• Enrico_73 (9/5): Comodo soggiorno per chi arriva a Roma in auto da nord. - Posizione ottima per raggiungere il foro italico in quanto c'e' la fermata del bus a 100mt. Comodo parcheggio e area silenziosa.

Ci ritorneremo. - Posizione ottima vicinissima (esattamente fuori dalla via del B&B) alla fermata dei bus per tutte le zone di Roma. camera ampia e pulita. Colazione varia, soprattutto dolci buonissimi. Posizione tranquilla, fuori dal traffico rumoroso della città. Il letto matrimoniale aveva il materasso un pochino affossato da un lato, problema risolto con l'inserimento di un cuscino tra la rete ed il materasso.

• Rufino (9/5): - Great location, close to Rome yet it feels far away. The staff was incredibly nice - after check out we were even offered a ride to where we needed to pick up our rental car! (Sorry again about the keys mixup…) Always-available breakfast is a good thing - the cornetti are excellent! - but a bit more variety would be welcome (I suggest at least some “real” bread).

• Barbara (8/5): Struttura pulita, parcheggio privato e vicino al foro italico - Abbiamo scelto questa struttura proprio per la posizione, a 5 minuti di macchina dalla nostra destinazione e con parcheggio privato Colazione semplice e in autogestione fin dalle 6 del mattino, quindi perfetto per le nostre esigenze Il letto matrimoniale pendeva da una parte; accanto alla struttura c’è un ristorante (tra l’altro convenzionato e quindi con lo sconto, ma non l’abbiamo provato perché avevamo già impegni presi) e ritornati in camera la sera dopo cena in stanza c’era un po’ di profumi di cibo …. Per il resto tutto perfetto

• Eniko (7/5): Was expecting better - The staff and owner were very welcoming and the place was accessible with bus. The owner even changed our rooms on the spot when concerns were raised. Unfortunately the room and bathroom were not as clean as I would have expected. There was a sewer smell coming from the bathroom into the room, mold and some kind of black dirt on the shower head. But I appreciate the fact that the owner changed our rooms when we raised this issue. The new room was a bit better.

The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful, explained us how you get to the centre by bus ou metro, and both are just a few minutes walking. Good breakfast and during the all day the coffee and snacks are available. Thank you so much for having amazing few days

• Kamil (2/5): Very poor - I was supposed to stay at the hotel for two nights. On the day of my arrival, my plane was canceled so I wrote a message to the hotel whether it is possible to reschedule the reservation, a few minutes later I wrote a second time, but I will be able to arrive on the scheduled day. The hotel wrote back that there is no problem. Around 10 pm on the day of arrival, when I was heading to the hotel I got a message" we have a problem with your room" around 24 I reached the hotel. It turned out that they do not have free rooms. They offered me accommodation in another place, having no other option since it was already very late I agreed. The new accommodation was different from my initial reservation. I booked a private hotel and received an apartment shared with other people, the room was dirty. The next day I was able to return to my initial reservation. I proposed a lower amount due to these situations but the owner did not agree. They knew they had no vacant rooms but did not inform me in advance. The next day my booking on booking was canceled probably so I could not assess the facility and write these reviews. my room was dirty and not cleaned. I do not recommend, a lack of competence.
