• Po-Jung (4/5): Big no for next time - No elevator🥹 and the bed was not so clean and made us itchy.
• Pradyut (4/5): Basic budget hostel in Shinjuku - Basic budget hostel Shinjuku. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower water pressure was great. Unfortunately we didn't have a good experience overall. The room that we got was in the back on the first floor with a single window facing a wall with no natural light, which is not what is shown on the booking.com photos. The other window had been covered over with the TV. We asked the manager to change the room, but it was not possible. The rooms are really small and good for just crashing at night and having a shower the next day. There is no person at the front desk ( automated check in ) and so if you have an issue, it takes time to contact the management. The location is not great, it is about a 20 minute walk from Shinjuku station. Would recommend paying a little more and finding a place closer to the station and main shopping / restaurant area.

La habitación es más grande de lo que suele ser el promedio en Japón. Es recomendable para una estadía de 3 días. Las camas son muy cómodas y el baño es amplio Quizás falta algo de espacio para maletas, pero es algo general en Japón.

• Thai (10/5): Excellent value, clean well appointed room & bath. Friendly hardworking staff. - Room was clean and comfortable with good amenities and had a nice layout that fit our family of 5. The bidet was one of the higher end units with auto seats and flush function. It was about 15 minutes from the main train station and 6 minutes from the smaller station so pretty convenient location. Short train ride to Shinjuku main area. Must mention the young gentleman who cleaned the unit and staffed the front desk. We arrived early hoping to check in but since another guest checked out that morning it was not possible. He obviously worked extremely hard to get the room ready for us about 15 minutes prior to check in time and was very humble as well as gracious. Highly commend his work ethic and attitude. Not much can be done in this regard but you can easily hear noise from the lobby and entrance area as our unit was right next to it. A microwave or toaster would have been nice to have.

• Nathan (9/5): Quaint, comfortable and convenient. - Really loved this place, it’s only a short walk from multiple transportation options, the room was spacious enough for two and the beds were the most comfortable we experienced in Japan. Check in and access was seamless and the property communicated everything clearly and well in advance.
• Nicolussi-Moro (10/5): Freundlichkeit und Preis-Leistung Top. Fenster ein wenig mehr abdichten - Lage war ruhig und freundlich. Die nächste U‘Bahn Station war ca. 8min zu Fuß entfernt. Zimmer waren eher klein aber völlig ausreichend und gemütlich. Das Fenster war nicht ganz dicht wodurch es durch die Kälte im Februar in der Nacht etwas reingezogen hat.
• Nicole (9/5): Beautiful comfortable bed and super clean and quiet in a good location if you are happy to walk 10 minutes to train stat - The bed, pillows and doona were so comfortable. It was really quiet and we slept so soundly. The shower pressure was fantastic and the heated toilet seat with all the bells and whistles a real treat. We used the mini fridge and the kettle, toiletries and ear plugs. The TV and Netflix was easy to use. When the bathroom exhaust fan button broke the girls fixed it efficiently. 5 minute walk to Lawson, 7/11 and delicious little restaurants and a 10 minute walk to train station so great location. No lift so we had to lug our suitcases up 3 flights of curving stairs. Not really a problem and we had been warned.

About 10-15 min walk to main area of Shinjuku, which was great for us as we wanted to be close to the action but not in it. Very close to a Family Mart. Large room, clean and comfortable. Nothing! Of note, no elevator and we were on 3rd floor

We have a family of 2 large adults and 2 very tall teenagers, the double beds weren’t enough for us to sleep comfortably however you very kindly provided additional bedding at no additional cost and my teenage son was able to sleep in the maisonette.

The carpet seemed filthy, there were a lot of dust, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room. The shower curtain was filled with mold, there were a few moldy places on the walls, and the window frame was filled with dirt. I cannot recommend staying at this hotel.

El aislamiento, al menos de mi habitación, no era muy bueno en ventanas, por lo que entraba frío y no tiene ascensor, entonces según la estación y el piso en el que este tu habitación es importante o no.
• Munro (8/5): - Very good and comfortable room with everything we needed. Our room was near the street side and so we heard many sirens from the ambulances going past.
• Ezan (7/5): All good - I like that the hotel is very clean and everything is in order. The room is also spacious for a family of four. The toilet was surprising big as well. Its a few stops away from Harajuku and also Shibuya. I dont like the carpet. Its a weird feeling also, theres a huge stain mark on it but we werent too worried about it as we were provided with room slippers. I wasnt expecting the staff to come and send in new towels daily. They only put new towels and cleared the rubbish. No upkeeping of the room which was weird to me. There is NO LIFT! Beware! This is my mistake for not being thorough and we had to climb up with our 30kgs luggage to level 4. Although the map states that its about 5-6mins from the train station, its true if you come in empty handed. It will take about 10mins or more with luggages cause you will need to climb the steep slope to reach the hotel! Also, its not as simple as exiting from train to the reach the hotel exit, its a walk to the train exit and another walk to hotel itself.

• Yongkyun (7/5): - 히가시신주쿠 지하철역에서 걸어갈 수 있는 정도의 거리입니다. 저렴함의 왕자 교무슈퍼가 가까이 있어서 좋았습니다. 패밀리마트,세븐일레븐,로손 세 편의점 모두 멀지 않은 곳에 있습니다. 수건 넉넉히 주셨고 난방 잘 되었습니다. 일본 숙소 특유의 담배냄새도 전혀 없어서 좋았습니다. 4층을 짐을 가지고 올라가는 것이 매우 힘들었어요 (아마도 다인실이 4층에 있어서 그런 것 같아요) 첫날 욕조 배수구가 역류했는데, 비록 원격으로 방법을 알려주시긴 하셨지만, 제가 직접 배관을 열어서 수정을 했어야 했는데 이정도는 원래 준비가 되어있어야 하지 않았나라는 생각입니다. 호텔이라기 보다는 관리되고 시스템이 있는 에어비앤비(?)느낌입니다.

• Antoinette (10/5): Parfait en famille - Très bien situé, hôtel petit, chambre optimisée mais spacieuse, on était une famille de 6 dans la même chambre et on était très bien ! Pas un bruit la nuit, super rapport qualité prix Dommage de ne pas pouvoir déposer les bagages plus tôt mais on a trouvé des consignes à bagages
