• 1.Gerald Buchmeier (10/5): Top Aufenthalt! - Sehr sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Studio in ausgezeichneter Lage! Man muss zwar ein paar Stufen bewältigen aber wird dafür mit einem traumhaften Ausblick belohnt! Nico und seine Frau sind extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit! Es wird einem alles genau erklärt und man bekommt viele nützliche Tips! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Sehr zum empfehlen!
• Klaus (10/5): Wer hier wohnt sollte auf jeden Fall den Parkplatz 15 €/Tag mitbuchen. Der Bewohner muss gut zu Fuss - Die Lage mit Blick zu den Kreuzfahrtschiffen ist grandios. Vor allem von Apartement 3 und 4.

Wyposażenie w zupełności wystarczy na kilkudniowy pobyt (naczynia, mikrofalówka, kuchenka, suszarka do włosów), łóżko jest bardzo wygodne, z tarasu jest piękny widok na port. Ivo był bardzo pomocny, przekazał nam pełno informacji przydatnych w nawigowaniu do zakwaterowania. Trzeba być gotowym na wchodzenie i schodzenie po schodach :)

The owner is super nice and helpful, the apartament was the best I’ve ever been so far!! Before the arriving we’ve got instructions how to access to the apartment, everything was easy to read and understand. From the first day till the last one- excellent experience!!
• JEONGOK (10/5): - 숙소가 쾌적하고 청결해서 즐거운 여행을 할 수 있었어요. 침대, 욕실, 주방 등 모든 시설이 깨끗하게 잘 관리된 숙소였어요. 슈퍼마켓도 도보 3분 위치해 있어 편했어요. 두브로브니크 버스터미널에서 숙소까지 15분 걸어 도착했고, 버스터미널에서 출발하는 공항셔틀버스가 있어 두브로브니크공항에 잘 도착했어요. 호스트가 공항셔틀버스 시간도 친절하게 알려줘서 고마웠어요.
• Deepika (10/5): Room with beautiful view - Room with all amenities. Host was helpful and approachable over phone. All instructions on how to get around, nearby restaurants and attractions were listed clearly.
• Jessica (10/5): - Amazing view and safe area. The apartment itself has all the modern amenities, strong wifi, and comfortable beds. Ivo, the host, was also very friendly and helpful. I stayed for a week in A4, Comfort Studio.
• Victor (9/5): You will appreciate the view and bus stops around to the centre, recommended for couples - The seaview is exactly why I chose the property and it was amazing. It was nice watching the ships, cruise liners passing by the port down the hill and of course the sunsets is not to be missed there. You get your individual terrace with a table and two chairs to enjoy the view.The host welcomed us personally and helped with the bags I had to read all the long instructions with mentioned penalties for most of the facilities including linen and towels, and they were strict. We were afraid to use the bathroom towels or kitchen ones to make them dirty not to pay. The bed hed is made of iron decorations, which is beautiful, but can be harmful and painful.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Perfect property and host - Fantastic property. Immaculate with all amenities required for an apartment. Conveniently located for shops, transport and attractions. Downside, you have to be fit to navigate the steps -328 from bottom to apartment - fortunately we were.. Could have a better plinth for making the 2 single beds into a double, we fell between the crack!
• Tea (9/5): Great experience! - First of all - very tidy and really organised! Loved it! Beds are comfortable and the view from the terrace is amazing! We received all information from Ivo, so check in and out was simple and straightforward. Parking space is available - paying extra. Overall we had a nice time, and we would definitely be back! Highly recommended! Maybe it’s my bad for not asking, but the only minuses for this property: no washing machine and stairs (I was staying alone with a kid so…). Be prepared to do some cardio here. 🙂

We did have to climb over 200 steps to access a range of dining options as the location was high up the hill but the view made up for it. Ivo the host was very welcoming and helpful and it was easy to access transport to main tourist attractions.

The room was very cosy and my wife and I spent an amazing time. Highly recommended for couples. Really didn't like the amount of stairs to reach the apartment, which meant we needed to spend a lot of money on ubers.

Perfect place for vacation. There are many stairs around appartment, you need to climb every day, but it is good oportunity to keep good shape. After long trip in Dubronik, you can relax and take a glass of wine and look how cruise ships arrive and depart from pier.Apartment staff and information are very good. The best greetings to Ivo! The only disadvantage is arriving with a car, cause Gruz as a town has no easy parking near, or even far. Also the access is not that easy as it has many many stairs.

• Al (10/5): Exceptional - I had a wonderful stay at Nika Apartment in Dubrovnik. The host was exceptionally friendly, informative, and helpful throughout our visit. The apartment itself was very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only downside was the parking situation. Although the host did warn us about it, finding a parking spot in Dubrovnik is quite challenging. I would recommend renting a bike or using public transportation instead of a car to avoid the parking difficulties.

Not so much that we didn’t like it as we liked the exercise, but there are quite a few steps to access the property and the main bus stop so you need to be fairly fit.

• Paul (10/5): Great location near to The Old Town, beautiful sea view and clean room with nice facilities. - We recently stayed at the Nika Family Apartments and had a wonderful experience. The beautiful bottom floor apartment offered an amazing sea view that was absolutely breathtaking. Its location is also very convenient, being only a short 20-minute Uber or taxi drive away from The Old Town. The convenience doesn't stop there; there is a nice supermarket just around the corner, making it easy to pick up any necessities. The apartment's facilities are excellent for cooking your own food, which helped make the stay more affordable. The host was incredibly helpful, providing very good instructions on the location of nearby shops and detailed directions for getting the bus into town. This made exploring the area a breeze. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and I would highly recommend Nika Family Apartments. To access the apartment you have to climb a lot of steps and I mean a lot. Our legs were pretty tired even after the first day. On the plus side it's a great leg workout. Our only other thing we would change is there is a street light right outside the door and the door doesn't have a blackout blind and so despite it having blinds it's quite light in the room when you're trying to sleep. A small thing really, otherwise we loved our stay there and wouldn't change it.
• Ian (9/5): Superb - Lovely modern apartment with a lovely view over the port, but there are a lot of steps back up to the apartment, we walked back once but got an Uber back up after that, cost between 7 - 9 euros so that was fine, would definitely recommend this apartment.
• Beshoy (10/5): Very nice and beautiful - Everything very nice, clean, beautiful view. Very kind and helpful service. The organisation (with the key etc.) was perfect. Good facilities. It is a bit difficult to reach the place with a children buggy (if you have small children), as you need to take some stairs.
• Viktor (9/5): Superb - We received all the informations from our host of how to pick up the keyes. Everything was well described. Our host was very helpful. The room is a bit smaller but there is everything you need. Small kitchen, nice toilet/shower and what we liked most was terrace :) it was a great place for having a lunch/dinner etc. You must count with stairs. Everywhere you go, it's a lot of stairs.. around 250 from sea level. But it was nice workout in the end. And if you compare price/quality/place, it was definitely worth it.

• David (10/5): Underbar utsikt, rent och fräscht - Vi hade fantastiskt vistelse här. Boendet är mycket rent och fräscht. Ägaren Ivo är väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Utsikten från uteplatsen är det bästa, den är verkligen slående!
• Christina (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed there for 4 nights and everything was perfect! The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, is very big , clean with a private balcony with an extraordinary view!It is close to Gruz port , 5' of walking but you just have in mind that you need to climb a lot of stairs! There is no parking there and the car can't approach in front of the apartment but the bus station is very close and the old town is less than 10' away! If you are in a good condition you can go to the old town by foot and enjoy the walk, it's about 40' of walking! Our host Ivo is very kind and helpful man and our check in was easy! He explains everything you need! I surely recommend to stay here while it is value for money! There is nothing we didn't like, except you have to read all the info there are in the table! I always take my garbage when I leave an apartment but if somebody does not do that he must know that if he leaves one bag of garbage it will be okay , but the second bag is being charged 15€!

• Louise (10/5): Exceptional - The budget room was just brilliant. Had everything we needed, enough kitchen supplies to cook, a good sized shower with really good water pressure. The best bit was the view from the terrace above the room, over the port harbour in Dubrovnik, Dubrovnik is on a hillside, the stairs up to the accommodation were hard work. But that's the same all over Dubrovnik.

Everything needed was in apartement. Information booklet was really useful and detailed. Nearby was local foodshop.
• Adam (10/5): Exceptional - A great place to stay in Dubrovnik, the view from ap.3 and 4, magic. You will find everything you need in the ap, even if you want to cook something. Easy access to the old town using the bus, you can also walk it will take you like 40 minutes, also easy access by foot to the Main station, for airport bus, in the new port, 15 min all the way down using the stairs. I have to repet myself 10 out of 10 for the view. .

Lots of steps/hills as in most places in Dubrovnik. Mostly self check-in but lots of information within the apartment. Easy to get to the bus station (15 mins) and Old Town (40 mins). Very peaceful for us. Comfortable bed and kitchenette exactly what we wanted.

• Danut (10/5): - The best sunset experience we have had in our three days stay in Dubrovnik was the one from this accommodation balcony. Amazing! Studio apartment was spotless. A lot of useful information was everywhere inside and self check-in was super easy. Kitchen has everything you may need, bathroom is very spacious, lots of storage and for the hot summer days you have one AC unit.There is a local supermarket 100 meters away. Ivo, the owner, is a very nice man and he will help you with everything you need to make your stay pleasant as possible. Thank you Ivo! We will be back.Very good value for the money. We are a couple which we enjoy walking and hiking so for us the three km distance away from Old Town or beautiful Lapad sunset walking strip wasn't a big deal. The same for the couple hundreds of steps we had to climbing from Marina. The stunning sunset from the balcony it is worth the effort. Main bus station is 20 min walking distance.

The host was extremely responsive and gave us plenty of information The ad for the property stated parking was available, however the parking was a back public area which was always packed full of cars, so we had to park our car over 1km away. Of course it,s little bit far from the centre but I knew it before. And if someone wants to have nice view it,s normal to climb the stairs. Only bad thing is that if you wanna cook the electric plate is slow. Other than that everything was perfect.
• Bárbara (10/5): Excellent place to stay! Totally recommended :D - It's a great place to stay if you are traveling to Dubrovnik. The apartments are located near Dubrovnik's Bus Station and Ferry Port. Despite the stairs on the street (which are very common in Dubrovnik) if you like to walk you can visit many attractions by foot. We walked to the City Walls and to a couple of beaches in Lapad. The aparment was very tidy and clean, it was very well-appointed and it was very spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Getting the keys was very easy, we just received a code to get them from a lock box. Ivo was very kind, great host. He was very helpful. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The greatest thing was the view. We were able to enjoy beautiful sunsets while we had dinner. It's not something I didn't like, but just a heads-up for the future travlers. This Dubrovnik area has MANY stairs, so be prepared to climb them with your suitcases. If you are going in summer stay hydrated and have a hat or a cap. If this is not a problem for you, Nika Family Apartments is an excellent place to stay :D

• Steven (9/5): I had a great time staying there, I arrived by ferry and left by bus it was perfect for me 👍 - I loved my stay here, the apartment was very nice, very clean, everything was very well managed, I had a stunning view, good selection of tv channels, very comfortable, very good communication, very good location for the bus terminal and the ferry terminal , very pleased ! There’s absolutely nothing that I didn’t like about the place personally but I will mention 1 thing that some people may need to consider, there’s quite a steep walk up a lot of steps to get to the property, if you have very heavy luggage or an injury I could be difficult, that’s an observation not a criticism.

• Amelia (10/5): Couldn’t have asked for a nicer stay to end a trip as well as super kind staff Ivo- he went above and beyond to make sur - It was perfect. The extra gestures like the little sweets and coffee sachets. The terrace as well we had completely to ourselves had the best view I have ever seen! There is a long way up some stairs if you’re walking but that is Croatia for you— very hilly! You get used to it

• Celeste (10/5): Great stay with a fantastic sunset view! - Great studio apartment in Dubrovnik! Our host Ivo was lovely and gave us fantastic recommendations and instructions on our stay. The view from the balcony was incredible, if you stay here, I highly recommend watching a sunset from the balcony! The apartment is about a 40 minute walk through non-scenic roads from the old town and the bus system is not the most reliable or easy to understand (not on Google Maps at the moment) so take this into consideration when choosing this otherwise amazing place!

• Igor (10/5): Perfection ! - Exceptional ! Real comfort in comfy, ultra clean and well equipped room. Host Ivo is amazing and helpful. With the A1 apartment you get a nice terrace in garden with a amazing sunset view. All in all, pure perfection. Hopping to be Ivo's guest again !
• Doru (10/5): Perfect stay at Nika apartments - Everything! The apartment A4 is very clean modern comfortable functional is really hard to find any faults..it's perfect and looks better than in pictures On top of all this unit get the best views of Gruz marina and amazing sunsets! Everything is tastefully labeled in the apartment..you really have all the info you need at your fingertips! I am early retired and travel a lot.this is one of the best units I stayed in! Ivo is a wonderful person he will immediately reply and help you with any problem you might have with a smile on his face..you really are on good hands there! Did I mention that the location is super quiet which is always very important to me.Bravo Ivo!! If I ever come back to Dubrovnik i would not stay anywhere else but there. To make it perfect I dish rack for drying dishes would help people who are staying longer term. My only personal peeve was the shower design with a curtain that sticks to your body and a little edge which no matter how carefully you are the water will be all over the floor but that is just me.
• Sabrina (9/5): Stunning view - Wonderful apartment with stunning view. The studio was very clean and had all the equipments. The staff was nice and helpful. There was even a guide written by the owners with all the practical information related to the place (supermarket, taxi, bus, restaurants, ...). I strongly recommend! Everything was great!
