• javier (7/5): Un apartamento funcional en una ubicación estupenda - La ubicación es muy buena,, está bien aislado, es tranquilo,las ventanas nuevas impiden que se oiga el ruido de la calle, las camas son cómodas, todo estaba muy limpio y el menaje suficiente, carece de salón o sala de estar pero las habitaciones son amplias y la cocina funcional, enfrente hay un supermercado abierto hasta tarde y cerca muchos restaurantes de varios precios. El teléfono de la ducha estaba bastante obstruido por la cal Nos pidieron que dejáramos en la repisa de la entrada 72 € en efectivo para pagar la tasa turística

La anfitriona, Cristina es muy amable y atenta en todo momento Edificio bastante antiguo y poco cuidado (escaleras, rellano, ascensor) El apartamento es confortable pero la cocina antigua y poco funcional para comer en ella (único sitio del apartamento acondicionado para comer)

• C (9/5): Perfect location to enjoy the sights of Rome. Walking distance to the Colosseum, the train station. - The apartment is located on a small road which is usually very quiet. Air conditioning in each bedroom. There’s a small convenience store across the street to get food essentials. The kitchen was well-stocked. A bonus, there’s a washing machine in the apartment. It would be nice if there was more of a sitting area available. Otherwise, very comfortable.

Also liked that there were two proper bedrooms both with double beds, (rather than one being a sofabed).

• Suzanne (8/5): good choice for a short stay in Rome - convenient location, very clean, well equipped, helpful and friendly host. secure building close to some very good places to eat in a nice historical area and a short walk to the Colosseum and main rail station. only a minor issue but there is no real 'living' area to relax in. just a sofa near the front door however we spent very little time in the apartment except for sleeping.

Whilst the area was good the street that the apartment is on and the street that the balconies look on to are not very nice. At the time of our visit the building was covered with scaffolding.
• Alexander (10/5): Just what we wanted. - The apartment is great and has all the amenities you’ll need with two large double rooms and a sofa bed. It’s nice and quiet so you can get a good night’s sleep. The location was perfect. Within 10-20 minutes leisurely walking distance of the main historical attractions. A great little supermarket over the road and lots and lots of cafes/restaurants on the surrounding roads. Cannot find any problem with it. It was fantastic!

• Katherine (6/5): Pleasant - The location was good and close to so much! the size of the rooms were spacious and it was good having a kitchen to prepare food for a family. The downside was the smell of damp and mould as soon as you entered the apartment. The smell was the strongest from the bathroom, it was unbearable and there was mould growing on the ceiling. We held our breath when in there. There was also a mosquito problem which was not ideal, and the host advised us to buy mosquito plug in repellent from the shop. As the host was aware of this problem, it should have been provided. We would not stay here again.
