a few essential things such as cutting knifes. In the bedroom (not living room) in the evening and night there is a lot of noise from neighbours (loud conversation, loud tv). Turning the AC on helps, but only on a high fan speed.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - We were greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable representative of the property who explained the necessaries of the property and the surrounding area. He was really helpful and gave us a map of Rome and suggested ways to get around.
• Jing (10/5): A very enjoyable stay. - Everything is perfect. 12 minutes walk to Termini. 8 minutes to Colosseum. Restaurants within 5 minutes walk. A supermarket near by. A very cute courtyard. The AC works nicely. The apartment is spacious and bright. The mattress is comfortable. The host provided welcome water, drink and cookies. Nothing.
• Sam (9/5): Superb - The location couldn't have been any better - close to transit connections, the Colosseum, eating joints, grocery stores and shopping. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Federico was very pleasant and helpful. Please consider providing dishwasher detergent. Also, a few more cups and glasses would go a long way in making the stay more comfortable - guests won't have to keep washing dishes or not have enough even for the 4 people that the unit potentially can accommodate.

It was clean & had all necessary things for dining in. Bed was great and plenty of room in apartment for a couple for several days. Some good restaurants are nearby. Only issues were washing machine didn't work and no English instructions were available anyway. Toilet seat needed fixing but not a huge problem.

• Cheryl (10/5): Just Lovely! - Our stay was lovely! Place looks beand new! Spotless! Great communication! Easy walk to everything. Absolutely, wouls atay here agaun and highly recommend. The architect one in the center entrance is amazing! Very quiet and felt very safe here.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - The apartment was very well located just a few minutes walk from the Colosseum, it was well preserved and in a very safe building and generally safe and pleasant area of Monti. It was spacious and clean. As for the kitchen amenities, there was no microwave oven, which we felt was a drawback.
• Leila (10/5): GREAT location and perfect interior. - This property was amazing! 2 min walk from colosseum, beautiful trees line the streets in the summer and safe! Walking distance to everything. Inside was spacious and CLEAN, two important things to us. Also, AC!! We needed this as it was 99 degrees F* everyday when we visited. Loved this place, so happy we found it.
