- David (4/5): OK for a quick flop while waiting for a flight, but avoid for anything longer. - Close to BTS/ARLstation. Inexpensive. Local neighbourhood. Room shabby and smelt of damp. Bathroom was a tiny cubicle barely separated from rest of room, with hot water not working. No soundproofing anywhere.
- Đỗ Trọng Hiệp (10/5): - Phòng tốt, gần ga tàu

(7/5): Good -
- Lina (10/5): Exceptional - Great price and great lication It Is a good hôtel for a Little budget. Accommodation is good and people is very nice. The entrance alley could be a Little dark but very safe
- Saher (1/5): Bad - Didn't like anything staff was too rude inspite of booking we didn't stay there Staff rude behavior 😒
- Kai.lockhart (8/5): Good and cheap - This is just a small inn located in a residential alley. With such a low price, I don't think I can ask for much more than a place to stay overnight, especially considering its location near the city center. It seems that most rooms are just small rooms with basic amenities like two towels and nothing more. Items like shampoo, toothpaste, and toothbrushes seem to be something you have to ask for or bring yourself. Luckily, we didn't need those things. On the other hand, the bed was quite good, and the room was very clean. Overall, this is a good place if you want a cheap place to sleep near the city center.
- Imran (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alex (2/5): My room was right next to washing machines that you can hear throughout the night. There is no window in the room except - Good AC Room was very small, No table in the room to put anything, bed was hard and uncomfortable, noisy, bad shower.
- Kai (10/5): Exceptional - Nice room friendly staff, before this I was staying in Siam area. Coming here was very nice to see a bit more of a local area opposed to a very touristy area, sky train 10 min walk away
- Miroslav (8/5): Very good -

- Aung (8/5): Very good -
- Kristof (8/5): Very good - Clean, friendly and safe place. Good air-conditioning clean sheets and floor. Located in a safe neighborhood. 7 11, lots of food and close to Silom and everything you want to see. For this price I was very happy. I stayed 7 days because I liked it.
- Sabir (9/5): Superb - This was the second time I stayed in this hotel. The location was great. Near to BTS and lot of street food just outside the hotel including a couple of Seven Elevens. Cleanliness was great, one reason being we have to keep our shoes outside. Toilet was really small.

- Alexander (1/5): Bad -
- John (7/5): It fit the bill. - I was looking for a cheap room for one night, in and out, near the light-rail stop. This fit the bill. Toilet (w.c.) was in a cramped space.
- Rehan (7/5): Good -
- Rehan (7/5): Good - Nice street with so many cats.
- Sajjad (10/5): Exceptional -
- Vladimir (7/5): Good - This accomodation is in the middle of vibrant local thai neighbourhood. One really gets the sense to be in true Bangkok far from tourists. At the same time nearby are the main biggest shopping centre and Metro. Great location. Don't expect luxurious spacy place. Not very practical bathroom - tiny. Okay for backpackers though not honeymoon 😃
- Theerawat (6/5): Pleasant - Great location near sky train, comfy bed The staff seems to have a bit of trouble communicating clearly.
- Ajit (6/5): Pleasant -
- Aungmin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ayaan (4/5): Disappointing - Yas
- La (6/5): Pleasant - location
cheap no Fridge
- Sabir (8/5): It was worth a stay if you looking for a budget hotel. Good Location. Privacy - Room was very comfortable. Location was amazing. It was close to Metro station and main road where we could get the bus to all the famous places in Bangkok. Just outside the hotel there were many local street foods and a couple of 7/11 so it was very convenient. The only issue was Toilet was very compact. Being a 6 ft tall guy it was very struggling. Apart from that everything was very well maintained. Also for some reason shoes and slippers had to be kept outside which was fine with me.
- รัฐกร (7/5): Good -
- Maurizio (8/5): Very good - The staff
- Prabidhi (5/5): It's okay only - It is at the end of the alley which is dirty and taxi cannot reach there Bed and furniture are too old. Room size is very small. It's clean but not value for money.
- Jahangir (2/5): Very poor -

Nice bed. Very quiet.
I would definitely return.
- Gergo (9/5): Superb -
- Aung (7/5): Good - Its at a place where lots of food stalls and 711s.
Budget hotel with private toilet. At that time they were renovating and painting smell.
- Thet (7/5): Good -
- พีระสิทธิ์ (8/5): Good and value for money - Location near the food markets, not much far from the central especially the BTS sky trained, the food markets are reasonable prices, whether the convenience 7 & 11 Store very near and comfortable, A little narrow street, but that was not a big deal, it were clouded of the people on the street during rush hours 07.00 - 08.30 am, and 5.00 - 8.00 pm.
- Bikram (7/5): Good -
- Pedro (6/5): Pleasant - Bann Bunga Inn provided me with a simple and clean small room. There are no amenities whatsoever. The bathroom is quite small, but it serves its purpose. The A/C works quite well, and the room is in a quiet alley. I was able to ask for new sheets and towels, without a problem. The location was a favorite of mine being in the Muslim Quarter and walking distance to Chinatown, Siam Center, and Sumkumvit. From the Bann Bunga Inn to Suvarnabhumi International Airport was a 30-minute Grab Car ride for 412 Bahts.

- Nazareno (7/5): Good -
- Jussi (7/5): Nice little place in an side alley. Dump the cabinets already guys :) -
- Antoaneta (1/5): For the same price you can get beds at a decent hostel in the area. Skip this hotel - Close to airport railway Very dirty, window doesn’t close which means loads of mosquitoes even with a mosquito killer plugged in, AC was very loud, paper thin walls
- Derek (8/5): Very good - It's walking distance from the metro interchange between sukumvit and the airport, at this station you can go both directions
- Phary (7/5): Good -
- Kumara (1/5): Poor - Poor Poor
- Dinesh (1/5): Bad - Nothing Bad Area
Unclean rooms
Ver narrow stair cases
Poor bathroom facilities
Difficult find location by taxi drivers
- Mikhail (4/5): It’s ok for one night.. - Cheap and close to the airlink No internet, no sockets
- Michelle (6/5): Average - The location is good though you need to walk some distance down a small soi as the taxis cannot drive there. There are plenty of Thai restaurants and food vendors in the area so it's nice to explore around the area. Friendly staff Rooms are small and quite noisy. Not worth the price really. The place is really run down and it looks nothing like in the pictures.
- Vladimir (6/5): Pleasant - normal option for the money
- Eden (5/5): Passable - The connivence of the location near the train line to the airport There were stained sheets and the mattress wasn’t very comfortable but you do get value for money
- Sanicha (1/5): do not come to stay here ,even just drop the baggage is not feel that safe - nothing I like about tis property.small room no amenities dirty ,lound noise all the time , one thing is that close to BTS phayathai end I hate this place I would say , staff always talk loud noise all the morning and owner shout at the staff with 200 decibel in the morning that woke me up😑
we use key to lock and unlock the door 😅 no keycard, the road to the hotel is too scary nothing is great, please ran away from here if you're looking for a peace
- Hugo (7/5): Good -
- Kaung (6/5): Pleasant -
- Botturi (1/5): Book somewhere else - Location is convenient I understand it’s a budget friendly accommodation but this is place is falling apart, dirty and poorly kept. Forget about the Thai hospitality and friendliness here
- Tunwaporn (1/5): I could not stay in this kind of place. I paid but I did not stay - Nothing The place is terrible, should be renovated. Not reasonable price
- Ying (3/5): Poor - Location not bad. But too deep into the lanes. Advertising for 18m square meter. But 12m at the most. Zero sound absorption. No ventilation, you may feel lack of oxygen if you stay at ground floor.
- Vlad (5/5): Cheap and dirty but close to the rail station. - Clean bed, good AC, quiet room.
Close to the rail station and good connection to the airport The walls of the room were dirty, it had not been painted for a very long time. The furniture are old degraded. Very dirty doors. Cleanliness is not discussed even if it is cheap, could be better for this price.
- Karin (4/5): Disappointing - We had Air condition
And its close to BTS The wal was dirty all over. Averithing is very old. In the sheets i found one long blach hair, definitely not mine.
- Dayang (8/5): Worth the money - If you are Muslim, it's a perfect place to stay. It's near masjid and halal food easier to find. The staff didn't understand basic english.
- Baby (5/5): I slept well anyway because it is secure place. - Many food stall around I can not connect to wifi, staffs are always nowhee to find though friendly.
Furnitures need to change in the room. Toilet is good.
- Puay (5/5): Staying close to local community - Host was friendly and helpful Near food and airport train as well as BTS. Good for budget traveller. Also near to unicorn where they have a very good food hall with economical food
- Kim (7/5): Local, cheap and you get what you pay for - We looked for a cheap hotel cause we just needed at place to sleep. We got a cheap hotel and we got what we payed for. This is perfect for backpackers and other who need shorttime sleep over for cheap price.
The area around BTS Phaya Thai is great to experience as we are more local.
We talked a little with the owner, an iranian man, and he was very helpfull. Can be a little diffecult to find but with Google Map everything is possible
- Andy (5/5): Passable - Convenient for Phaya Thai station (airport link)
You get what you pay for. No staff there when I came to check in
- Quang (10/5): I love this hostel. - Its cheap, budget nothing
- Leman (1/5): Bad - Nothing Very dirty, not comforteble, conditioning on bed, little room, noise
- Alejandro (6/5): good - the room si spacious the place is very near in nana bts and other places staff is good and can talk english cleanliness good bathroom is good
- Apichat (7/5): Good -
- N3bch4s (8/5): Very good -
- Puripat (7/5): Good -
- Mohamad (4/5): Calm down... - No tissue...no soap...
Bed mattress very hard ..
No sound proff...u can hear people talking outside room....they also can hear u... Location is ok
- Jack (6/5): Pleasant - The windows are like roll up blinds so there is a lot of noise that gets through them.
- Oliver (7/5): Nice experience - helps for groumding yourself to the real life - This place is good, if you'd like to discover the simple life of ordinary workers in Bangkok, the proximity to a very busy market Soi with yummy food, nice people around recognizing you passing by every day at about same time, an experience by itself. No stress, just expect nothing and be happy what you get. The ant road through your bed is included. I passed by next 7/11 to get some cleaning device to bring the "bath" to a more appropriate standard, same with the bedding sheets or towels (maybe bringing your own is an option). Even some clothes hanger I needed to add. The wardrobe is dusty like hell. Don't move the furniture: You might discover that they literally never clean up the place. The mattress shows a landscape of traces by many happy nights before yours. But don't worry, there are no bugs, lice or fleas. Even not a single mosquito bite. In this sense the place is "clean".
- B. (3/5): Good location, but NOT convenient if you have a lot of luggage... no elevator and no taxis... - Good location in Phaya Thai area near BTS station, with lots of options for street food, there are a few 7-Elevens too and even a 24 hour laundromat across the street. Unfortunately though, the streets are very narrow, which means no cars or taxis can enter. That's a problem if you're coming with lots of luggage.
The room and bed were clean and comfortable. The air con was also very good. Unfortunately I did see some cockroaches though... Check in was a total nightmare! The staff at this hotel speak ZERO ENGLISH! Nothing!!! I had to translate everything on my phone. When I arrived in a taxi, the driver told me he cannot enter the alley because it is too narrow, and with 3 luggage I had to walk 100m to the hotel. And there is also NO ELEVATOR either!
The shower in the bathroom has cold water only. The Wi-Fi wasn't so good. The TV does not work!
The walls are paper thin and the windows face inward, which means you hear everything. The staff who work at the hotel also live here and they are very, very noisy at night! They were so noisy that at 4am another guest and I had to go knock on their door and ask them to be quiet.
- Pokhrel (5/5): Passable -
- Jagdish (8/5): Very good -
- Teejutha (4/5): Disappointing -
- Petr (5/5): Passable - Too many rats near hotel, especially in evening time. Not clean towels and bad sheets. It was not a toilet paper in the room.
- Jeerapong (8/5): Very good - Location with street foods Noisy bed
- Aung (8/5): Very good - Good for budget travellers. Only one towel for two people.
- Yi (5/5): Passable -
- Mirkobennardo (1/5): Bad - The only reason to book here is because is the only 500 baht place next to the airport rail link. There is no staff, everything is broken
- Crisostomo (5/5): good but not memorable. - The location is quite ideal. The property is I think clean enough. no amenities like at least water bottles or shampoos and soap. no staff most of the time. the towel provided me is kinda used and really like old. the bed is cranky. Not worth for 14 USD.
- Kanika (2/5): Very poor - Room is unclean and smell very bad, made me itchy. Room is too small. I won’t come to this gust house again
